Outer Space

In a far distance, thousand light years away, a humungous moon size rock and large size asteroids around it is floating in space and heading towards of a galaxy.

These massive size purple asteroids emits a multicolor hues yet having colorless radiance.

Viewed from a light years distance this gigantic rock twinkles, and with the appearance it shows one could say that it's like a luxurious gem which can be rarely found, a jewel that can glint the eyes of many. But from upclose, even with its luxurious visual, there's no second thought that this thing can bring disaster, one that can be categorized as 'calamity' that may lead to human extinction. Or worst, an 'apocalypse' that can erase the existence of planets and organisms.

Chatters, things rustling, and shouts can be heard simultaneously in every corner, with every person either doing something in a panic with nonstop sweating or shouting aggressively over a phone with nerves showing a sign of popping. This situation isn't due to some casual happenings but because of a problem which can be leveled as 'unworldly' and 'apocalyptic'.

"Commander! reporting! According to the data retrieved, it'll be within this week until MRTes0720-21 enters 'Milky Way'. And it'll take exactly 5 years for 'it' to come in contact with the solar system." A slim man roughly in his twenties was reporting the data. Giving all his current outer appearance he could be mistaken to be a weirdo outcast who doesn't even know basic hiegene. Wearing a dark pants partnered with light blue polo, wet and crumpled that's seems to be due to excessive actions. And a messy hair that looks like it had gone through a cheap budgeted hair treatment.

"Just report every data. Re-evaluate everything, and bring everything in my office if you're done. Immediately" A bulky man wearing military suit with a bunch of stars and medals hanging on his uniform. A bearded cut and with his F3 hair cut partnered with his fierce eyes and domineering aura. This man in his fourties known as the Commander giving each orders with complete dominance and authority.

"But Commander. It'll take time and eventually just by these-"

"If we don't have time then make one. Within 24 hours 'these' data should be conveyed to the 'Main'. Get as many people as you want, just say it's my order. We don't have much time, move."

'How is this even possible?! Our technologies didn't even detect it's occurence, it seems like it is not there and yet it was now this close to us. It may take 5 years to come in contact with Earth but even with that time it's still too soon. We can build bombs but the problem is if our resources is enough to blow that thing apart. Spaceship to have a space for a few thousands is doable but for millions of people, it's hard to conclude. The best way is to inform all leaders and presidents, and immediately engage to actions. Oh Almighty, please give us knowledge.' Having the thought of apocalypse and doom just makes it more fearful-hopeless. With their faith can only be in the hands of Almighty and knowledge.

March 21, 2023, it had been 10 days since the discovery of MRTes0720-21. With just a span of a few days the massive asteroids were all been evaluated and researched, and through the accumulated data it was concluded that it'll surely come in close contact with the Earth. All in conformance from NASA and AREA-Z51.

The bustling and carefree of the people around the world only means that it still hasn't been publicly announce. The announcement of such event will only lead to panic and chaos to every individual, thus it is absolutely a wisest choice to keep it confidential to the whole world. But considering the problem, sooner or later this phenomenon will be known to all.

Year 2023 of March 21st

11:15 A.M

Philippines, Eastern Samar

Guiuan, Market Place

Like any other day, the streets and market places are filled with people. With the time to near lunch and the beaming heat from the hot sun, everyone is on the hurry to head home and take a cool break.

Some can be seen carrying plastic bags of foods, people running to take shelter from the sun rays, tricycle and motorcycle drivers on sweats while waiting for passengers, mothers on standby infront of a sari-sari store whispering and seriously telling stories with a changing mood of expressions, and others can be seen on automobiles and tricycles heading home. A normal day of a small town in the Philippines.

In this very time of the day, A young man can be seen walking beside the street, carrying an eco-bag filled with foods in his left and a plastic bag filled with something like clothes in his right hand.

The young man have black hair in faded hair cut and a face of an above average, one that can never be called ugly nor too handsome just right and good looking. He have brown eyes and tanned skin to go along with his tiny bulging muscles in his slim body. Of a face of averagely good partnered of a slim muscle body, some would say that he was cut quite of a dashing figure evidenced by the fierce eye and standard thin nose that framed a chiseled face. Wearing dark blue cotton short shorts, black japanese print shirt and a checkered black&red long sleeve. A channel logo Earing on his left ear, a blackened shell bracelet along with a golden necklace hanging on his neck. With the vibe he gave off and the way he do his charms, many set of genders gets their eye of attention.

The vibe of someone responsible as brother and worthy of man, and a glinting charm of like a noble with ease of coolness and maneuver of mystery. Rarely of anyone can just overlook this passerby.

This young man ofcourse have his very own name, Excel Caye Oddor or just E.C.O. A man with a girl name. 20 years old and does not have any girlfriend since his birth. Some may confuse why he doesn't have a girl, he just have to choose one that is nice and beautiful, yet he doesn't intend to do. Well, knowing the situation Eco was in, it's understandable. He just prioritize first his family before anything that'll be of less needed.

Both Eco's parents passed away during the typhoon tragedy that happened 9 years ago, was one hell of a crisis if one to describes it. And he was left with his three younger siblings on their own since then.

Eco was 11 when he started being a sole guardian for his siblings. He undergoes hardships and challenges just to support his family; from food to clothes, studies to accessories, health to love. Luckily they have a house and wealth from their parents that will last them for approximately 4 years.

Giving away his school life just to let his siblings learn in school instead of him, while his sibling are in school Eco will roam around asking for utility tasks for a kid.

Being a parent made Eco knowledgeably-wise and mature despite his age. He was able to support his family mentally, spiritually and financially. He gave them love that's needed from a parent, a brother, and a reliable person that's not seen from an age.

Not long of walking, after about 10 minutes of travel Eco had finally made it to his destination. Their house was located in the east side near the Guiuan's Church. 3 meters away from the road and 10 meters away from the sea water from the back of the house. It is a nice place to be in. Has cool breeze and clear sea in summer and refreshing live view for a sunset. It is relatively a great place for a family living a simple and lively life.

Eco is now standing in front of a house while still carrying his belongings.

Looking up as if checking for something. If one to see him, his eyes clearly give known emotions. One that feels sorry and thankful, a being whose tired yet still refreshed, a human whose loving and loved.

Their house was made even before he was born, or so what his parents told him. A house of 6 members then, are now only of 4 remaining, to him and for his siblings.

A concrete house painted with ocean blue color and fainted yellow lining along the sides, bottoms, and detailed corners to make it look atleast exquisitely new and trend. It is a 5×10 two storey building with a room on each floor. A terrace located at the back facing the sea with a maximum of a meter and a half in width.

Eco started walking slowly but steady and sure. He stops infront of the door inches away and put down the eco bag in his left. Upon laying it to the ground he immediately adjusted his wrist moving it side to side, clockwise and shacking it gently as if his wrist was urging in pain from carrying the heavy bag.

He positioned his left hand for a knock but before he even knock the door have opened widely for him. Upon the sudden open of the door, his younger sister was standing right infront of him.
