A New Light

Kuroko knew exactly where to go and who he needed to defeated the now inevitable Kagami. And he went to no other than Tou Academy. He went to the rooftop where he knew he will meet that person. As he got up to his location, he called for him, "Aomine!" Aomine instantly turned around and answered with a smile, "So the time has finally come hasn't it?" Kuroko clenched his fists and look down to the ground. Aomine approach Kuroko and said ever so gently, "Welcome back, my shadow." Kuroko started to gush out tears as he ran to hug Aomine. "He became just like us didn't he? Together we can take him down." Aomine with a sense of empathy for Kuroko. As of that day, Kuroko joined Tou Academy and became a member of their basketball club.

The instant Kuroko steps on the court, Momoi (Tou academy's manager, former Teiko Middle school academy Manager) runs up to him as fast as she could and screams, "Testsuya!" with delight and gives him a fat hug. "What are you doing here Tetsuya?" As Kuroko was about to speak Aomine just entered the court and rudely interrupted Kuroko, "He just joined Tou Academy." Momoi was in shock and suddenly the fact that she gets to spend all her school time with Kuroko made her happy. She grabbed both of them into a large group back and said, "the light and shadow are back in action finally!" Kuroko and Aomine looked at each other simultaneously and smiled.

This was the start of a new Kuroko, as he had found his new light. Mr. Harasawa (Tou Academy coach) schedules a two week training camp on the behalf of their new club members arrival in order to train Kuroko and the rest of the team. He approaches Kuroko and says, "Kuroko if you're looking to beat Kagami you can't rely on how you are now and would have to drastically improve." "Come on coach that's a bit harsh." Momoi says trying to defend Kuroko. "No Momoi. As much as I hate to say it he's right. I have to build up all my physical attributes in order to keep up with Aomine and last on the court. Mr. Harasawa I'll do what it takes." Kuroko states firmly. Mr. Harasawa smiles and states, "Good. If you do what I say you and Aomine will be able not just conquer Seikin, but Japan."

The training camp fast approaches. Kuroko has finally found his new light. Aomine...
