Chapter 5 - Reborn

Third Person's POV

"Lady Knight," said the man's voice.

"How is she? " Knight asked the man holding a piece of cloth and water in the basin.

"Still no progress. It's been two... " the man stopped what he said by hearing a loud breaking of glass. They looked at each other, confuse. In a second, a lady went out of the room. Panicked was visible on her face.

"A-Aries....." she stopped and pay respect to Knight.

"Lady Knight, she-she's awake! " she said.

After hearing the news, they immediately run through the door. When they entered; the room is all messed up. Scattered, broken glass on the floor. There they saw a lady in bloody hands, crying.

"Aaaaaah! " she stopped in anger and looked at the three of them with disgust.

"Why? " she said in a straight tone. She lowers her head and wiped the remaining tears on the cheek.

"Why you let me live? " and now a cold, lifeless voice of a beautiful lady is in her.

"Leave us here two. " Lady Knight said to her comrades. Eyeing them to follow her command.

"Amara? Aries! " she said in a Strict tone to the two people who are in awe by its beautiful face of the lady, not with the mess. And by Knight's voice, they've back to its normal state.

"Ye-s Lady Knight! " said the two while bowing. They went out of the room and closed the door.

"I'm glad.... "lady Knight we're interrupted because Cesia shouts again with anger.

"Glad? Ha-ha-ha" a sarcastic laugh from her.

"Your kidding, right? "she smirked.

"Is that your way of thanking me? Us? " Lady knight uses her straight voice. Cesia paused a bit and laugh with Sarcasm.

"Did I ask you to keep me, alive? "Huh, that's funny! " cesia said in anger. A feeling of being unwanted is within her.

"I know you're in pain but please we have to cure your wounds in your hand." Knight sincerely said to Cesia.

Cesia stopped a moment and keep on echoing to her mind that there's someone concerned about her state. She felt her emotion but erased it again because All they want is to make her suffer.

'They all the same. '

"Pain? As if you know what's pain for me. "she said with coldness to knight.

Knight didn't flinch at her voice but grabbed her hands that cover with blood. Cesia would have taken it away from her, but Knight made a strong force. So she didn't mind her anger and became silent.

CESIA'S POV

"If you want to release all of your anger. " her blue eyes looked at me with sincerity.

"Do it then; maybe later if we're done here. And after you eat. " she talked while cleansing my wounds with alcohol and wipe it with cotton. I looked at her blankly; just observed the place in our room including her.

I heard my tummy sound. She chuckled, and look at me with Awe.

'Hays, I'm hungry and my stomach is empty! Damn! '

"Hmm. It's done! " she said while checking her finished bandage in my hand. She looked at her wristwatch and type anything there.

'Woah, is that a mobile phone? ' I frowned and curious of course.

"Your food is ready and someone will clean this room too. "obviously said the "CLEAN THIS ROOM" with matching eyebrow up.

'Duh'

"I know you can walk Already; so let's go to the Dining Area! " she said in a bossy tone. I sighed and follow her.

I stopped when I see a mirror. I gasped when I see my face change A bit: 'mature? ' why? I scanned my wounds there were no traces of it, but a scar left in my chest. I furiously Look at her...

"What happened? Why I-I changed? " I said it straight. My body changes too, my boobs became bigger, my curves are now visible to my body and I became taller. I think I gain more inches. And I'm like a fine woman now!

'What the hell is happening to me' I frowned and want an answer now!

"Tsk! I'll tell you later. You have to eat first," she said with finalization.

We went out to the room and then I realized its a big Mansion. The walls are a bit old, but, heck it's very nice. Like I'm in the ancient kingdom. I scanned the place, there are many rooms here.

'Maybe they're plenty of people here.'

We're on the second floor of the mansion. And I think there's another floor above. The woman stopped and face me again with a smile.

'Beautiful '

"Sorry! My bad..... I'm Scarlett Knight." she said with a wide smile making her eyes twinkle like a bluish star.

I nod in response.

"Cesia Aphrodite Scyhe. " I said With no emotions. I didn't shake her hands and I just looked at it. Then, she does the handshaking.

I looked at the place below us and my mouth left hanging in 'O'. The welcoming eerie of the living room. The red-carpeted floor, the beautiful vases or antiques. The statues and most beautiful chandelier I've ever seen. It all fits the place warmer and welcoming.

'It's a palace indeed '

I heard her again chuckle and continue walking down to the grand staircase. Even she had this beauty, but you'll still see her gentle and serious face. Like she handles all the people here.

We're now in the living area and were approached by a man earlier. He bowed to Scarlett with respect and nod to me.

"Lady Knight, the food is ready," he said.

