3 The Continents

A pain that was a combination of all the pain he had suffered through his 21 years of life could not describe what he was feeling right now. Silver tried to calm as much as possible but the pain continued as the gush of memories kept of coming, this pain hit a part of him he never felt before and before he knew it he fainted and was thrown into a dream that felt like a lifetime.

When he passed out the soul of Seri his grandson blended with his and combined just as the spell was intended to, what both of them will never know was that such time magic spells to send a living thing to past was something the universe could not allow but a great magician of the demon race found a loophole and created a spell that could send a dead soul with memories of the future into the past.

It took all night for the binding of both souls to complete, as the dead soul had a very powerful energy it could be said Silver was the only being on this world with the most powerful soul before he could do any magic. Souls were essential when it comes to magic, all magician dream of finding ways to increase their soul power but there were only a few things that could and to have a strong soul meant you could comprehend the elements of the world more.

When morning come Silver woke up to find the pain was now gone, he had memories that were not his, he felt that he had a strange calmness which was not his usual self, his breath was very controlled and everything around him was in his gaze. He cited cross-legged on the floor and started to sort his chaotic mind. All the memories of the current and the new started to appear in his head.

The world was not the same after the events of 9 years ago, it started with the explosion of the world science institute and then weird things started happening around the world. Earthquakes started to appear everywhere around the world and before we knew it 4 continents appeared in our world. The world leaders gathered, they made a decision that the best thing to do in such a situation was to destroy the threat before it destroyed them and that decision had led to the current war that was happening.

From the new memories the war will end in a year from now when an alliance was made that would result in the human race being the guards of the soon to be constructed barrier on the beast continent. These races were not friends, you could find slave of other races in their continent but one thing they all feared was the destructive force that the beast continent had and that fear made them combine forces. What Silver got from the memories about other races was little information and there was nothing about how they come to our world.

The four continents that appeared were both habitable; to the east you had the Verda continent. This name was not official; it was named by the humans after observing it through their satellites as the whole continent was full of green tries. In this continent were the elf race, fairies, the tree people and the rest was still unknown.

The west side continent was named the Rokas Continent by some country; through satellite images they discovered that 75% of the continent was full of rocks. This satellite had 2 races that the humans knew of that were the dwarfs and the rock people or others called them golems.

The North was the Landbou continent, this continent as of the future memories they only knew of one race and that was the giant race. This continent was a farmland based continent and 80% of it was lands that had crops that could be found in the any other of the continents. The giant race was not full of fighters but their physique made them strong.

Our race the human's race continent was on the South and at the center of all these continents was the beast continent. This continent was the most dangerous of them all and also the biggest one.

When these continents first appeared they all seemed to come from the same world and a war had already been happening with them to destroy the beast continent. For reason unknown yet the other races were able to seal of the beast continent with a barrier in this world but from time to time small level beast could be found outside the barrier. The beast continent if full of weird races but the ones the humans knew the most were the ogre's race as for the rest they steal remain a mystery.

Even 84 years from now the humans still know little about the other races but the other races have a mutual relationship that seems to have been born from fighting the beast race. What makes the beast continent very scary is the position it was, this continent was very huge, it had many beast species, some intelligent while others were just driven by their instinct and they would attack either of the continents without regard.

What the human race had yet to know was that the beast continent was full of resources that were hard to find in any of the four continents. To get these resources with a barrier on was not easy so the other races constructed a barrier that had a loophole. This weakness would allow only weak creatures getting out and stopping strong ones from getting out. This would also allow the other races to be able to venture into the beast continent and gather resources they want.

The humans for not being able to take part in the sealing of the beast continent were made guards that would surround the barrier and kill any creature that made its way out. The strength of humans 84 years from now was still weak as their foundation was weaker that the other four continents and their weapons could do nothing even nuclear weapons could only destroy a single mile of the beast continent.
