Prelude to the end of an Organization!

◇At the same time◇

Luffy's battle with Crocodile at the veranda was bad. He almost died.

Although he was soaked with water before fighting Crocodile, he still didn't know about Crocodile's ability to suck water from anything, even his body.

His arm got caught by Crocodile and was absorbed, turning it into a mummy. Luckily he breaks away from the sandman and drinks the yuba water that was given to him. Luffy continued on exchanging techniques with Crocodile, sometimes he got lucky and struck Crocodile with his gomu gomu no bazooka.

During this fight, Cobra was being locked in submission by Nico Robin. the king couldn't help but initiate a conversation with the lady. he asked 'who is that boy' while Robin answered and was giggling every time Luffy countered, Crocodile villain dialogue lines, with his idiotic logic.

For example, Crocodile boasted 'that as one of the seven warlords (shichibukai) he is not the same level as those pirates that Luffy knows'. Luffy didn't care about the seven warlords that's why he will surpass them by being an eight warlord (hachibukai).

Cobra now knew that the man who's fighting Crocodile is a friend of Vivi. he hoped that this man could defeat the horrible man. he clearly heard Crocodile saying 'that he was the one who stole the rain and framed the king for what he had done.' he keeps on instigating the rebel army to have a civil war. for the past 2 years, this country had labeled him as the hero but didn't know that the country was just dancing around his palm.

Battling each other, Luffy was desperately trying his best to dodge the right hand of Crocodile. watching the belittling smile on the sandman, He attacked more recklessly just to beat this guy.

It worked, Crocodile was confident of his logia fruit but Luffy was soaked with water hence he cant turn into sand if Luffy's attack connected. Crocodile was hit by the barrage! Raging, he unsheathes the golden hook and a poisonous hook replaced it. Crocodile lunges at Luffy and pierced him.

Luffy vomited blood and backs away, however, his body and muscle don't seem to obey him and he got caught by Crocodile. the sandman holds Luffy at his neck with his right hand and started to suck the water.

Luffy dried up and losing his strength. Cobra's hope was shattered and once he saw the sandman laughing like crazy, he was in despair.

Crocodile left Luffy to die on the veranda, he wanted Luffy to die slowly and think about his disrespectful attitude to him. walking towards Robin and Crocodile, he threatens Cobra and was on their way to the poneglyph.

Breathing slowly, Luffy keeps on crawling. He knew he was in critical condition, He won't stop until he will beat the sandman. Still crawling towards the small barrel that he got from the old man in Yuba. Luffy looks like he's going to die, he noticed that there's someone beside him.

Luffy had received a small vial that contains a strange liquid. and a hand appeared and made him drink the liquid.

"You, people with the name D... just what are you?" (???)

Still clinging to his life, Luffy turned towards the person close to him. he can see the raven-haired lady that was beside the king a while ago.

"M... MEAT!" (Luffy)

"Apparently, that was a pointless question. that is an antidote for the poison... I wonder if you can still fight in that condition." (Robin)

"Th... Thank y-you" (Luffy)

Robin was long gone, He had reached his goal and drank the water. He was so tired and so, decided to take a nap. After a few minutes, he stood up, and if you look closely, there's something in the ears of Luffy. But he had already long forgotten about this.

"... I slept well. huh, hmm... right, I can't move my body a while ago... and I fell asleep... Now, I feel fine. Aaah! That Gator! Ill beat him up." (Luffy)

He rushed outside to catch up with Crocodile. He didn't know where to go but luckily, he found some defeated marines and asked where the sandman is.

A bob-cut lady with katana, Tashigi, looked at the man who her captain had been looking for. She pointed to the tombs, Luffy had thanked her and rushed past her. Tashigi was upset and was reflecting why she had cooperated with the straw hat. It may be because Crocodile and Nico robin had performed their villainous dialogue and defeated her mentally and physically.

And then, The Cannon still happened with some changes:

-Robin took her time reading the poneglyph.

-Robin betrayed Crocodile for not telling the truth.

-Crocodile pierced Robin with his hook.

-Cobra should've used a mechanism for the tomb to be destroyed but it didn't happen.

-Because Luffy arrived much earlier because he ran fast just to catch up.

-Crocodile and his dialogue.

-Luffy and Crocodile started their round 2 fight.

◇At the Palace square◇

"Hieeeeck! Its the NAVY!!" (Usopp)

Usopp was panicking, the same with Nami.

"Kyaaah! what do we do now?!" (Nami)

"Tch.. out of all the time in this world, why is it now. Koby prepare to fight!" (Zoro)

Taking out his katana and was in combat stance, Zoro prepared and then looks out at Koby who was relaxed and was even waving at the captain of this marines. Zoro was bewildered and soon smirked. It was already usual for Zoro to expect something from his pink-haired comrade.

"Damn brat... you sure have big balls for not running away and instead waves at the marines. puff... Tell me! Where is your Captain?!" (Smoker)

Smoker had raised his jitte, his weapon, And started to question the crew. Nami and Usopp were frightened and hug each other while crying in a comical scene.

"Wait. Captain-san, We still have important things to do besides this. My people and my home are in danger." (Vivi)

"Curses, Where are you Navy when we needed your help?!" (Chaka)

Vivi stopped Chaka from making this situation even more complicated, She relayed to the Captain what is happening right now.

As Vivi's explanation ended, There was a dark look on every marine on their face. This situation happened because of a pirate that is affiliated with the World government. meaning, their colleague!

