Hey, my awesome readers! I've noticed some complaints about the last couple of chapters, and I totally get it. They were a bit different from the usual pace. Now, here's the deal: the first 100 episodes of the Bleach Anime, also known as the Saving Rukia Arc, is considered the absolute best part, the pinnacle of the series. Many fans think everything went downhill after that, especially when Aizen was revealed as the bad guy. The series took a turn for the worse. So far, Kai hasn't been actively involved in that arc or even gone to Soul Society to save Rukia.

But, as I mentioned before, trouble is about to find him, and even if he doesn't want to, he'll be dragged into the events. I had to handle this transition carefully, so it fits the character and the overall pace. That's why I decided to dedicate three chapters to Rukia's point of view, showing Kai's mindset from a different perspective. With this chapter, you'll start noticing the difference, and I hope my writing skills were good enough to portray it accurately.

The deafening silence of the darkness enveloped Kai once more. Here he was, in the mysterious space he had come to know as the Soul Cube. It was a place where drifting lights held memories of the departed, a place where time seemed irrelevant.

Kai had been here a couple of times before, each encounter leaving him with a wealth of knowledge he hadn't asked for. He had interacted with souls of the deceased, absorbing their memories, and gaining an understanding of a world he'd never asked to be a part of.

This time, however, things felt different. A subtle shift in the air sent shivers down his spine. His heart pounded against his ribs like a wild drum, and he could feel the thrum of dark energy resonating within the space. A tiny orb floating in the distance caught his attention. Unlike the other lights that radiated in shades of grey, ice blue, and white, this one was wrapped in an aura of sickly dark green, mirroring the oppressive feeling that weighed heavily on Kai's soul.

The danger it presented was palpable, yet there was a strange curiosity that drew Kai in. His instincts screamed at him to avoid it, to find another light to touch. But the lazier side of him urged him to take the easy way out.

"Maybe touching it will get me out of here faster," he thought, as he cautiously approached the light. There was no denying the trepidation he felt. His heart pounded in his chest like a sledgehammer, his palms were clammy, and he could feel a cold bead of sweat trickling down his spine.

"I don't know who you are or what you represent," Kai muttered, reaching out to the orb. "But I'd really appreciate it if you just let me go home."

As soon as he touched the flickering light, a jolt of energy coursed through him. It was intense, it was dark, and it held an undercurrent of malevolence that was profoundly different from his previous experiences.

Suddenly, Kai was no longer in the Soul Cube. Memories of a life not his own flooded his mind.

The energy pulse that burst forth from the sickly green orb seemed to shatter the ethereal silence of the Soul Cube. Instantaneously, Kai was hit with a wave of memories that weren't his own. They rushed into his mind, a swirling chaos of vibrant imagery and powerful emotions that nearly swept him away. Amidst the tumult, a name resonated clearly: Dondochakka Birstanne.

In the blink of an eye, he was standing in a vast desert under a black sky split by a giant white moon. Around him, he could see towering stone spires stretching toward the sky, a world so different from his own. Kai could sense the air was thick with tension and hostility.

A life began to unfurl before him, starting from birth. Kai saw through Dondochakka's eyes, the world filled with his feelings, his fears, his aspirations. He was a Hollow, born in the endless dunes of Hueco Mundo, where the fight for survival began the moment you existed.

"Dondochakka," a voice echoed, drawing Kai's attention. He saw the reflection of a towering figure in Dondochakka's eyes, clad in white robes. It was Sōsuke Aizen, a man of calm demeanor and cold eyes.

Aizen had offered a hand of salvation, a chance to transform from a hollow into something stronger, something more meaningful. The process was a whirl of agony and ecstasy, and Dondochakka was reborn as an Arrancar. Though the transformation brought immense power, it came with an undercurrent of deep-seated regret.

Soon after, he met Neliel, the Tres Espada. Their relationship began with apprehension but eventually evolved into one of mutual respect and understanding. Neliel was not just a commander but also a friend. Dondochakka became one of her most trusted assistants, always by her side, through battles and moments of respite alike. His heart was filled with loyalty and friendship for her.

One memory cut through the rest like a blade. The heartrending moment Neliel lost her memories, caused by a vicious blow during a battle. Dondochakka's soul was filled with despair and an unbearable sense of loss.

"Neliel," Dondochakka's voice echoed in Kai's mind, laced with desperation. "You can't forget me. You can't forget us."

Neliel's gaze, once warm and understanding, had turned distant. She looked at him as if he was a stranger. The pain of this betrayal, unintentional as it was, was unbearable.

With Neliel's memory loss, Dondochakka was thrust into a position he had never wanted – to protect, to care for, and to make tough decisions. He could feel the gravity of his responsibilities weighing him down. It was suffocating, but Dondochakka pressed on, out of loyalty to Neliel, out of the belief that one day she might remember.

Throughout his time in Hueco Mundo, Dondochakka found a sense of purpose despite the constant despair and danger. He lived through battles, betrayals, and losses, but also found moments of friendship, camaraderie, and even love.

It was a rich tapestry of experiences, vivid in their intensity, filled with every possible emotion. It was an overwhelming torrent for Kai, but he found himself drawn to Dondochakka's resilience and kindness.

The memories continued to roll in, each wave stronger than the last, drawing Kai deeper into Dondochakka's life. The arrival of Ichigo Kurosaki and his team in Hueco Mundo brought a new ray of hope, a spark of resistance that had been absent for a long time.

The world shifted again, and Kai found himself looking through Dondochakka's eyes as Neliel, once devoid of her memories, formed a bond with Ichigo. Dondochakka could see a spark of familiarity in Neliel's eyes every time she looked at Ichigo, and it was both comforting and painful.

"Neliel," Dondochakka muttered to himself, observing their interaction from afar. "Do you remember anything when you look at him?"

When Neliel was hurt in a battle to protect Ichigo, a sense of dread had washed over Dondochakka. He had watched helplessly as she fell, his heart pounding in his chest.

"Ichigo... Protect her," he whispered, his voice barely audible over the din of the battle.

Despite her amnesia, Neliel was forced back into the battlefield, a sight that Dondochakka found both inspiring and heartbreaking. Watching Neliel fight with the same fervor and determination she once had brought back memories of their times together, which were both beautiful and painful.

A war was looming, and the air was thick with anticipation. The Thousand Year Blood War, a battle that promised to shake the very foundations of their world, was about to begin.
