Kamila Isak Mathius posthumously became one of the most Famous And Influential figures of her time . she created about 2,020 artworks , including around 200 sculptures and are now showcased in the louvre .

Prologue

Isabel Wayn stared out of the window . The heavy rain and dark grey skies made visibility so poor that she couldn't even see the end of her walled garden . It had been lashing down all night and , with the voice of thunderstorms, sleep had been impossible . When she looked at the bed , she found the love of her life sleeping soundly , giving no care to the world .

" restez Avec moi .... "

" Je te donnerais le monde entier ma Belle ...."

She closed on her eyes and a single tear ripped out . As much as she felt the pain in her heart , she had no choice but to walk away while she still can .

She took a paper from the craft book he has and a pencil and started writing down a letter . She made it short and tried her best not to shed tears on the paper , she wanted to leave no sign of her .

When she finished , she folded it down and put it on the nightstand to his side .

She emptied her side off his wardrobe and draped them out in her backpack and suitcase and quickly left his apartment without a single glance back toward him , the only thing she was left with was the memory of his words and his face.

After a long flight , she arrived to New York . she decided to go to her Cousins house to avoid her parents . However when she got there she saw more than five cars already in the driveway

She knew her cousin was obsessed with getting new sports car everyday , but these weren't his type . When the house keeper opened the door for her , she looked unusual .

She walked into the living room .

" Finally She decided to show up " Frank Sinclaire stood from his seat , beside him sat her father , William Mathius and on the other side was Justin Smith and Audrey Smith .

She looked between them and immediately knew what was happening . She let go of her suitcase and heaved a sigh . Her heart sank as she looked at him.

" what are you doing here ?" Isabel Asked Frank , but she wasn't directly looking at him , in fact she looked at her father when she spoke .

" i prefer for you to watch your tone as a part of a sinclaire , i hate to have A brat as a wife " Frank fixed his suit jacket and started to move toward her in a slow pace .

" i am not marrying you until next month , that was the deal " She looked at him with a death glare . She clenched her fist discreetly and tried her best not to raise her voice .

" change of plans , your Father company is going to bankrupt before the end of this week , and if he wants financial support from mine he needs the merge " he looked down at her with a smirk .

" and to merge both our companies i need to marry you , now "

Lucas , her brother came rushing into the living room , furious .

" may i know what the fuck is going here ?" He stood between Frank and Isabel , like a wall protecting his sister from the monster .

" Lucas watch your language " Williams warned him .

But lucas Maintained threatening looks at Frank . He rolled his eyes . " i'm saving your ass from bankruptcy "

" we don't need your saving , nor your money "

" lucas just calm down " Justin got up and moved to stand beside Us .

" you want me to calm down bro ? This Asshole here is trying to force my sister into an arranged marriage for a fucking Merge " His breathing quickened and his face reddened from how furious he was .

Isabel kept her head down and bit on her lip to stay quiet .

" we already made a deal here , and you know we never back down from a deal . He's marrying her today or next month it doesn't matter " Williams said .

" of course it doesn't matter to you , you are already selling your own flesh and blood «  lucas said .

« Lucas please stop , i'm done listening " Isabel finally snapped but felt dizzy right after , she held her head and tried to walk it off .

" woah careful " Lucas caught her in time before she hit the floor . He walked her to the couch and sat her down .

" It's the jet lag " she answered.

" of course , i forgot you were on a runaway to paris while i planned for our weeding the whole time " Frank clicked his tongue and chuckled sarcastically.

Lucas gave him a murderous look .

" don't mind him lucas , it's okay"

" it's not okay Isabel , i'm not going to let you get married to this ars " he gave her an encouraging look while hugging her shoulders .

William walked up to frank and pulled him out of the room with him .

" we are so sorry , we didn't know you were coming in today " Justin exclaimed patting her back . Suddenly a new sort of pain lashed inside of her chest and without knowing she started crying .

The trio looked at her in confusion but , nether-less they gave her the comfort she needed .

" i'm going to go to my room , i'll see you tomorrow "

She carried her stuff and got to her room shutting the door behind her . She sat down and listened to their whispers for awhile . Tears streaming down while she held closely into her clothed chest , feeling her heartbeat quicken every time she imagined Gabriel's faded image .

" Ma Cherie , je Chérirais se moment pour toujours ...."

He always knew what to say to her , he just never failed to impress her with his charming words .

And just like that she left him without even telling him her real Name . They will never see one another ever again , what Happened between them is going to be just a memory from now on .

She was going to get married in a day or two , become someone's else wife when he heart belonged with someone else .

She buried her head between her thighs and cried harder as she thought about the possibility. She hated the sinclaire's, and now she hated that she was apart of Mathius legacy , born to Marry for business , what a cliché.

She was on the verge of drifting to sleep when a sudden soft knock sounded on her door .

" She's probably asleep " she heard her brother voice .

" i'm just checking on her " Justin replied to him .

" it's okay let's give her some time and we'll ask her later . Come on " She Heard the soft voice of Audrey , her best friend and favorite cousin . Then she listened to their footsteps walk down the hallway until she no longer heard them .

She gloomily walked toward her bed and flopped face first while still sniffing .

Although it was still evening and Isabel could still not sleep , she decided to spend her entire day in bed crying and feeling pain and empathy . She looked up when she felt the end of the bed dip . It was Audrey .

She gave her a lipped smile and Isabel knew what she was about to tell her .

" Audrey-"

" why don't you go away for sometime ? You can go to my house in Greece and settle down until things calm down here " She put both her hands on the bed . She noticed that there was a set of keys dangling from Audrey's left hand .

She gave her a frightening look but Audrey just smiled at her . " Justin and I will help you , also Justin's step Brother lives there and we have already made arrangements with him , he will help you keep a low profile so the Sinclaire's won't find you "

Isabel stared at Audrey like she grew a new pair on her head , but still, deep down she felt relieve wash over her .

" i don't ... know what to say " she held her flushed face feeling wet steamy tears prickle down her cheeks .

" you can start by getting up and ready yourself , you're leaving tonight "

Audrey stood up and gestured her hand to Isabel . She took it and sat up .

" how come tonight ?" Isabel questioned with a raised skeptical eyebrow .

" your dad is marrying you to frank in three days "

Audrey finally told her. Elizabeth widened her eyes and felt like as if she was in a horrid nightmare .

"Wh-what ? Why ? How do you know ?" Elizabeth started with questions.

" your father is taking you back home tomorrow so they can start getting you ready for the ceremony , i heard them planning in Justin's office " Audrey had a miserable look on her face when she talked , like her heart lounged for her . Of course , Audrey and Justin were wed under the same circumstances, just for them , they were lucky enough to fall in love .
