2 System Reboot

Terra sat in a chair in the interrogation room rubbing the bridge of her nose with the pointer finger and thumb of her left hand. It's been a few hours since the cops put her in the room when she was high off of the new street drug called "Humans Thought".

To people who have implants and bio mechanical tech, the drug made you feel as if you had your normal body back and doing your first hit of any drug for the first time. It's one hell of drug and it is the best for clubs, only downside is the hangover. Hearing the click of the doorknob being turned, Terra didn't move as a tall man of five foot, nine inches walked in with a gun holstered on the side of his torso.

"Terra Davis, age twenty. You have a lot of jail time yet some how got to walk out and go clubbing." The detective said while sitting down.

"So, that's what happens when you are one of Satõ corporation pet projects." Terra said not really giving a damn while still trying to get the regulators in her brain to blend the chemicals to get ride of the hangover.

The detective cleared his throat and started flipping through the reporters. "That still doesn't mean you will walk free after this. @%*^010 murders and-"

Terra interrupted him now confused and clearly having to care about.

"Woh woh woh, hang on. I don't kill anyone and why was the number redacted?" She asked now leaning over the table and looking the detective in the eyes.

"What do you mean? You admitted to killing @^&!-.......[File.Memory.22:00/2/22/2981=ERROR]"

Suddenly Terra shot awake coughing in sleeping tube that was iced. Hitting the plexiglass, she tried to get out but couldn't. Looking over herself, she did a self scan and saw that a week had past. But there was no memory of it, only the fact that now she was in a medical sports bra and underwear and she was cold.

"Hey, can someone let me out!? Fuck it, let me out or I'll call Satõ!" She shouted angrily.

"No fucking need to, they don't exist anymore." A voice on a speaker said before the tube opened for her.

"Welcome to Vos Expansion, location, Detroit." The voice said with a chuckle.

Stepping out, she walked to what was a viewing port and say that she was above the clouds with thousands of skyscrapers.

"Fuck." Was the only thing Terra could say.
