12 Leuchtringen II

The Division was located on a hill about 5km away from the city of Leuchtringen one may think that this would be far away, but from the high position of the hill one could clearly see the outskirts of the city. The sun rose from the horizon and thus giving the soldiers a majestic look on Leuchtringen.

But this sight would be over far too fast because Natascha ordered the whole division to build up the camp to start preparations for the siege of the city.

And so all soldiers started to build over twenty tents, with the intention that every two man would be placed in one and woman in seperate tents. Thus comming to a total of 15 tents, 13 for the male soldiers and 2 for the female soldiers. The other tents are planned to for the tasks of medical treatment, planning and so on.

What Marie didn´t know yet is the fact that she is placed in the same tent as Natascha.

While the work was going on, other divisions arrived and also started to build up their respective camps. And so at about 1pm the whole regiment has arrived and finished their tasks.

"Marie let´s grab something to eat, the canteen will only be open for about half an hour from now on." Jack spoke to Marie with a enthusiastic voice as if it would bring him endless joy.

"Yeah let´s go Jack."

...

"And here I thought we would get some good food..." Marie sighed after eating another bite of her plate.

"That isn´t the problem, the problem is that we don´t have enough food on our plates!" Jack wanted to shout, but got stopped by Marie as she placed her hand right in front of Jack.

"Don´t say that you know you will get in trouble!"

"Sorry ..."

"Don´t mind it just enjoy the meal."

With that the two of them finished their meals and went back to the campsite of their division to meet up with the rest of the division because of a important strategy meeting, to inform everybody what the next plan is to regain the city of Leuchtringen.

"Good Evening as you all might already know, the rebels have fortified the city. This is at least on paper a huge disadvantage for us, at least if we try to get in with the traditional way."

"Our division was assigned the task to infiltrate a hidden passage which leads right into the royal palace that was build specially for Anastasia Latnia von Nicea."

"Start of the operation is at 10pm so that we gain the advantage of the darkness."

"You are all dismissed now!"
