27 Skeletons in the closet

"It's ok, I don't mind at all"

Since Ran had arrived, she had been completely isolated by the teenagers in her group. Even though, she had been here for only 2 days.

Of course, Dai was unaware that all those teens, in her group and in the camp were mainly composed of Ran's schoolmates. At school, Ran was already disliked for her beauty, intelligence and cold demeanor. But since she was still part of the same social system, she was just left alone.

However, since she arrived, she was the focus of Dai, THE most popular instructor of the camp. Triggering the jealousy and envy of both female students and instructors.

Those girls, akin to anti-fans had managed to subdue almost all the rest of the camp to their side.

So Dai would have never guessed, he was the main reason for Ran's isolation.

After helping Ran with her chores, Dai went to the instructor's office. During dinner time, instructors would eat together and prepare the evening activities.

To say, this was a very remote camp that would last the whole summer. The original objective of the camp was to make sure all students would improve their physical strength and would be able to survive in the wilderness. As part of the educational curriculum of this country, it was a mandatory elective in order to graduate. The final test of the camp was the 1 week survival expedition in the wilderness. It was difficult and not without danger but it was not an impossible one.

However, in the recent years, with money flowing, some parents were able to bribe the way for their children so they didn't have to take the final test.

As Dai entered the instructor's room, a girl about his age called him.

"Brother Dai, I have already prepared some suggestions for this week's evening activities. How about taking a look at it?"

The girl was pretty and seemed nice at first, though a bit clingy. Dai had met her at the instructors training session and since they were both from the same city, they became friends.

Dai furrowed his brows while reading some of the suggestions. He just noticed there was a secret message hidden in them: a love confession! The girl in front of him was looking at him with hopeful eyes. It gave him the chills. Besides Ran, he didn't want to get entangled with another girl. For the sake of their friendship, he decided to ignore the message and avoid answering. Dai had a clear conscience he never gave her any hope or ever treated differently than any other of his instructor friends.

"Good work Minh! Jin, come take a look, which one should we do tonight? "
