When I woke up, I found myself in an empty white room. Or maybe a space?

I don't know.

Every thing is white around me.

[Looks like I died huh.]

Well it's obvious, if you wake up in somewhere unknown like this it's mean your dead.

When I was alive, I always been prepared to die.

I even had dreams many times about dying and visiting the afterlife. But this time it's look different. I can tell if it's a dream or not.

How? Because I still remember what happened yesterday. I remember my last conversation with Alex and the others.

When you dream you forget about what happen before you sleep. Dreams always starts in the middle, you don't know how you came here and you never ask yourself about it. You just "Go with the flow" of your dream. I do remember watching a movie about it.

[ Your right, it's not a dream. ]

I turn around to where the voice came. It was coming from a man, or maybe a woman? because it had a long white hair. I think he is a Male because the voice I heard from him was more manly. And instead of having a handsome figure he has a beautiful face. His eyes were silver, and he wears a white cloth.

[ Are you, by any chance... ]

[ No, I'm not a god. ] he cut my words before I could finish.

If he is not a god, then what and who is he?

[ Allow me to introduce my self. ] He start greeting me.

[ I am an Arc Angel, one of the top rank angel who is administering your old world. ]

An Angel. But I don't see any wings or golden halo over his head. Well, no one knows how Angel really look like. You can't always believe what people say.

And Administering? Like D and Guli who are the administrator and observers of Kumoko's world from Kumo desu anime?

[ So your an Administrator? ]

[ You could say it's like that. ]

And he said "Your old world" so I really did die. I feel kinda sad for not able to give any last words to them.

It was inevitable.

[ Can I ask where am I? And why I'm here? ] I asked him.

[ Your in a temporary space that I created for your soul. As for why your here, it's because I was given an order to grant you a second life. ]

Wait, a second life?

[ You mean I get to reincarnate? ]

He nod to my question.

So the reincarnation is real huh.

[ You can also ask for anything before you get reincarnate. ] He said.

[ Like wishes or something like that? ]

[ Yeah, something like that. If it's in my capability. ]

[ Do I get reincarnate in another world? ]

After I asked him about that, multiple screens projectile appears floating around us.

[ Yes, you can choose the world that you want to go. There are 184 worlds for you to pick. ]

184! That's alot. It will take a long time for me to choose which one I want to go to.

[ It's okay, I will help you in that. Just take your time in thinking what kind of world you want to live and I will try decreasing the numbers. ]

Then let see. first, it's a fantasy world with magic. Hmmm.

If I remember correctly, I did think about it before. It was when I finished one of the isekai novel, I forgot it's name. I did have the idea about which world I would like to go from it.

[ Is there a world that's similar to the anime stories I know? ] I asked.

[ Sorry, there aren't any. ]

[ I see. ]

It's not like I really want to go to an Anime world. It will feel kinda weird to me, meeting the anime characters. I would like to not interfere with their stories.

Anyway, "the kind of world I want". I remember the story type of the world that I liked in my previous life. They were: Danmachi, Death march, and Smartphone. Because they are big and beautiful. And the MCs were traveling around the world, except for Bell. Maybe he will in the future season.

Who knows.

I did like Rimuru's world but it's not big enough, nor complete. By "complete" I meant the world map. Same goes for Kumoko, Re-zero, Overlord, etc. They are all epic but the people and the countries are not to my taste.

What I want is a full complete world.

[ Then why don't we start from there first. ]

After he said that the number of the worlds that been projected around us decreased. Now only about 11 world left to choose.

I took a look at the 11 worlds that are in front of me.

So, 11 world with the things and the kind of places that I want. The first one from the upper right shows picture of a planet which look similar to earth. The next one is the same as the first, but different in it's geography.

I can't see the difference, they all look the same to me.

[ What are the difference between them all? ] I asked.

[ The names, the countries, the people, the places and others like that. ]

So, the same type but different versions.

Doesn't that means it dosen't matter which one I choose. I will have a hard time to choose since I don't know anything about these worlds. I'm taking a long time to think, don't know if Time stops here.

