Princess in Exile

Princess Hazel is forced to leave her ill father and her annexed kingdom, and disguise as a servant to find help in the territory of King Nefarious, also called the Dragon King, known for lack of empathy and mercy. His kingdom lives for wars, trade and wealth, but would he help the exiled princess in a war that her kingdom has already lost. If yes, then at what cost?
