11 Missing

Jake wakes up on the same sofa where he fell asleep last night. Dayal was sleeping just beside him in the armchair. Jake took his jacket and silently walked to the door keeping in mind not to disturb Dayal.

Today he has to go for the interview and if possible for the investigation as well. He drove directly to his apartment and then straight to the company for the interview. Thankfully he did not oversleep and woke just on time.

He somehow managed to reach the office amidst those heavy traffic jams.After three hours he finally finished the whole thing. He came out to the parking area and released a deep breath of relief. There was still some time left before it gets dark. At that moment his phone went off.

"Hey! Sam, how is it going? "

"Come here ASAP" She says without even listening to what Jake asked.

"Yeah.. I was about to..."

"Stop the nonsense and come. Quick! " she interrupts.

"Why? Is everything alright? " Jake could now feel the tension in her voice, more like restlessness.

"Don't ask, just come"

"I will be there in ...." before he could finish Sam hung up the phone.

Jake got into his motorcycle and started it. The most shocking part is the location that Sam sent. They decided to go to the bungalow but how come it ended up in the airport!

After a few minutes he finally pulled up in front of the airport.There were cars parked in a haphazard way.The place was crowded with policemans and security guards. Somehow he managed to make his way out of the crowd and could finally see Sam and others.

"What happened? "

"That politician went to Bangalore"Sam sighs.

"So? "

"What do you mean? There is a case filed against him and he just went out of the city! "Mon says.

"Oh.. But what about miss Gill? "

"We went there but no, she was not there. When we were just about to come back we saw a car which seemed a little off. So we followed it and ended up here. " Sam explained.

"Where is the car? "Jakes look around.

"As soon as we came here we were distracted by the sudden news of the politician taking the flight and lost our hold on the car.We are still searching."Sam says.

" I think that car was just to distract us.. But why would he drive up to here. When it's very clear that in this way we will get to know about the politician. "Sid asks.

" That is what I was thinking? "

"Huff… what about Mr. Dayal? Did you call him? "

"No, we have not seen him since the morning. We thought he told you where he was."Sid asks in confusion.

" What? I don't know. I was with him yesterday and then today morning I went for my interview. That is it. I have no idea where he is. "

"What? He is not in the office. Maybe he is at home, "Sid says.

" Let's go. "

After driving for a while they arrived at Dayals place but unexpectedly he wasn't there too.They searched the whole house but no one was there.They tried to get him over the phone but there was no answer.

"Jesus, where is he? "Jake says as he walks back and forth in the room.

" What is wrong with all of them? Everybody is just missing out! "Sid crosses his arms.

" Let's go around and search more"Sam says.

"Let's do one thing. We will go different ways, that's better. Right? "Mon says.

" Okay "they all say in unison.

As usual Sam and Jake went together whereas the others went to a different path.