What I want is a world where I can travel to different places, see new things, learn new things, and meet new people.

Like Aether and Lumine for example.

[ How about I choose for you? ]

[ Hm? ] I turn my gaze towards him.

I don't know how to reply. but if he says he knows which one is the best for me to choose then I don't really mind.

Before I could finish, he glare at me with unpleasant expression. I could feel that he is upset.

[ I..I'm s-sorry, I didn't mean it like that, I was just wondering since your able to read my mind. ]

[ Like I said before, I'm an Angel. As for why I'm able to read your thoughts is because you're saying what's in your mind. ]

I tried to touch my mouth with my hand but I couldn't. Then I tried to look down but there was nothing. no mouth, no hand, no body. I couldn't see my own body, or rather I don't have a body. I think I'm in my soul form, but I don't know how I look like. It's like when you use a VR. You can see the surroundings but you don't see your avatar's body.

That explains why my thoughts are coming out, because I don't have a brain.

It's funny that I realize it now.

[ Yeah, it's sure it is very funny. ]

Let's see, there are many skills to choose, don't know which one to pick. And they are all cheats.

Infinite magic power, magic master, magic talent, swordsmanship talent, Immortality, etc.

Yeah, I did think about the skill that I want before when I was in the hospital. That time I asked my self "what kind of skill would I choose". The skill Kumoko has which is "Wisdom" was a good one because it helps you get the information you want. Same goes for Rimuru who has "Raphael lord of wisdom". But they both have some flaws.

There were things that Raphael couldn't answer without analyzing. And Kumoko's wisdom were limited for the system only.They are great skills but not complete.

[ So, you want a complete wisdom Skill? ]

No, what I want is a complete Knowledge. A skill that will always give me a complete answer. Any information I need it will provide me with it, even the details. In my journey I will meet alot of problems and blocks, I will be given many different choices. But with knowledge I will know which one is the best. Because the saying "There is no other Way" is a lie. The stories that I read mentioned alot of situation were the characters had a hard time to choose which path they should take because the choices were limited. But that was only because they didn't have the full information they needed.

That is what I want. A skill which provides me with all the knowledge that I need to know about the world Saletera.

Was it too much? The way he touches his chin with his hand while thinking makes me feel kinda worried.

[ No, it's just that it sound very interesting. So a skill that gives you only information that you want, and nothing else. ]

Yes, I can get more skill on my journey with the knowledge I have. So I don't need any other skill except this one.

[ So you want to get more skill and strong by your own hard work, and with knowledge you will know how to do that? ]

He then tap the screen option and it change. Now it shows only one option

The option then disappear creating a small light ball which entered inside me.

Oh, I see. That makes more easier for me . Looks like I can move the setting with my mind. It's like what Satou did in Death March. That's better.

A large amount of information has been poured in my head. Some how, I know everything about the Races. Wait, why I can use my skill now? Isn't it suppose to wait until I descend to Saletera?

Hmmm. It seems there is one race that is most suitable for me.

A Homunculus.

Well, I was planning to choose human, but a Homunculus is fine too. What's more, their brain are like an AI. The ability to think fast, analyze, and calculate, and even more. Better than having a skill partner AI that does all the hard work for the owner.

My avatar now looks like when I was 14 but a little different than before. Next I changed the hair and the eyes color. I made my hair white and the eyes green.

A new screen then appeared. this time it's a world map. It's shows 3 continents, the west continent, the north east continent, and the south east continent.

[ The red points on the map indicates the bodies of Homunculus that can be used as your reincarnation. ]

There are 5 points, means there are 5 Homunculus's body. 2 in the west continent and 3 in the south east.

But which one is better? I need to know the area and the environment of each one of them.

The screen then disappeared.

[ I'm afraid not. ]

A glowing yellow circle appears under me.

[ It's time for you to go to your new world. ]

A bright ray of light came out under me, my vision got cloudy and I start losing my conscious.
