5 Chapter 4

Elly Mae's POV

I rolled over in bed in annoyance. "Why did I have to agree?!!!" I asked myself while my face is on my pillow so that my voice won't be able to hear downstairs. I smashed my pillow. I'm boiling with anger right now. Thinking of Hero right now is making me want to kill him. I lowered my face to my pillow and shouted to vent my anger, "AAAA AAAA!!!!"

The Next Day...

I woke up because of the sunlight that hit my face. At last, it's Friday and I only have one subject for today, Physical Education. I went straight to my bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. It's still eight in the morning and my class starts at one in the afternoon.

I went downstairs to have my breakfast and binge-watch a Korean drama. I went to the dining table and my breakfast is already cooked. It was three pancakes and Nutella. I grabbed my plate and the Nutella and sat down on the couch here in our living room facing our huge television.

After 2 hours, Rane texted me that she's in school already. I decided to take a cold shower and dress comfortably. I am wearing a black oversized shirt tucked in my long high-waisted skirt and a pair of cheap sandals. It's not just a disguise, I always wear old-school-style clothes because I don't really like to brag about my wealth.

After thirty minutes, I arrived at Daile University. I went straight to the cafeteria of the Business Course Building. I immediately saw Rane, Lane, and Yvonne at our table. They are as usual, stunning.

Rane was wearing a white tube paired with a black blazer paired with black fitted jeans and a pair of heels. Lane was wearing a black oversized shirt, a high-waisted shorts which makes her look taller, and she was also wearing black Nike shoes. Yvonne was wearing a plain black dress paired with black heels.

I sat between Yvonne and Rane. "Why so early?" I asked.

"Hero asked us to be early, I wonder why?" then she looked at me with a teasing look.

" Stop looking at me like that," I said with a serious look then they laughed.

After thirty minutes, my phone rang.

Unknown Calling...

"Hello?" I asked.

After a minute of silence, the person from the other line said, "Come to our room in three minutes" it was his annoying voice.

The girls saw me frown. I lazily stood up." I have to go". They didn't have the time to ask 'cause I immediately ran to go to their room. I really hate himm!!!!!!!!!

I was out of breath when I reached the door of their room. I knocked and Cedrick was the one who opened the door and he gave me a confused look, it was as if he's asking me "what are you doing here?" without even saying a single word.

"Are you just going to stand there?" Hero sarcastically asked. I immediately went inside and saw him sitting pretty on the couch facing the door. He was smiling. It wasn't just a smile, it was a smile that makes my heart boil with anger.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Bring me five Iced Americano" he uttered.

"What?!!" I subconsciously shouted because of anger. "You could've just told me before I came here. Now you're making me go back and forth just for an Ice Americano" I feel like I will explode any minute. He just smiled.

" You don't like it?" I just look at him with the anger evident from my eyes. I really hate himmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!! "I'll tell them you're secret then"

I was alarmed by what he said. "No, no, don't do that, what do you want? Iced Americano?Okay bye!!!" I said in a hurry, I heard him laugh before I get to run.

I really hate you!!!!!! Be prepared once I can get my revenge! Tsk!! Damnnn!!!

After ten minutes, I came back to their room with their Ice Americano.

I was out of breath when I delivered their americano. Hero was smiling so wide while the others were confused. I don't have the energy to tell them what was going on between me and Hero. I just sat down on the couch. I can see them look at me, then look at Hero and look at me again.

I'm sure Hero felt that so he just asked, "what?"

"What's your relationship?" if I was drinking or eating something right now, I would be choking. What kind of question is that?

"Nothing" I answered. Hero looked at me as if he was shocked.

"Nothing???" Hero asked.

"What??" —me

"So you do have a relationship" Axel teasingly said.

"It's not what you think, okay. " I stated.

" Then what kind? " this time, it was Roland.

" I'm her boss" —Hero.

They looked at me and I just nod. "How??" they asked at the same time.

"Secret" Hero said before grabbing my wrist. The female students were glaring at me so I tried to take my wrist back but he held it so tight. He just let go of my wrist when we arrived at a classroom.

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked while holding my wrist.

"You have class right? "

My eyes widened. I really forgot my class. I looked at my watch to see the time. I still have five minutes. I looked at the classroom door and saw Rane. She waved at me and she looked surprised when she saw Hero behind me.

I looked at him and he gave me a poker face "Go," he said. His hands were inside his pockets. For some reason he seemed like he's a nice guy. "Hey," he snapped his fingers.

Before entering completely I turned to him and smiled. "Thank you," I don't know if it was just my imagination but he seemed like he was blushing. I ignored that and walked over to Rane and sat down next to her.

After settling down, I looked at the door and didn't see Hero. Maybe he went back. I felt Rane looking at me so I faced her. She gave me a teasing look. "What?"

"What's going on with the two of you?" she asked.

" Nothing!" I denied " "You know you and Roland both have the same question"

The redness on her face was noticeable. I smiled. She likes Roland.

She cleared her throat. "Are you ready for acquaintance?" she asked changing the topic.

" Do they still do that?" I asked. "I thought only highschool students do that."

She nodded " Well, technically it's the night for freshmen and transferees but the school made it for everyone just last year"

After she explained that Mr. Robertz came. "I won't ask you to change clothes cause we are going to practice slow dance for our upcoming acquaintance party" he said.

I sighed. I don't know how to dance.

"What's with the sigh?" Rane caught my attention because of her question.

I put my mouth to her ear so I could whisper "Actually, I don't know how to dance" she almost laughed out loud I just covered her mouth.

"Sorry" she whispered while suppressing laughter. Her actions made me sigh again. "Don't worry I'll ask Roland to teach you"

" Okay" I smiled weakly.
