Cheng Sheng Lin still observes those people from behind big rocks and trees even though his heart feels so uncomfortable. He has to be sober enough to keep calm even his mind is hot like in hell. Even he doesn't know what's happened to him since he never feel like this way. He doesn't want another man close to Huang Jing Er. He wants her. In this life Cheng Sheng Lin never wants something but after Huang Jing Er came, he knew that he really wanted that girl. He can give everything just to get her.

Now Cheng Sheng Lin has to see her with Yu Wen. That scene is not easy for him besides he knew Yu Wen will bring problems in the future. Until now he doesn't know what should he has to do if that matter is involved about Yu Wen. He is in a dilemma right now because Cheng Sheng Lin cannot just appear between them. It would be an embarrassing moment if that happened, so he takes a stone then throws it to Yu Wen. The stone hits Yu Wen's head successfully and makes him stop from his attempt to kiss Huang Jing Er.

Yu Wen who doesn't want that girl become startled only rubbing his head while holding the pain by himself.

"Yu Wen? What's happening?" Jing Er asked.

"Someone watch us now." Yu Wen whispered.

"Yu Wen you have to go now." Jing Er said calmly.

"Young Master, you have to go as well."

"Yu Wen, go now and we will meet at the manor because I am sure if Cheng Sheng Lin is here."

"Cheng Sheng Lin again?"

"I think so. I want to know what he wants."

"If that's so, Yu Wen will wait at the manor." Yu Wen said.

"Uhm...Please be careful."

"Uhm..." He said then go.

I make sure if Yu Wen disappears from my sight before turning around. I am not startled when my eyes meet with Cheng Sheng Lin's onyx eyes.

"Young Master Cheng, do you want to ask me something?"

Cheng Sheng Lin gives his smirk to her. He is really shocked when find this girl with someone else but he can manage himself to keep calm.

"Jing Er, what are you doing here?" He asked.

"Young Master Cheng, I am looking for a hairpin."

"Hairpin? What kind of hairpin are you looking for?"

"A white jade hairpin. As the Young Master asked this to me, did Young Master find it?" I asked.

"Yes. I find it."

That girl looked so startled but she calmed herself down before talking with Cheng Sheng Lin again.

"Then can the Young Master give it back to me?" She asked.

How come a man like Cheng Sheng Lin gives that hairpin to that girl? Cheng Sheng is really curious about that girl. Even he doesn't know whether he should hold his affection toward that girl or he has treated her as his enemy. Her background is still suspicious.

"How if I cannot give you back?"

Huang Jing Er tries to smile in front of him even though she feels uncomfortable.

"Tell me what is Young Master wants from me?"

"Can you give me Li Jun Jie and his guard Yu Wen." As Cheng Sheng Lin said, Huang Jing Er cannot hide her peeved face anymore.

"Cheng Sheng Lin!"

"Why?"

Huang Jing Er takes a deep long breath again before she looks at Cheng Sheng Lin.

"Young Master Cheng, I cannot give you Yu Wen but I'll give you Li Jun Jie instead but promise me one thing."

Cheng Sheng Lin smiled.

"Just say it."

"You have to investigate the Li family case by yourself. I hear a lot of people talking about you. They said that you are a wise and powerful so I want you do your best to reinvestigate about Li Jun Yang."

Cheng Sheng Lin is a bit confused with Huang Jing Er. He doesn't understand what is her relationship with the Li family but reinvestigating this case is something that he can do. He has to admit Li Jun Yang is not someone who will put his family in danger but when the Fifth Prince asked him to give commands to execute him and his family, Cheng Sheng Lin doesn't have an option.

"I will do it."

"Then give me the hairpin first." Huang Jing Er opened her palm in front of Cheng Sheng Lin but he just smiled.

"I will give the hairpin when you bring Li Jun Jie in front of me about Yu Wen, if I can catch him-"

"You cannot touch Yu Wen."

"Why? Jing Er, do you love him?"

Huang Jing Er was shocked when hear that question as if she doesn't think that way." That's not your business. I will give Li Jun Jie if I can find him."

Cheng Sheng Lin grabs something from his inner layer then shows it to Jing Er. He showed a white jade hairpin to Huang Jing Er. That girl tries her best to reach that hairpin but Cheng Sheng Lin is agile so Huang Jing Er cannot grab the hairpin.

"Jing Er, I will give you this hairpin when you give Li Jun Jie to me."

"It's alright. I will bring Li Jun Jie in front of you but you cannot touch Yu Wen."

Cheng Sheng Lin doesn't understand why he doesn't like when that girl mentions about Li Jun Jie's bodyguard name but Cheng Sheng Lin doesn't show it in front of Huang Jing Er.

"Then when you want to give Li Jun Jie to me?"

"I will give him to you when I meet him."

"But when that time comes?"

"Young Master Cheng... I don't know but let me know where do you live so I can come when I get Li Jun Jie."

Cheng Sheng Lin looks at Huang Jing Er. She is so serious with her words even she can hide her anger. Cheng Sheng Lin doesn't know why seeing Huang Jing Er makes him smile.

"Cheng Sheng Lin, why are you laughing?!"

"Then find me at Xu manor. Jing Er, I'll wait for you."

"Alright. Don't ever break your promise to me."

"I will never break my promise to you. I will give you the hairpin and reinvestigate Li Jun Yang case, right?"

Huang Jing Er took a deep breath before turning around. She doesn't know Cheng Sheng Lin looks at her back with a smirk on his face.

"Jing Er, where are you going?"

"I am going wherever I want!" She shouted without looking back.

When that girl left him at the riverbank, Cheng Sheng Lin was still looking at her back until she disappeared in his sight.

"General. Why don't you catch her?" Gu Ming called him.

"She will come to me and bring what I want." Cheng Sheng Lin said while he looked into a hairpin in his palm.
