Chapter 31: Childish-Bitcy Valkyrie

"When I train legs I make them my bitch for an hour, then for the next two days, they make me theirs."

CESIA'S POV

I DON'T KNOW if I'll be thankful for my situation right now. I'm still alive, yeah...STILL. My heart and brain are still working, but I wish this pain will go away. My whole body is full of bruises that some parts of it turn to violet or green. I can hardly move my body or walk.

On the first day of my hell training, I pass out after I climb the tied ropes, 50 meters high. I survive running around the whole field five times carrying the dumbbells. I can't imagine I can carry those heavy dumbbells while running. They let me rest and eat but only for fifteen minutes. It's torture for me, and it is my fault too, agreeing to them.

When I wake up on the second day, I cry and shout in pain. I can't even move because all of my body and bones were sensitive to pain. Like, at any moment they might be broken into pieces. Thanks to Natalia, she gave me a tea that will make me move and hold the pain away. Effectively, that's why my training goes on.

I thought Aries, will give me special treatment at that time. But, hell the activity he gave to me was becoming worst not minding my situation. He brings me to a muddy field with a pathway of small stones that only one foot can step. I need to pass the pathway of stones on the other side without falling on the mud ground.

The activity will test me, how I can calculate my balance with just a tiny space. First, it is so hard because I can't move quickly because of my body pain. That's why I end up falling in the muddy ground. For how many nth times?

Well, I successfully finish it without falling. I can manage to balance and calculate my moves easily. Then came the last activity, to walk in the muddy ground with 2kg metal shoes while spreading my arms carrying 2kg of metal each. I succeeded, after how many attempts. It was the worst training of all. I am like a soldier not minding I'm a woman and sensitive to this kind of activity.

Torture right? Well, it is hell and I don't know how many times I encountered that, knowing it is just a first phase of training. Four phases are remaining and the final test I have to pass. It's now or never I give up and stop. I already sacrifice half of my life and I must continue. No matter, how difficult that training is. I already contributed my efforts, and I shall pass it.

It is the third day of training, and the second phase will start any minute now. We're already here in the Training Building on the second floor. I am right that this building is full of combat facilities and weapons. We tour around the place before entering here.

Dark didn't go with us because he is a busy person too. Only Amara, Aries, Aivan, and Trevor are with me this time. The second building was very spacious. There was only one table in front of us and ten chairs on each side. I don't know what will be my activity this time, there are no other things here for training.

We are sitting on the chairs and Trevor was standing in front of us. Leaning coolly his butt in the center-table while his long-legs cross a bit. He was so hot and cool with his post right now. His dark menacing aura was flaring all over his body like you were afraid to speak and miss his move.

"Okay, today Aphrodite will be starting the second phase of training. Amara will be the trainer this time. Before starting, I will explain to you why you need to undergo those difficult activities." He said while looking at me intently like I'm the only person in this place is existing.

"The first phase as Dark said; is to test your strength, endurance, speed, and balance. You need to enhance the period of time, doing heavy activities, because in a battle there's no time out or resting." I open my sense of hearing and understand what he meant and detailed about my training.

"You need to exert your force with strength holding weapons or any other things. Your speed is important too, to know how you will be able to move in a short period of time and the ability to remain stable even when moving with difficult circumstances. Those I mention are one of the qualifications to have better combat skills and fighting with weapons." That's right, I was so dumb to call Aries stupid because I think lowly about those activities. I now understand why they reacting like that, just to acquire all of those in my training. I sighed, this principle of mine is such a childish one.

"I know you already understand. Now, you have to proceed to the second phase. Are you ready?" He asked, while his menacing dark eyes looking at me like he has seen my entire soul. I gulped, I have to control my feelings towards him. I want to focus my attention, and the time is giving me an excuse, just not to entertain my feelings. It's good timing, though.

'Erase...Erase...Erase...'

"Yeah. I understand and sorry for my rude act." I said in a monotone. I want to give a round of applause to myself. I successfully, act cold this time, not an easy-open can Cesia who sound kind and sweet because I want to change. He-he... But, I'm true to my words... I will change it...I'm just acting towards him... You know, that I want this feeling towards him, fade quickly.

"Oh, right, Amara, explain to her what she can benefit from this phase. Before, she could react stupid, AGAIN." What? Is it really, need to act sarcastic? I mentally rolled my eyes at him, and I have just seen him, grinning.

"Tsk!" Amara stands up and goes to the center-table. Trevor was seated in the chair, in front of me.

"Okay, the second phase is to test your flexibility, agility, and coordination. The first and second phases are the twin effect of speed, endurance, strength, and balance. It is the remaining ability you need to enhance with. In this phase, you don't need to pressure yourself because you already encounter heavy activities. You already know how to calculate and manage your moves. To make it better the second phase will enhance more your speed and balance." So, the second phase is connected to the first one. Maybe, all the phases are interconnected. I just go with the flow and passed all of it.

