2 Chapter 1: Little Steps

"Again!"

"Ventus Minima!" a small Whirlwind formed in front of the youngin' spiralling the leaves of autumn towards the ditch of their home.

"Good job." Mama said as I try to catch my breath whilst approaching me." Sleepy?"

I nodded, she smiled.

"Here," she sat under the tree of our home and offered her lap I followed suit." Looks like Wind magic is a breeze with your Gale Attribute."

After a few chuckles I nodded. Mama was a strong Mage, it is a given she has access to Nova spells, I believe what she called them, I shivered from the time a Forest Blade Viper tried to eat me a few years back. One Nova Blaze destroyed the whole forest, the Druid and Dryad got mad. Mama had to regrow the whole forest in a day. It was cool watching her regrow the trees.

Mama's scent was calming, it was of Bluebells, as Mama called them. Her Silver hair blew with the breeze as the leaves of autumn passed us.

Everything was pretty but to be honest I was a bit."Hungry," Ah, that slipped out.

Mama giggled as I sat up she took my hand. "Let's have lunch." Mama said.

We got home! Our house was comfy! It was warm and cozy in Autumn and Winter and cool and comfy during Summer! Mama said she used Roons and Pentagrams so we could be Comfy!

Now, Mama asked me to wipe the table. I wiped it clean, well uh, after I got a chair to give me a better chance to actually wipe it clean. Mama called me again.

"Eros, Can you get the Meat at the Chest?" I nodded as I hurriedly ran to it.

The chest was special since Mama used a spell to make it keep the meat fresh. As I shivered as I opened it. It was cold.

After we ate it was already night. Mama always said to be careful at night since Monsters tend to get close enough to actually be able to sense us if even with the Wards, as Mama called those weird sticky things around our house.

I heard scratching at the door. It was like uh, what did mama called them, Uh, A cat!

A Cat! I opened the door to see another one like me, Another kid that had a hood that is.

"Fo.." I moved closer. "Fo-u"

Fo-u?

"Eros, Bed time!" Mama called out.

"Mama there is someone at the door."

"At this hour?" Mama looked at the him with sad eyes. She walked over to the him.

I took the kid's hand and said." Can we help?"

Mama smiled and nodded.

"Let's get her something to eat."

Her?
