9 Chapter 8

Elly Mae's Pov...

"I... I think I l-like you"

'He likes me?' I asked myself. I am now awake and feels okay as if nothing had happened and I don't know why I'm feeling this way. There is a part of me that is happy and there is also a part that prevents me from feeling that way.

"Why did he say that?" I murmured.

I'm sitting on my bed right now. I got home last night around 11 pm. Our driver fetched me, of course not near the hospital. I didn't go to school because my professors heard about what happened so I was excused.

"How will I face him this Monday?" I murmured again.

"Ahhhh" I said as I had think of a way. "I'll just pretend that I didn't hear anything. I hope it wouldn't be awkward"

After I had said that, my phone rang so I had to get it from my bedside table. It was an unknown number.

"H-hello?"

"Is this Elly?" it was Axel's voice.