"Thanks " Scarlett replied to him. He then looked at me with a smile and wave his hand.

"Hi! I'm Aries Herecleos," he said happily, but I just looked at him with boredom.

" - _ - ".

"Hmm. I'm the one who's been treating your wounds before. " he proudly said. I frowned.

"Before? " he gulped because of my voice and scratched his hair at the back of it. Like he said something serious.

Knight warningly gazes at him. He smiled shyly and run out from our sight to the dining area.

'Hmm. Something serious happened to me. "

"Don't worry Cesia. I'll tell you everything. " Knight assured me. I let out a sigh.

'Woah'

My mouth watered from the delicious food I see. The table, we're full of different foods, from main dishes, side dishes, and dessert. They chuckled hearing the sound of my tummy.

"Okay, let's eat. Someone's been starved here! " she clapped her hand.

'God, If I'm not just hungry, I've never talked to them.'

I felt a hand on my shoulder and accompany me to sit. Ey, I was stunned and a bit shy. Hays.

'Keep wearing your serious face, then' said to my thoughts.

'What the' since when my conscience talks to me?

God, I must be crazy. I've ignored it and just eat. I grabbed a plate and put full different foods on it. I didn't mind their stares and focus on what I do here. I just heard their lively laugh watching me eating like there's no tomorrow.

"Cesia? "Lady Knight called me. We're here in her room. I was sitting on the sofa and she sits in front of me. She gave me a cup of tea, but its color is red.

'What is that ' I put my focus on the cup.

"Ahem, Drink this first. "Lady Knight said, pushing the cup towards my direction. I look at it, her and the cup.

"I didn't put anything there. It's a tea to keep you calm. And don't mind the color." she said sincerely.

I sighed and get the cup and drink it all. The taste is good and refreshing. Like what she said it made me calm a little bit.

"Okay, spill it. " I said in a monotone.

"The night... Hmm. We're I found you in the forest. And you obtained a lot of wounds. You lost your consciousness. So, I called my Men to get you here and bring in the palace. " she said in a pity.

" - _ -" I looked at her, like telling her to continue.

"I thought you can't make it. You're already dead, half an hour. But Aries noticed you fight back and have some pulse. He does his best to save you. We are waiting for you to wake up after a day of saving you. But..... " she stopped and unable to continue.

"But? Get to the point " I curiously asked her.

"But, you make in a deep sleep like someone or something made you that. " I frowned.

'Deep Sleep? '

"Cesia, we thought we can't see you wake up. We didn't lose hope though..... For two years. " she sighed.

'Wait '

"Two years? " I asked. She nods in response.

"Two years and 3 months, Cesia. You sleep that for long," she said. I was speechless based on what I heard. Two years? And God has the guts to wake me up?

"I was relieved now seeing you, talking to me. You're here already. " she happily said it like I'm their family who was lost for years.

"Hmm. The gods must have played me! Why they let me live again? Why!... It's better to be dead than alive with no more emotion! " I angrily said.

"Calm down! " she said seriously.

"Aren't you happy? To have this second chance? " she said.

"Happy? " I sarcastically asked her.

"Why would I feel happy to be alive again, Huh? " I burst out of anger letting my pain to come out.

"Second chance? To make me suffer, again? "I looked at her. I see fear but faded quickly she wears her serious face.

"No one will ever want me in this World! " I continue.

"I don't deserve to be lov..... " I feel a slap in my face.

'Did she slap me? '

"You have no right, to say that lady! " I heard her baritone voice.

"Because we care and hope for you to wake up! " she emotionally said.

"We do care for you, Cesia! Even, we haven't talked to you yet, because you're asleep. We care for you! " Knight is now crying.

'Why is she crying? '

'I am that important? '

'N-o, I don't want this'

"Okay! If you hate your life! Go on! Leave her in the palace and let yourself die or should I say; kill yourself. " she angrily said.

"If that's the only way to lessen or forgot that pain. Go! " she shouted.

"Instead of trying to blame and kill yourself. Try to put some hope. Even, a little of it! Hope for your life. A change Cesia! A new you! " let out her anger.

I'm speechless. I saw my reflection in the mirror. No sign of emotion.

" Leave! If you want, get out of here. Go! " she said and I found myself walking out of the door. But before I closed it. I heard her whisper:

"If you changed your mind. We're still here to welcome you. " while sobbing. I closed the door, holding my chest with maybe guilt and pain?

'Do I deserve this chance? ' and I heard my thought saying.

'You're Reborn now. Live cesia! For yourself and the new people who cares for you! Live again! Find your purpose and your soul'

I was stunned but it hit me, the words they said.

"I guess... I have to accept my fate. " letting out a sigh.
