3 Holiday trip!!

Bai Shihan was a tight-sleeper. So, she didn't usually wake up early on her off-days.

When she finally woke up, she was not able to think of a place to spend time at on her day-off. Moreover, she was too easily recognised at busy places.

So, she called Ning Kong and then, came her bold but sweet voice.

"Anything, I can help baby Shihan with?"

She was Bai Shihan best friend, just like a sister.

Both of them were high school classmates. They did not like each other much in those days. Everyone thought they could only be friends 'when pigs fly'.

Once, Ning Kong's then, good friend cheated upon her by telling her the wrong deadline for the entry submission for a competition. She couldn't submit her entry and lost the scholarship. Much to her dismay, her 'friend' after getting the scholarship mocked her for being too 'naive'. So, she was now abondoned by her only 'friend'.

There used to be a girl in their class, Song An, who was a school bully. She was a friend of Bai Shihan in junior school. Soon, she began to be jealous of Shihan's reputation and grades. She used to prevent everyone who tried to be friends with Bai Shihan in order to make her feel lonely and depressed.

*Let me tell you our female lead can't care less for such bullies..

Soon, Ning Kong and Bai Shihan began to talk to each other. Song An never thought that they could be friends so, she let her guard down.

As two people who earlier found 'solace in solitude' , Bai Shihan and Ning Kong began to open up to each other just to find they had many things in common!!! and soon became casual to good to best friends.

When entering high school, Song An's father moved to another city causing her to change the school.

On her farewell day, Bai Shihan made a speech as her good 'friend'.

"Thank you so much Anna (Song An) for 'protecting' me so well in all these years. Being in your company was my 'best' time in school. I feel really 'sad' to bid you farewell. Thank you so much for finding me a new friend (Ning Kong) before you left. You are really a true friend. Even if you go far, you will always stay in my heart 💓. Good luck dear!!"

Song An came up to her and hugged her and said, "thank you" then, she passed a fiery look to Ning Kong before leaving.

As soon as, she left, the whole class was filled with roars of laughter.

So, this was how Bai Shihan and Ning Kong became besties.

They both knew each other better than themselves or their parents.

So, when Bai Shihan told her about her dilemma, she immediately replied.

"Why don't you go for a short trip to mountains. It's quiet there, with less people.So you will be able to relax yourself."

BINGO!!

"That's why you are my best friend. You can solve all my problems within seconds. Love you dear!!"

"Alright bbye babyy.. Remember to click lots of pictures to show me when you are back. I still have a lot of work pending otherwise I could have gone with you. Nevertheless, I will drop by your home when you are back."

"Then, we can have a small get together with movies, snacks, drinks and lots of fun."

"Sure"

BEEP-BEEP (The phone was hung up.)

Ning Kong belonged to a family of lawyers and was a top-notch lawyer in the most famous law firm 'Zhengyi'. So, she was usually busy with many cases in hand. Still she used to make out time for the get togethers with Bai Shihan. After all, she was her best friend.

Bai Shihan packed her rucksack along with a light meal of vegetable sandwiches and her favorite craneberry juice cans. She had already asked Shao Renshu to make a reservation at a rest house near the mountain.

She was really excited about her trip and had already went through her check list and itinerary more that 50 times!!!

Soon, her phone rang and the person on the line informed her that her cab has arrived.

She quickly zipped her bag and rushed out at a pace faster than the wind!!!

She sat in the cab and off she went for a holiday.
