Clearing Things Out..

As Bai Shihan was about to speak, they were interrupted by the sound of footsteps on the bridge. One could see silhouette of three people walking towards them. It seemed like they were standing there for sometime already. It was evident that the confession and hug was witnessed by more people than they expected. As soon as, the shadow grew clearer and their faces could be made out. Bai Shihan face shown with a sense of relief.

She heaved a sigh, as she saw driver Chen walking towards her. But as soon as she saw the other person walking in the middle, she was both shocked and surprised.

'What is Brother Tai doing here?'

Her face turned red with embarrassment at the thought that probably her brother had also witnessed that hug. By their side there was also a young girl who looked cheerful and cute.

As they walked towards them, Bai Shihan's heart started beating fast.

As they were facing each other, there was an awkward silence. Finally, tired of the awkwardness, Bai Shihan broke the silence. She did not have the courage to face driver Chen. She had let him down by lying to him earlier. So, she spoke to brother Tai.

"Brother Tai, it has been long since, I met you. How are you? How are uncle Shen and aunt doing?"

Shen Tai, producer Shen, Brother Tai was the same person. Right, Shen Tai, was the young master of Shen family. Though, he was into furniture business but due to his passion for singing and acting, he decided to invest in the entertainment industry. He was smart and handsome but was usually had a cold nature. But he used to become a completely different person with his cousin, Bai Shihan. Though, she was not his biological sister, he used to dote on her and protect her just like a brother. They were both cousins, there mothers were sisters.

But his attitude today, shocked Bai Shihan. As, she spread her hands to hug him, he didn't comply rather, he ignored her. Earlier, he used smile lovingly and hug her whenever they met. But today he didn't even look at her. A tear ran down her rosy cheek. She turned to driver Chen. At least, his gaze was not as cold as her brother. This was a relief to her.

Driver Chen had known her since childhood. Even, when she was coughing earlier, he knew she was faking it. She had denied to have water but agreed to hot chocolate. He had played along with her only to know what exactly, she was upto this time.

Bai Shihan already had tears in her eyes when she faced driver Chen.

"I am sorry driver Chen. I really didn't mean to worry you. I am sorry for lying to you. I just wanted to explore and admire the scenery here. My friend told me of the legend and I thought if you know about it, you might misunderstand my reason to go there or stop me. I really had no other intentions. Whatever happened here, I am myself surprised. I do not know about anything."

Shen Tai couldn't hold his laughter anymore. Seeing the most competent business woman in this state, was really rare as well as unimaginable. As, Bai Shihan was explaining to driver Chen, Shen Tai took out his in order to capture the 'legendary' moment.

"CAPTUREE"

The shutter sound of the camera caught everyone's attention. Bai Shihan immediately realized that she had just become the victim of one of her brother's pranks. She turned to him with a pout on her face.

"Why do you always like to tease me? Don't you find anyone else to prank except me?"

Her angry look was more cute than it was fierce, and Shen Tai couldn't help but laugh.

He managed to speak between his laughter, "You are the only one who fails to realize my pranks ever since childhood."

She didn't have words to refute his statement. What he said was true after all. Ever since childhood, he used to scare her in similar ways but she always fell for his pranks.

Nie Shufen smiled as he was watching the cute look on Bai Shihan's face. He was thinking to himself as he looked at her wrinkled brows, wide eyes and cute pout.

'She looks pretty even, when she is angry.'

Meanwhile, Bai Shihan was more relieved than angry. Even if she was pranked, she was thankful to God that her brother was not angry at her.

She turned to driver Chen once again. He couldn't see her sad at all, so he said,

"Don't worry Miss. I already knew, you faked it. I took the 'pass' you had already bought for me and was about to follow you to the lover's bridge but Master called me asking about your trip and well-being. It took me some time to assure him of your safety. Then, just as I was about to follow you, I saw Mr. Shen walking towards the bridge with that girl and from there we came together. But we hadn't expected to see what met our eyes. " driver Chen said with a crafty look in his eyes.

His words brought a flush on her face. Then, as she was about to go to Bei Suzy in order to 'clear things out' , Shen Tai stopped her.

He had already guessed from the looks of everybody about the situation going on. His sister was shocked, the male lead was confused and the crew looked satisfied.

Then, he took the initiative to clear things out. He walked towards the girl, who had walked all the way with him and turned to face everyone as he spoke.
