7 :Bring on the Magic Feast!

~Harley's POV~

"Guys, I have good news!"

Both mages looked at me with consent as their fire fight went off as I went near them to tell them what I got.

"The Swan Princess invited us to go and perform at the Magical Parade!"

*silence*

"No way we'd be invited there." Valir negates

"You are all mere youngsters to perform at the Magical Parade, High Wizards are only allowed to go and please the people." Professor Gord added.

Both looked very doubted as I said my message. I knew they didn't believe me with such glares. But then I forgot something.

"The Letter!"

That will be my proof for them to believe me. I grabbed it in my pocket and as I showed it, I gave it immediately to both mages.

They read it. And as expected their glares turned into gleaming smiles. As I too went to bring out a smile as the scene went over.

"H-how did you get this?" Professor Gord said

"Y-yes how, Harley?" Valir also added

"Well, Gwen gave it to me earlier while you two are stubbornly fighting again on who is better."

Both looked guilty and gave me a smile that's asking for forgiveness. Luckily, I'm a good person so apology accepted.

"So the Princess wants us to perfom right?" Valir said.

"According to the letter, it said you can enjoy the whole event but each invited mage must have atleast one performance of magic as we know in tradition, this is done every year as a symbol of magic safeguarding the Empire." Professor Gord explained.

Yes, This is a good chance for me, no for the mages of this Academy to show off what they are made of. To show them we are not to be underestimated in the field of magic.

Both Valir and Professor Gord talked on what they'll do for the Event. They are so noisy when it comes to discussing. They are mentor and apprentice after all.

But then I remembered suddenly something. Something's missing. One more. Someone is missing.

"Guys, before both of you plan what you're going to do, aren't we forgetting something?"

"What grab a feast?" Valir replied

"Ooooh, you're right Valir" Professor Gord added.

It was obvious that they are distrscted to the letter that I too forgot what's missing. I grabbed the letter and read it again.

"Dear, Top Students, Dear Top Students, Dear Top Stu-"

Suddenly, it hits me like lighting on the head.

"You forgot about me, didn't you?" A certain voice from the door said.

As I said it struck me like lighting on the head. I was literally lighting. But not just me but both Valir and the Professor was hit.

"E-eudora!" Professor Gord said.

"H-hey Eudora?!" Valir added.

*Eudora sighs*

"If I really haven't checked here, you wouldn't even bother to tell me. Tsk." Eudora stingily replied.

We were all in shock, no pun indented but we are in shock, we can't even move because we got a taste of Eudora's lighting again.

Yes again. Eudora is the most aggressive top student here and she excels at everything. She always wanted to win and not left behind like her parents did to her. So when ever we leave her. We are sure of lighting will come down to us. But even if we leave her. I don't know how she finds us. Maybe she uses lighting as a pointer. Don't know we aren't even close to ask these questions.

"So I heard, there is good news for the Top Students of the Academy?" Eudora said.

"Yes, We are invited to the Magical Parade of Swans in three days so be prepared, young lady." Professor Gord said.

"So why are you coming?" Eudora replied.

Silence went over the room. I was sensing something very strange in the air. Like the Academy will not hold much longer.

"What do you mean why Am I coming?!" Professor Gord angrily said.

"I mean, it said Top Students, not old Mentors." Eudora said as she rolled her eyes.

"Why youuu." Gord shouted while giving off a Mystic Orb.

The orb was directly going to hit Eudora but she stood still. Me and Valir watched the orb as it traveled through the hall. Then the orb vanished in lighting. Both magics evaporized in the air.

I sensed a fight was going to happen. Both looked at me like they wanted something to happen. But I was puzzled. Then Valir went to the Battlefield himself

"So Harley, when will this start?" Valir shouted.

Then it hit me but with no magics. They wanted a feast. A Magic Feast. A battle of Elements. I don't like this for I don't want a mess on my handsome face but it looks like they wanted to so here I go.

I stepped up into the BattleField, knowing that I will fight against the Top Students and our Mentor. I knew it wad going to be a massive fight. So I readied myself. All of us are warming up.

Eudora was giving a shocking aura that lighting was coming of the ground and her hair is starting to go up because of the electricity.

Valir was covered in flames in his aura. Some are turning into blue meaning those flames are hell hot.

And Professor Gord was glowing in two shades of contrasting colors. Blue and Red. Showing off mystic arcaned orbs in hands.

And I wouldn't back of. I readied my cards realising them in the air and pulled my hat back. Their auras are very overwhelming even if we are all in our magical stances only. I gave one last look at the letter and inserted it to my best pocket.

Eudora looks very violently at Professor Gord and the same to him as he looks at her. Valir looked like he just wants fun over fights. And here I am still questioning why is it taking so long. But then I realized and shouted.

"Let's start! Bring on the Magic FEAST!"