Smoker now knew why that damn brat was waving at him, And most importantly, there is still a bomb here in the plaza.

"puff... Hey! Damn brat. If you're still giggling there, It means you already have an idea right?" (Smoker)

While blowing out the smokes, Smoker had approached Koby already. Meanwhile, the other's expression had brightened. especially the Alabasta citizens, They can't help but think of Koby and his crewmates as a messiah for saving the country again and again.

Koby smirked. Since Koby was in a good mood, He lets out this pure and sincere smile.

"Heeheehee, Captain smoker, Are you okay being a Mushroom Cloud instead? Heeheehee." (Koby)

Hearing this, Smoker already got a bad feeling about the plan of this kid. all the ones who heard Koby have this puzzled expression. while Smoker has this really annoyed expression.

Smoker felt the urge to kill this kid out of annoyance. he looked around saw many people who had this expectation for him to save them. left with no choice, Smoker nodded.

After seeing Smoker agreed, he wore a broad smile and started to reassure the others. The two were left behind while the others were now focused on managing the prisoners.

Vivi felt really happy about meeting her new friends. She couldn't believe that in a few minutes, everything will be over. Of course, she had trusted Luffy to defeat that man. If that man weren't here, Alabasta would remain peaceful. She turned towards her new friends, She also just noticed Chopper had joined them.

"Everyone... Thank you..." (Vivi)

"It's too early to thank us." (Zoro)

As usual, Zoro is too serious. He does have a point since Crocodile is still alive.

"He's right, besides, If you wanna thank pirates... you have to let us see some goods" (Nami)

"Just what are you trying to leach out of this country?!" (Usopp)

Usopp and Chopper, in his gorilla form, were shocked by the shamelessness of Nami who was still trying to negotiate with Vivi. who knows if this is sincere or not.

"Hey, Vivi... After joining us for a few weeks, You already know this right, That guy... He eats a lot you know... Heeheehee"

Somehow, Koby had joined in the conversation. He chuckled at the end, after reminding Vivi of something. Vivi agreed and resolved herself to reward them. Time remaining until the explosion was still 10 minutes.

Shortly after, Smoker and Koby are standing at each other side. it was a nice scene where a pirate and a marine are equal. Well, It broke immediately when Koby went after Usopp.

"Usopp... Can I borrow Pinky for a moment? Yellow Ptero is busy right now."

"Huh..? No no no, You don't have to borrow Koby! it's yours, to begin with. you can take Pinky. Because... like you! Now, I also have a partner! A master sniper! The king of the guns! Lasso!" (Usopp)

*Barkkk*

Looking at the side of Usopp, he can see a strange dog that was fused with a bazooka. Koby with an awkward expression thanked Usopp. He also didn't forget to tell him about what he had discovered with Luffy and Nami. His friends could also buy a poké egg for themselves.

He left Usopp, who was petting his partner and was on their way towards Chopper. when he had reach Smoker. The two nod at each other and discussed again their plan. there was already an audience wishing them good luck. the marines were cheering for Smoker, they immediately shut up when Smoker glared at them.

Koby's plan was to blow up the bomb instead of waiting. Getting ready, Pinky showed up.

"Good to see you buddy, Let's go... Pinky bring us to the top of that clocktower."

*Screech*

Having received a command, Pinky flew together with Smoker and reached the top. the cloud man takes the lead and headed to the bomb. After confirming that they can't defuse this, He brought it out from the clock tower and signaled for Koby.

When Koby saw the signal, He started taking out his gun, the other gun was still in his back. He also started to gather [Aura] to his hand. Smoker had already propelled himself up to the sky using his devil fruit.

All the others below could only see a trail of clouds going upwards and a bright light that is on the bird. Vivi had already held her hands to her chest and pray for success. and it was at this time they could see a man was launched upwards in the other direction.

Zoro had already started to look for Luffy but ends up in the desert beside the capital, he ended up meeting Sanji who was laughing at him and was on their way back to the capital. together they can see a bright flame following the trail of clouds.

Koby had already launched his full-powered [Aura bullet] with an element of fire from his ring. His gun had melted right after shooting it. taking a short while for him to regenerate his aura, he went out to find Smoker who had already distanced himself from the bomb that he throws in the sky.

*Boooooom!*

The [Aura Bullet] had already hit the bomb causing a massive explosion in the sky, Pinky had a hard time stabilizing themselves because of the shockwaves. Koby was right. Smoker had become a mushroom cloud for the explosion!

Seeing that a man was falling, Koby commanded Pinky to go that way. He caught the man, It was Smoker. It seems that becoming a mushroom cloud could make you sick, That guy was coughing hard. Pinky is now descending.

"Geez, maybe you should stop smoking old man..." (Koby)

"Kuff... Kuff... Shut u-up. You're just a d-damn kid. kuff..." (Smoker)

Koby giggles and looked at their side in the sky. he then started to laugh! Smoker was curious and also looked at it. he could see the reason, Crocodile was there! and he was clearly beaten up for good. It was hard to think of how can he reached this height after getting beaten up.

'Puff... Now, what will the World government do this time' (Smoker)

Koby, whose tension was released, plopped down on the back of Pinky and resumed his laugh.

'Phew... I was really worried about Luffy! Looks like we won!' (Koby)

"Ahahahahaha! We WON!" (Koby)
