5 Chapter 4

The mechanical flashing sound synched with a flashing white light surprised Corporal Nathan but he didn't show any signs of it. He simply looked at the direction of the light and sound came from but.

Averting his eyes, he saw a beautiful woman holding a camera and is taking a picture. The woman seem familiar to him, apparently she seems to be careless.

(Where did I saw her?) Corporal Nathan thought.

His vission became slower as he the woman, he was captivated by her beauty and charmed by her body.

Then he feigning return his gaze again at captain who just got off the hood and is walking forward the direction where the hideous scene is.

Throwing away this wierd thoughts and return his thoughts earlier ever since they came here, Thinking about how do we get out of this place.

He kept thinking about different scenarios to convince captain to get out of this place because his insides couldn't calm him down.

But none of this thoughts come out of him because he is in no position to share his suggestion or opinion.

( YIKES !!) A bolt of word suddenly struck him.

It was some kind of important thing that he shouldn't had ignored.

He quickly turned his head again at the woman who continuously taking a picture.

He was found dumbstruck as another problem has occured. He return again at the captain and the sergeant and look around. He left out a sigh and laid-back as he is assured that no one else saw her got out of the car.

It never entered him of how she got out of the vehicle.

He doesn't wanted to cause a scene or to drag this lady towards the vehicle forcefully.

"...What the hell is that woman doing? "

"...Can she read the atmosphere? "

Corporal Nathan was somewhat admired her.

"...How can she digest this horrible sight? "

( Ahumm..!...Im so dumb, ofcourse she can take it thats why he is taking a picture right? ).

" But what the hell, is she not bothered by it? "

Different question and words flashingly entered his mind as he wanted to ask the woman but not a single word come out of his mouth.

( Damn it! Im not a highschool kid anymore, I should have get rid of my gynophobia ).

As he is hesitating not knowing what is the right word to say to her to convince her to stay inside the vehicle until we recieved the Captain's orders of what is the best to do next .

Ofcourse it will not be easy because this woman gathered all of her courage knowing how risky it is to come out of this gruesome situation.

But corporal Nathan must try his best to talk this out without engaging in a calm manner.

He thought that this situation can be solve without the captain's knowing.

" This is such a bothered huh?....They're like pest, a single fly enjoying, licking over a dead corpses all over by herself... " he said with a low tone voice.

Corporal was now sweating so hard. The words came out of his mouth was not what he wanted to say. He was panicking.

( CRAP NOW I SAID IT !!!!! )

He wanted to say a word indirectly towards the woman positively. But instead, A projectile of harshful words came out of his mouth towards the woman.

"...Damn I wish she didn't heard me..." corporal Nathan said to himself.

Evanne heard this, he jolted her shoulders and paused from taking a picture. She left out a heavy sigh.

"Crap...I've been caught." She thought

She knows that she will be caught, because of how secured this place is despite their numbers.

3 armed soldiers roaming around with 1 sitting on a .50 caliber machine gun and the two others are not given because they are too busy inspecting that gruesome scene.

She will be caught soon but not these too soon.

Evanne gulps as he hesitantly turned his head and made a forcefull smile.

She is ready to state her reason but what she saw was a soldier who didn't even looking at her. Evanne felt embarrassed.

This is the first time he felt disrespected and it made her mad.

This is the first time she ever encountered someone who threw those harshful words at her but isn't willing to confront her.

"...HEY, EXCUSE ME SIR, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS TREATED LIKE THIS, SAYING THOSE WORDS, IM WILLING TO TAKE IT AND YOUR PRIMITIVE THOUGHTS TO ME AND MY WORK BUT I DON'T LIKE WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR YOUR DOING TO ME..." she whispered loudly, her angry face was staring at corporal's but instead of making him intimidate, Corporal Nathan blush thinking "...Crap...I might been hit." he said to himself.

The feeling of triumphant ease Evanne that made her to smirk when he saw corporal Nathan's face were getting reddish maybe because hes getting irritated but she blew himself.

Corporal Nathan crawled down the .50 caliber machine gun and stepped out of the vehicle to face Evanne.

Evanne move back a step because of the pressure brought by a soldier in uniform standing in front of her. A drip of sweat flowed from her ear towards her neck as he tries to regain her posture.

Without a word Corporal Nathan grabbed Evanne's right arm that surprise her and started to forcefully grabbed her towards the vehicle where she sneaked out.

"...HEY! what do you think you're doing, let go of my arm you unsophisticated human!."

" I said let go of me! "

Evanne kept retorting but she can't do anything agains Corporal Nathan's gripped.

While Corporal Nathan does this, he was kind of glad cause he's touching the girl he liked even though he doesn't know her name.

" Hey your hurting me!...."

Hearing this words came out of Evanne towards him hurted his chest, he doesn't wanted to hear it coming from Evanne for some reason...

But for the sake of her safety, he must do this.
