Neona is one of those....she is cold as Ice, probably more then most though but that's not what makes her different...she has been alive for 300 years due to a curse placed on her by a "Divine l" Sorcerers with strong magic and are basically immortals as well...due to her being alive for over a couple centuries it has allowed her gain much experience and knowledge to help in her jobs and also to get her vengeance on the Divines who took everything from her and hopefully...find a way to end her curse..
