Chapter 6: Welcomed

"She was hurting, but she didn't run away from it. She embraced the pain. Because when it is deep, that is what has to be done. You have to feel your way out of the darkness when you can't see the light."

CESIA'S POV

I was staring at the ceiling of my room here in the palace. The color beige motif of the room, matched all the things here: bedroom, sofa, cabinet, and even the restroom.

It's already morning and I wake up early. I didn't eat dinner too. Because of what happen and known yesterday. They didn't bother me locking myself in this room. I want space and a decision too.

"I must talk to her. " referring to Lady Knight. I want to apologize and thank her. And maybe tell her I stay. I'll give chance to myself too. But I don't want to get closer or trust them fully. If I had a chance to find a place, alone. I'll do that.

"Come in. " a serious tone of Lady Knight. I was here in front of her room.

I push the door to open it and there I saw Lady Knight reading a book sitting on her black sofa. While drinking coffee. She had this usual look while frowning.

I stand here and make a coughing sound to get my attention.

"Oh, cesia. Come have a seat! " she approached me like nothing happened yesterday to us. Gesturing her hand to sit.

I walk towards the sofa and be seated. I cough a bit and said.

"I-m sorry. " I said to her while she continues reading a book. She didn't mind what I said.

'Guess, she's mad at me'

'Try again! ' my thought said. And my crazy self is now talking to her conscience. God this life! I continue apologizing and sound sincere.

'Hays'

"Ahm, Lady Knight. So----rry! For blaming you and didn't Thank you for What you've done to me. " I'm talking while my head is lowered. She never responded.

'God, what would I say? '

"I.... " no words will come to my mouth. And I can't face her. Now she didn't talk. I lower my gaze on the floor like this is the interesting thing I've ever seen. I let out a sigh.

"You're right. It's my second chance to live and I'll my best to make my life different from before ." I sighed.

"Sorry, for what I had said yesterday, and Thank you for giving me hope. Even, I'm like this lifeless living thing. I'll try to find more reason to live." And now I finally said it all.

She puts her book and stands up.

'Woah, is she? ' referring if she will leave me here unforgiven. But she walks nearer and sits beside me. She then grabs my shoulder to face her while I still looking down.

"Hey, look at me! " she said in a soft voice. So, I look at her and there I saw her lively eyes and smile.

"It's okay dear, I understand you! What you feel there and experienced. " she points to my heart and sincereness filled with her voice.

" I know that pain leads you to be like this, hmm. Maybe someday; someone will make you "You or more than being the happiest? " she smiles and chuckle. While me frowning.

'What? '

"Ahm, Can I stay here? " I asked Lady Knight seriously. She then looked at me with happiness and nod like a kid.

"Ohh, yes, yes... I'm very happy you choose here to stay. "she claps her hands with joy.

"Thanks. " I said.

"Would you like to come with us? " she asked me with excitement.

"-_-.. Where? "

"We're going to travel the whole Valzonian Realm, a visit, especially a kingdom. " imaginably said.

'Why is this woman being childish in front of me? '

'Valzonian Realm?'

"Oh, sorry dear! You're in the other Realm. Hmm, how would I explain this." gesturing herself how to solve the problem.

'Other Realm?'

'What happened to this fucking World? '

"It means you're in the world of other creatures; you're not in the Mortal world where mortals do live. You're in our Realm. " she meaningfully said.

"Other creatures? " I lazily asked.

"Yeah, later you'll understand it! It's better to come with us and there you'll see what I mean. " encouragingly told by her.

I have no choice, and none of here I know, maybe she's right to come with them. And God! I have to adjust whatever this is. First, my two years of being sleeping beauty. Next, this whatsoever Realm they called. What's next?

'Tsk! ' I nod to her as a response.

I was here in the living area waiting for Lady Knight. I keep on dragging the edge of the dress Knight gave me. I'm not comfortable showing my skin. I wear a white casual dress with black glitter design and white doll shoes. I let my long brown hair untied.

It's my first time traveling and visiting places. Cause, hello? I just locked in our house for 18 years and 2 years of sleeping.

