1 Prologue

"ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, GO!" We both shouted at the same time.

"Ahaha! I won, again! How are you even so bad at this? You, somehow didn't even win once since we started playing." I say to my friend, North.

"S-shut up Vertu! I'm thinking of a strategy!"

"What kind of 'strategy' would you even need for rock, paper, scissors?"

"Shut up! I'm going to win this time!"

North said with a confident look on his face, ah, and I'm going to break that.

We both got ready to swing our hand down, "Rock," we both say, also why does he have such a serious look on his face. It's just some lame game. "Paper." A drop of sweat falls from Norths face, he really doesn't have to take it so seriously. "Scissors!" We both swing our hands down, I threw rock.

I glance at Norths hand and laugh. "Pffft- ahaAHA! Seriously?! You lost again?! You even had such a serious and confident look on your face! I know that you hate losing but.. taking a game like this so seriously, you really are-"

I felt both of my cheeks being pinched and stretched, "Ow! Ow!! Stop!" Stupid North, that hurts! North stopped pinching my cheeks, we both glare at each for a bit and then start to laugh.

"Hey, we should do something else, like arm wrestling!" North suggested, this idiot I'll break my arm! "Oh! Right," he paused for a bit, "I forgot, wel we should spend the rest of the day doing something fun! 'Cuz today's the last day of summer vacation."

'Kay, but we don't have that much time left. It's already pretty late and we need to sleep early." I say, it's true. It's going to be our first day to some school named Deuxiton. "Aww, I don't wanna go back to school.. also what was that schools name again? Dickinson?" "No you moron it's Deuxiton."

North smiles at me as if he's saying, 'thanks for reminding me!'

We spend the rest of the time we had left talking, I actually wanted to play chess since I had something new I wanted to show him but he refused. He's probably stil butthurt about losing to me at rock, paper, scissors! Not my fault that you suck!

And that is the end of our last day of summer vacation.
