'Oya, I answer the first question perfectly hahaha'

Leon was a little smug to be able to answer the question while Lindra was furrowing her brows in displeasure about something. Looking at his daughter, he doubts why she is always gloomy and even now she doesn't show good emotions but only bad emotions. He was thinking whether they are alright living alone. Somehow, he feels a little guilty although it isn't his fault.

Leon was drinking his drink in a cool action, while Lindra was lost in thought. He looks like a calm person to say the least. Whether he is the calm type, we all know.

"You have only been saying how you stop your addiction. Do you really even care about us? "

Hearing the question, Leon felt cold sweat running down his back. This is a freaking tricky question. He was not the past soul. Of course, he doesn't have any feelings for them. Still, he feels good feelings for them right now.

"Why would you think I don't care about you?"

Leon question back with upward brow acting like he was puzzled by the ridiculous question.

This does not fool the girl, however. She looks at him with concentrated expression and said.

"Looking at you right now, you must have changed yourself for a long time. Your manners along with your actions show that you have changed back normal for a long time. Let just put the time you didn't contact us when you are in addiction. Right now, why are you still unfeeling?"

'Ofee she got me. Indeed I am acting like an insensitive person. Aiya If I say I don't know how to reconcile with them, and that's why I didn't contact them, will they believe me?'

He was now having a panic attack in his mind-blowing everywhere.

Leon is still with the same calm face on the outside except a few waves in his eyes telling he was panic which Lindra think it was a hurt expression. Lindra looking at him thought that at least he still has a few emotions.

"I didn't dare to face both your mom and you after these years. I don't have enough strength to face and tell you that I regret. I didn't dare to see your angry, hurt faces. I really didn't dare. You can call me a coward. I really am. I have been thinking about both your mother and you since I stop the addiction"

Leon said with a little bit of pained tone.

Leon eyes which show a bit of emotion look like he feels regret, hurt and scared but he was trying to hide it. The acting queen inside Leon mind suddenly shocked by sudden danger sense in his mind. There's his wife not far from him. He intuitively knows that that woman is behind him. He was already in cold sweat facing his daughter. Now a wife, he might as well cry and run out.

Except he isn't a woman so he can't do it. His palms are also sweatily facing the two front and behind who he felt that they are demons. Leon lowers his head a bit showing an unknown emotion which still didn't escape Lindra's eyes. Except that she can't tell what kind of emotion that is.

Lindra knowing he didn't know her mother standing behind him ask a crucial question that will determine his fate. Leon is looking at his daughter and saying in his mind to shoo away the great budda behind him. He was already numb from pressure. Of course, his face returns back to calm face like the emotions he has shown are nothing but illusions.

Diana who was looking for her daughter as she was taking a long time shopping found her daughter at the cafe. Walking into the cafe, she didn't expect to meet him with her daughter. Diana, behind Leon's back, was stiff seeing her husband. She really didn't expect that her daughter and the scum will meet each other again. She heard their conversation a bit so she can guess the gist of it. Her husband is just like the old times. Whenever he faces the problems, his face never panics but calm and reliable.

That man who left them shows a calm expression when facing them. For him, are they just troubles and problems? There are also a lot of questions in her mind as well. Looking at that man, she was having complex emotions which she, herself cannot recognize anymore.

"Do you really care about us? Do you really Love mom? Are you nothing but a scum?"

Lindra asks with a shaken tone like the question have exhausted all her strength. Well, even the asking person was exhausted just by asking. We can imagine how Leon was completely in shit.

"Will you even believe me even if I say I care or love. No questions can't deny the fact that I left both of you. I am indeed a bad person. Even if I say a thousand words about how much I love both of you, your hearts will never satisfy."

"....."

Lindra was having mix emotions hearing the answer. Indeed, his answers will never satisfy them.

"I think of myself as a bad person. A bad person should be punished. Thus, I decide to live in regret of not contacting both of you anymore. I am not qualified to stay beside both you and your mom, my beloved"

Leon said the last two words only in a whisper which Lindra heard. Lindra thinks that her dad who is showing a calm expression before have a tender expression for a moment. Indeed only for a moment. If she closes her eyes for a moment now, she might have missed it. She found out that he was never calm before her, it's just that he didn't show it.

"The pain will milder as time passes. I believe that both Diana and you are strong-willed "

Leon said and while saying it, he might have shown a little of proud expression. He was telling her that it was a fact and not one-sided exclaim.

Diana behind him was also in a complete daze. He who was living alone can be considered punished? Maybe in his mind. This lady has a different perspective with other people as she counters his answers always..just like the past.

"So.... you will continue to live life alone without even pleasing me from all this pain? Do you think you can live like that?"

Diana asks with a displeased tone. Leon who heard the voice felt like his heart almost jump out. He turns around and looks at the lady who was standing behind him.

The voice is soft with full of tenderness and guilt. He might have evaded his eyes when he looks at her. He regards himself unworthy to look at her eyes.

Lindra seeing both facing each other didn't disturb anymore and sit at the seat far away from them with her drink. She knows that both need to talk.
