Training? Did they hear that right? Suddenly one of the two who were near the elf king ran forward. He was fast but Adrian and Luke could still see him clearly, but they could not move.

Right before they could think, the man was already in front of them and with just a chant he blew them away, their bodies hitting the trees.

"Ugh, It hurts," Adrian groaned while slowly standing up with his body aching with pain, Luke on the other hand was worse. He had a weak body and was not strong whatsoever, crashing into a tree was like crashing into a brick wall, he couldn't move nor stand up.

"Luke, you alright?" Adrian said while panting a little, he glanced at Luke while keeping an eye on the man. The man was only watching them, not making a move so Adrian moved to Luke's side.

"I'm fine...but I can't move," Luke said as he gave his brother a look and fell asleep. While Adrian on the other hand wanted to curse at his brother, 'You cheeky bastard!! you're just going to sleep so I'll have to face the man!! Not fair, maybe I should pretend to sleep too?'

Just as he thought that a strong wind blew making him close his eyes while trying to stand as firm as possible, but it was hard to keep his ground. Just as he waited for the wind to pass, he received a punch to the stomach knocking him out. Luke, who saw what happened, sweat dropped and went back to pretending to sleep again.

The bystanders on the other hand were surprised by the scene, the training had just started and it ended in 10 seconds! what outcome was this?

"Well seems like the training was very successful," Mary commented and let out a light chuckle that she tried to suppress. Elaine could only smile at her sister's comment while Theo was wondering if the brothers were ok or not. As for Remus, he did not expect the outcome to be this fast, he had thought the brothers were at least strong enough to fight back.

"We'll change plans, you three, go and help the two, Avriel and Aldon follow me," King Remus commanded and left with the other two adults while the three teenagers were left behind.

The three walked over to the brothers, Mary picked up Adrian and put him over her shoulders carrying him like a sack. While Elaine went to help Luke up, putting him in her arms before trying to put his arms around her shoulders so she could carry him but suddenly Luke's eyes opened, startling her.

"AH! Y-your awake," She blushed and so did Luke, he could smell a fragrance from Elaine, and being so close to Elaine made him quite shy.

"I'm fine, I don't need help," Luke said and stood up with Elaine supporting him.

"You woke up quite fast," Theo noted and Luke smiled.

"I was awake the whole time, I just couldn't move my body, also you should've put more context into your warning, who would've known your father would make us train," Luke remarked and looked at Elaine.

"Sorry, I couldn't give out too much detail,"

"It's fine but now my body's aching," Luke groaned and stretched but stopped after feeling the pain.

"Alright, stop talking, this guy's heavy you know," Mary interjected and Luke finally noticed that she was carrying Adrian like a sack.

"I can carry him so you don't have to," Luke suggested but Mary denied.

"I can tell you can't carry your brother, just let me carry him, let's go," Mary said and started walking while Luke felt offended but knew it was true. He felt weak seeing how Mary was carrying Adrian with ease while when Luke had tried to carry Adrian he always struggled.

"Is your sister strong?" Luke whispered to Theo and Theo nodded whispering back, "She's the strongest out of us three, I wouldn't mess with her if I were you,"

'I should get stronger,' Luke thought and It just wasn't because of the quest they had been given but also because he felt weak.

While the teenagers were walking, King Remus and the two elders were having their conversation.

"Say it, what's your evaluation of them?" Remus spoke and Aldon answered, "Well the taller one is stronger than the shorter one but they're both weak, I'd say in endurance the taller one is better but for other areas, they both fail. They have no defense, no reflex, and they can't fight back, I'm afraid it might take too long to train them before the war, your majesty,"

"That is a big problem but whatever it takes to train them, do what you two must, use all our resources if you have to,"

"Your majesty! How can we waste our resources on them? they're weak and have no magic, I can't imagine how they can help us, I suggest we ditch our plan of training them and train other stronger individuals, as long as we can hold on for another war, I'm sure a new light user will be born by then we can-"

The king stopped her, "I know what you're worried about but the chances of a new light user being born is close to none, the Lucian kingdom is in turmoil right now, they can't produce another light user, we'll have to trust the fairy queen's prophecy and have faith in those two,"

"There might be a way to help them train faster," Aldon spoke and both the king and Avriel turned to him.

"There are two reasons why some can't do magic, one reason is they are born with no mana thus they can't do magic another reason is the mana flowing in their body is blocked, although they do come from the other world so the chances of them being born without mana are about ninety-eight percent,"

"How come I've never heard of that?" Remus asked.

"This information is old, I've only heard of it in this one ancient book I found," Aldon answered.

"Alright then, you do what you can to help them train and elder Avriel, If you're not happy with the plan then you can go talk to the fairy queen otherwise help train them as best as you can, the training regimen will be up to you two," King Remus commanded and the two elders nodded then the king left.

"I'll train the taller one, you can train the shorter one," Avriel said and Aldon refused.

"I should train the taller one, I'm stronger, it's best if I train the stronger one," Aldon replied.

"You may be stronger but I have better teaching tactics, I can help him train to his potential, can you promise you can teach him better than me?"

"So what if you have better teaching tactics? I can assure you I can teach him even past his potential," Aldon said and after that both the elders started arguing about who would train who.