"Okay, let's start the second phase," Amara said and snap her fingers in the air. Five persons appeared in front of us carrying boxes in their hands. It is Dark Valdmort's men.

'Whoa, how I wish we can travel like that.' Zia said with amazement. They put the boxes at the table and curtsied before disappearing.

"Hm. I'm wondering what's in the box..." Aries said while looking at me smirking, looking at my confused reaction.

"Tsk! Shut up. We're not friends...YET." I said coldly with matching rolled eyes. He just laughs at me and raises his hands for defeat. We heard Trevor cleared his throat and look at us with a warning gaze.

'This one too. Tsk!'

"Okay, Cesia... Come here." Amara claps her hand to get her attention. I quickly stand and walk in her direction.S I'm so thankful, I drink the tea always because I can now tolerate the pain and I ignored it.

Amara opens the five boxes. There I saw the things inside, while my face is now frowning and surprised.

"Shit! Don't tell me—" Amara stop me from talking and now I am like a kitten who's now tame by a Tiger.

"I'm warning you. I don't want to hear you blabbering in disagreement. Now, get that thing inside and wear it." She gritted her teeth. Is it our Amara talking? She is like a woman who's been possessed by a Demon. Her voice was cold as ice, and her aura was strict and serious. She's different from the Amara, I know...gone the childish and jolly Amara.

"BITCH MODE ACTIVATED." Aivan and Aries Chorused. I look at them curiously and they just shake their heads, warning me with their stare, not to anger the woman beside me.

'Why is everyone we know, acting like a devil when they become serious.' Zia said. Yeah, I agree, why they act so evil when they are serious. Earlier, Amara is like a child always laughing like someone give her candy, and now, she becomes a tiger who's ready to kill her prey. I know her bitchy side, but the attitude she is showing right now was tripled and worst.

'Gosh, If everyone was like that when they become serious, How come if I already encounter Trevor to be my trainer? In his normal mode, he acted cold and ruthless, and what if—worst than that? Thinking Trevor's attitude becoming worst, right now I'm already trembling in fear. I—my deep thinking got stop and I got stunned from what I heard.

"Cesia!!! Haven't I told you to get and wear that Armor? Your daydreaming already? I guess you're too happy to see this thing right here? Don't waste my patience and MOVE!!!" God, this woman becoming a monster already. I heard they almost stop their laughing and control. I give them a death glare, just wait for me to bring back all your mocks... Geez...

I move quickly and get the armor suit filled with lots of pockets. It is heavy but I can tolerate the weight. I don't know what is the connection to this phase letting me wear this stupid cloth. Flexibility? Coordination? And Agility? Where's the connection on wearing them, it is not a sort of cosplay. I finished wearing the cloth and look at her innocently.

"Good. Now, the second box contains metal bars. It weighs 60 kg in all. To make this activity effective..." Staring at me with brows up.

"All these metal bars will be put on your armor. See those empty pockets around the armor? There you can place the metals. Now...boys? Please, put these metal bars on his armor." I gulped, did I hear it, right? I will be carrying again other heavy objects? I saw Aries and Aivan stands to put those metals in my armor. But, they were stopped by Trevor.

"Sit. I will be the one who can put it to her." I said his baritone voice, like a hint of warning. Tsk. What his problem? I don't understand, him. Trevor moves fast and puts all the metals on my empty pockets. I heard the two guys cleared their throat. I was holding my breath and my heart was now beating fast. He is too close to me, that I can feel his hot breath and smell the manly scent that I love at him. I almost flinched when his skin touch mine. God... This man activates all of my senses... Until he was done putting all the metal bars and I gasped for air hungrily, like I don't know why I held my breath because he was too close. Amara snapped again and grins.

I can feel the heaviness of the armor I wear. I think to sum it all weighs 80kg or 90kg? I hope it's not the same as what I encounter in Aries training. I hope this activity was simple and I can accept it, just standing right here, I don't know if I can move with this suit.

"Hmm. You look good in it. But, there's more... To make it better..." She grins and gets the thing on the third box...

'What?'

'A jumping rope?'

'Don't tell me...I'm using that one?' I know I'm too pale right now. I'm praying lately, that this time was so simple but the hell! It has gotten worst...

"While wearing that Armor with metal bars... You need to use this jumping rope... You know what will you do about this...You are not dumb, not to know what's its use. Okay, Start..." Amara said with a bossy tone and throw the jumping rope on my side and I catch it.

Not hard? Easy? Are they trying to kill me bit by bit? Every phase was becoming worst. Are they planning to break all of my bones? God, I hope I can survive on this day. Another HELL of ACTIVITY...AGAIN...
