4 Magic

Silver managed to learn as much as he could from the future memories about the current world, though it was not much, for the current him or humans it would be worth gold and the other thing he managed to gather from the memories was magic.

The memories of Seri were rich on experiments about magic which he did on his fellow race and other race he managed to find. The things Silver saw made him feel ashamed that he had such a grandson, although the current world required for one to be ruthless in order to survive but the lengths his grandson took had jumped the level of man's thinking mind and into that of a beast that was driven by instinct to reach a certain goal.

Seri was one of the 10 elders or what the humans call the pioneers of the human race when it comes to magic, they had taught all they knew about magic and were also the ones who knew more about it in the human race continent. The truth about the matter was truly scary though, it happened in one of the humans raid on a dark mage that had been terrorizing a certain town and a group of top elite soldiers had went to take action. That night was both horror and a blessing to some of them, they were 500 when they surrounded the dark mage but they saw something they would never forget and having sacrificed the whole town only 10 survived.

When one of them was venting on the dead body he accidentally got blood in his mouth and what he felt after that was the greatest test he had ever felt. With the mind still in chaos he sucked the blood of the dark mage they had killed and something warm started to end his body that was not blood. It was only a glimpse but he felt that soon he too would be able to do what they saw the dark mage doing, he told his friends his hypnoses and as their leader they followed suite, Seri was part of that group. After drinking the blood of what they would know letter as an elf race dark mage the 10 pioneers of the human race were born.

From then on the 10 were able to sense the new energy that was in the world. Before these 10 this energy was first discovered by a group of astronauts on the moon in a shape of a crystal. The crystal was silver, was as big as football and after being found it was brought to the World Science Institute. The scientist run all kinds of test on the crystal but without result, and then one day the crystal started to glow before the entire WSI exploded into nothing and energy far greater started to pour into the world.

The government wanted to hide the matter but what followed were things that no science could explain, after the explosion at WSI the energy that was pouring into the world brought first small detailed changes which were both exciting and dangerous and the rest of the world was affected. People called those mostly affected by this new energy the awakened; these people could do things that made them above normal humans, they displayed powers that you could only read in novels, some people had telekinesis powers, others found any one of their senses increased and many other weird abilities.

The human race did not get much time to test their abilities when the increased energy on earth brought four new continents and a war still being fought now. War was something humans have dealt with in the past and the present. The war that was brought by the coming of these four continents was something they did not prepare for, in this war even with their current tech they were like cave man in the face of a power called magic.

These races could control water in a desert, fire in the North Pole and there were some who could even walk on air. There were humans who tried to use their new found power to resist but they were still too far behind.

It was only letter that the 10 pioneers of the human race grasped such power which was called magic. After years of bloodshed experiments, from seeing other races doing it they come to learn what the power called magic could be used like and the path for the human race began then.
