'What the hell is going on?' Kumoko thought as she heard loud sounds from the outside of the hideout. It was a sound like explosions. Kumoko then crept outside to take a look.

When she got there, she found something she hadn't expected.

'It's the giant black spider!' The giant spider made strange gestures, but Kumoko moved away.

And suddenly.

'WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA' Her mother suddenly attacked the black spider. However, the black spider began to run. It was fast, very fast. 'How could that thing be so strong?!!'

Kumoko remembers seeing the black spider's Status, which wasn't that high. It shouldn't be that fast.

Kumoko decided to hide for a while longer, maybe a few minutes. And after she thought everything was calm and decided to come out... The spider was there again.

The black spider was looking directly at her and started gesturing again.

'Is it wanting me to get on they back so we can run away together?'

Kumoko had finally understood the situation. So she did as the spider asked and was placed on the spider's back. The spider held Kumoko and started to run.

Everything seemed fine until...

'WAAAAAAAAAAAA, MY MOTHER IS HERE, SHE'S HERE!' Kumoko saw her mother suddenly appear, and she panicked.

'LET ME GO! LET ME GO! I'M GOING TO DIE!'

Then, the spider stopped for just a second.

Kumoko couldn't quite understand what was happening, but the next thing she knew, she was being thrown away along with the giant spider. She was hugged, and then the impact occurred.

'Urgh!' Kumoko, already missing two legs, felt the impact and lost more HP.

'Damn it, damn it, I'm going to die, I'm going to die!' Kumoko screamed in despair as she saw her mother preparing for a deadly attack. But suddenly. 'Huh?' Kumoko was thrown away.

'Uah!' She fell to the ground and rolled. Then she looked at where the black spider was and saw it writhing in pain.

'I'm sorry, but I don't want to die!' Unashamed of leaving her "friend" to die, Kumoko began to run away.

After running for a long time, she hid again to recover. In her hiding place, Kumoko began to think about what had just happened. She believed the spider was already dead because of the strange woman who had appeared and made it disappear.

But it's alive.

'What's more, it's stronger than before! That spider managed to fight off my mother! Even if it is being killed~~'

Kumoko heaved a sigh of relief.

I finally decided to make my last move. I could end up dead, but who cares? Whether I die or not doesn't matter!

As long as I can keep Kumoko safe, I'll do anything!

Then, the giant spider prepared to attack. I would be killed.