'Haist, I need to cope up more in this World '

I jumped out of shock when someone cheerfully grabs my hands and happily facing with me.

"Hi, Cesiaaaa! " I imaginably closed my ears because of her screeching voice. She then stopped and made a twinkling eye.

'Cute' this girl I saw her the first time I open my eyes here.

"Eyyy, Amara Suzette at your service! " she offers her hands. I just look at it. But she never surrenders getting her attention.

'Naughty'

"Yoohoo! " she waved her hands at me. Waiting for me to make a handshake. I sighed and do it what she wants.

"So, we're friends? " while giggling.

To make it last for her to be silent, I nod in response, but the Heck she screams in joy.

"(￣.￣)" 'Oh, save me! '

I saw Lady Knight going downstairs and she seems to know that I was a little need of help here.

"Amara! " Lady knight called a warning tone. Amara stopped and vow to her as a respect. I vowed to.

"Okay, let's go! The chariot is ready! " she said in a monotone.

'Chariot? '

'duh, see it Cesia! ' said to my thoughts.

'Oh God, am I hallucinating again with this "Talking Conscience"?'

'Nope... You're no... '

"Shut up! " I didn't know I voice out loud so they looked at me confused.

"Ah, Hm. Nothing. " I calmly said.

'Geez' said again by my fucking thought.

We're now outside of the Valkyrie Palace. Amara said it called the place for Royal warriors like them. I just listened to whatever they said and observed.

I inhaled the fresh air and it's good that my new life here wasn't like before.

Now I know that this place is floating in the sky. Woah, right?

In my mind, I loudly scream there for this beauty I've seen. I want to jump in happiness, but I forgot I didn't feel any emotions.

We saw a horse with wings and a chariot on it. The chariot was designed at the top of a wing and a sword located at the center of it. The gold linings we're amazingly fit with its white color and matched too with those horse with wings.

The place is Heavenly, with white clouds, a palace floating, and a Pegasus. Amara named it. I didn't imagine encountering this in my whole life. K hardly pinched my cheeks and it hurts.

"Yeah, it's real. All are real and alive ." I whispered.

"Hey, hold your breath, dear. There's more you can see here. " Lady Knight said while chuckling. We're now at the front of the chariot and there we saw Aries is waving at us.

"Lady Knight " he vowed to her.

" Amara and Hi, Cesiaa! " Amara rolled her eyes and I? Expect what would I do

I curiously go nearer to the pegasus and touch its soft wings. I traced its star sign on its forehead and I felt sudden bolts of electricity. I'm surprised when I heard it giggle. My eyes widened...

"Hush" a small voice of a woman giggling too.

'Is she?' I looked around and none of them talk. 'talking? ' I frowned.

"Yes, don't make it obvious to them that I talked to you. " the pegasus said. My eyes widened more because she heard my mind.

'You can read my thoughts? ' I asked.

"Yes, dear and Don't tell them, hahaha. " Woah a pegasus talking. Amazingly crazy right?

'What's your name? I'm Cesia. " I introduced myself.

"I'm Savanna. " she sweetly said. Our conversation stopped when Amara interrupted us.

"Cesiaa! We have to go! " she said. I didn't notice Lady Knight already inside. I looked at Savanna and nod to her.

'Nice to meet you, Savanna. " I said tapping her head.

"I'm glad to meet you too, Cesia. Go on! Enjoy the ride!" she said.

I entered the chariot and Amara was beside me. We're at the back, while Lady Knight and Aries at the front.

"Girl, you look liked having a conversation with a pegasus. " pointing to Savanna.

"-_-#" I just look at her with a blank face.

"Well, your right! "I said in a straight.

"What? " she burst out asking.

'God'

"Joke. (￣.￣)" I said.

"Hehe, You know what, you're the kind of giving a funny answer, but no emotions, hehe". Amara said while rubbing her hands.

"-_-"

"Hehe, nevermind. "And stop talking.

We're now flying in the middle of the clouds. Everyone was sleeping and I'm here looking outside.
