Chapter 33: Invitation

CESIA'S POV

I'M ON THE DINING AREA, eating my super-duper late lunch. I didn't mind their stare looking at me like a piggy-eater. I am very hungry and I don't want to disturb and entertain them, not when I'm already done. The food here was very delicious and made me crave for more. Natalia was a very superb cook, Dark must have been proud of her wife; how thoughtful and caring she is.

It's already four o'clock in the afternoon. I spent not having consciousness for five hours. After my amazing show earlier, I pass out because of fatigue, and my energy was drained.

Natalia said I shouldn't have forced myself into doing those moves because it may lead me to shock. Although I feel light and strong I will not do anything for my body to react like that. It is for the best, and they were thankful my body cooperated me from fast healing, exchange from my hours of sleep. That's why I wake up, not feeling weak and in pain. My energy got restored and stable that made me confused about how fast I am recovering.

Amara and Aries always talk about being sorry for what they've done for being strict and cruel. They didn't think about the possible outcome of my health. I understand them, but I am not already annoyed by their moves, instead, I thank them. I look at them giving them a reassuring smile. I am already full and it's time to entertain them. I cleared my throat before talking:

"Okay…I know you have something to tell. Spill it out." I said in a monotone. Amara and Aries's face cannot be drawn; they keep on looking at me. Hope and excitement are filled in their eyes; they are waiting for me to give them time to talk.

"Ah-He-he-he, Ces… You're aware it's the last day of the year right?" Amara asked, her eyes have slipped back and forth two the two princes who have an unexplained emotion on their faces.

"Ye-ah, Why?" I asked. It didn't escape my eyes the tension of their faces.

'Wait... feels like there is something that happens earlier while we passed out. 'Zia said. Yeah, I just notice that lately but I didn't give a damn to ask them what happen.

'Yeah… I kind of notice it when I go downstairs earlier. Seems they were arguing on something.' I wake up earlier, without their presence. So, I decided to go out of my room because I am starving. I found them in the living room, talking about something, but they stop when they feel my presence. They immediately welcome me and lead me to the dining area. I know they can feel me, from afar, they have these active senses.

"We would like you to decide if we can accept Dark's invitation. " Aries's hopeful face was evident. I frowned. Why would I be the one, who will decide it?

"An Invitation? Why me? We know that we have two princes here who can accept and decide that invitation. "I know it sounds sarcastic, but it's the truth, the decisions must be one of them. I am just a none identical creature, I have no right to decide when it comes to that matters.

"Eh, that's our problem, earlier. These two princes; didn't want you to get tired. And they want you to rest here; because it may trigger your health." What? They really, say that, just for my sake? What if it is important? God, these men, were such an overprotected fools.

"Tsk. I am not a fool." Trevor said, looking at me with a blank expression. What? Did he know my thoughts? I saw his lips turn into a curve, smirking at me. I raise my brow at him and divert my attention ignoring his stares.

"Don't worry, I'm all okay now. You two; must decide and don't mind my health okay? I can handle myself. "I look to them, giving them a sign to talk and decide.

"The decision is yours to follow. That's final." Trevor speaks getting bored with our conversation. I sigh, to make it done quickly, I must decide, right?

"Okay. What's in the invitation?" I saw Aries and Amara lights up their mood and gives the two princes a mocking smirk.

"Dark invites us to come with them... They will celebrate their New Year's Eve at Grand Beach of Eden, near here." Amara was now twinkling her eyes, giving me high hopes with my decision.

'Really? They need to argue like that?' Zia's right. Why they can't decide such simple things? And jeez, going out on a beach? God, that's what I'm been dreaming of, to go to a beautiful place and feel the essence of peace.

"Please, Ces… We want to relax for a bit, it's just two days and we will go back here tomorrow evening. Please…pretty please…" I raise my brow to these two stupid creatures in front of me. They were back from their true attitudes. I can't imagine they have this attitude of being a devil when getting serious.

"Really? You argue these things. I can't imagine you guys, having this kind of childish act." I said. Why they just decide it earlier? They're making things complicated. In fact; it's really, okay with me. I never have been to a place like that, going on a vacation.

"He-he. If not with these two. We can decide that fast. But, in case you approve it… we already pack our things including your dress. That's what girls and boys scouts do." I shake my head because of her stupid statement.

'I can't believe we have a friend, who thinks like this.' I look to the two royalty prince; they just shrugged with their statements.

"How about them?" preferring to Aivan and Trevor.

"They have no choice, to come with us… If you want to. I already pack their things… The only thing that's lacking is your approval, milady. Now…give us your answer, please?" Whoa, Excited that much? What if, I didn't want to come? Their hopes must be broken? I can't believe they are done preparing. But, it's good, right? This is my time to take a sneak-peak of the World, right? Even in a small-time. I should have enjoyed it and feel it.

I sigh and look at them: twinkling eyes, hopeful face; blank and bored expressions. That was their reaction waiting for me to say it. I cleared my throat but before I could open my mouth, we got disturbed by the little voices of kids.

"Tita Cesiaaa!" the voices of the kids, I haven't seen since my training. I look at them, with a wide smile on my face and give them a quick hug. These kids have been close to me and have a space in my heart already.

'Cute'

"Tita… we're thankful that you're okay, now," Ethan said wearing a black polo-shirt and tuck-in black pants.

"I'm all okay, Ethan. Don't worry Tita is not in pain now." I pinch his chubby cheek that made him annoy a little.

"I miss you, Tita. We haven't seen you for a long time." Nathan is now blushing, giving me his innocent eyes. He wears a white polo shirt and blue short pants. I chuckle because of his cute gestures.

"Sorry…Tita was very busy. I am making myself to be strong so I can save cute kids like you." I said, messing his comb-hair.

"Tita… Will you come with us, right? I'm so excited to celebrate this day, with you. I can't wait for it to happen." I heard Amara and Aries, cleared their throats. Nallah's twinkling eyes touch my heart, her hope and excitement in her eyes were visible. The floral dress she wears made her like a cute little princess. She was expecting me to come. I smile and hugged this beautiful kid.

"Do you really, want me to go there?" I ask her innocently. I just want to tease these two stupid, beside me.

"Yes…Tita, It is our first time having a beautiful Tita and we don't want this day will end without your presence there." I chuckled.

"Alright…Tita Cesia will come. I don't want a cute little princess mood, losing her happiness." The three kids jump in joy, hearing my decision.

"Yes! I can't wait to see the place!" I heard their loud voices, like winning in a lottery. Their smiles were priceless, and the two princes shake their heads. They don't have a choice just to go with the flow.

I just smiled at what I see today. The people in front of me we're laughing. The people who let me feel at home and welcomed by their kindest smile and love. I can't imagine I experienced this warm feeling, I feel in my heart. The thumping of my heartbeats that indicate I started to love and care for them, DEEPLY…

I hope it is not just a teaser moment for me to be happy, right? I hope these scars in my heart that we're left from my past, was slowly healing…
