Divine power: Power contained in the soul. Most powerful. Inclusive to Major and Minor Gods.

Spiritual power: Powers that only humans can use under the reign of Gods. Used by humans in the Satya Yuga. Greater the spiritual power, the longer the lifespan, the easier to reincarnate in the next cycle.

Magic power/Mana: Impure divine power expelled out during the growth of the Gods. Used by the humans of Kalinga. Greater the mana, longer the lifespan, greater time to reincarnate due to the impurities in the soul. Basically, the impurities expelled by the Gods are absorbed by the human soul. So during samsara, all the mana should be removed from the soul by a very painful process.

Divine > Spiritual > Magical

Mages division: Mages are divided into 9 circles. 1st three belong to the novice, middle three are the intermediate and the final three are the expert stage. The stage beyond 9 circles is unknown.
