The grotesque tissue vanished from the ground, and the kanji on the ring glowed faintly.

"It worked!" Tonari exclaimed.

The massive tissue had been reduced to a small, portable ring—a testament to the wonders of sealing techniques.

Placing his hands into the Rat seal, he uttered, "Evil Sealing Method, release!"

A faint hum emanated from the ring as a small portion of the sealed Lightning Release chakra seeped out.

"Ah—tingly," Tonari muttered, wincing as a sharp pain shot through his hand.

The electric current spread from his finger throughout his body. Sparks crackled across his skin, growing increasingly intense.

Soon, his skin began to scorch, filling the room with the acrid smell of burnt flesh. His once-pale skin turned a dark, charred hue.

Realizing the current was too strong for his unconditioned body, Tonari quickly adjusted the output, reducing the flow to a manageable level.

Only then did his body's resistance improve, and the pain subsided.

Using Lightning Release chakra to stimulate cells was no trivial matter. Even among Cloud ninja, only a select few could master this technique, the pinnacle of which was wielded by the Raikage.
