4 explore the Knight

Morana looked around the garden, Heka the old court wizard was reading out of a book and speaking to her. She ignored him out right, it had been 3 days since the Kingdom found out Morana had magic. In times like these however it meant you were blessed by the Gods. There was even an ancient order of Legendary Knights who were charged with the protection of magical beings. Some say they were created by the Gods too. Heka believed however they were simply brave men and women who saw magic a gift that could change the world and they wanted to protect and nurture the gifted. Since she awakened as Heka put it the order would make sure she was protected as a Queen with magic could usher in a new age for all. Morana didn't won't this burden, but she also doesn't want to be Queen and she accepted that so why not this too. At the moment instead of listening to the old man teach her on how to control her magic she instead focused on trying to find her new shadow. Once the Knights declared themselves, it was law they would replace her guards. After the incident in her room she hadn't talked to or even seen him. Though she could always feel him, she could tell when he was close because the air became weighted and heavy. She felt fear like someone was loosing killing intent everywhere like an ooz. She could tell it wasn't Directed at her and no one else seemed to notice it either. She couldn't see him but felt him, she felt safe. Heka smacked the table hard enough to break his old bones, Morana snapped to attention. "Can you please pay attention your highness, this is very important".

Stones protruding from the ceiling seeped the same strange energy she felt when they arrived. The light they believed to be possible sunlight was this energy, it was so potent in these crystals it became visible. Turning back towards the camp Kiyara paused, she hoped someone would notice her. She didn't want to go alone. Turning back towards the hallway she stepped forward, the light enveloped her and forced Kiyara to close her eyes for a split second she felt weightless and the feeling of the ground under her feet vanished. Just as the thought entered her mind it vanished. Wind blowed past her face, fresh sweet air feeled her lungs. The music of birds played in her ears. The feeling of stone under her feet, she opened her to a sight of wonder and amazement. A castle easily 15 meters tall filled her sights. The structure seemed to have been carved right out of a mountain face. It was shielded from the back by a large peek. Stepping forward Kiyara felt grooves in the stone, She was standing on the largest magic circle she had ever seen. Looking around it was obvious she was at the top of a mountain. The same mountain the Familia entered just last night. Why then did the ancient order even create the inner sanctum, why not just create a magic circle outside that would lead here instead. What was the point? Turning back towards the castle, Kiyara started moving towards twin arches. The castle had 2 large towers around a center structure. No distinctive characteristics, it looked almost basic. There seemed to be 4 levels each Closing in on a central tower. Moving towards the the entrance a large rusted steel door leaned against the inner wall. Studying dents in the metal, it was obvious that you didn't need to be a scholar to tell what had happened to it. looking around she noticed scores of rusted destroyed weapons and armor. Most beyond recognition, Stepping beyond the boundary of the castle entrance she once more heard a whisper on the wind. "Not yet".

A jolt spread throughout her entire body, Kiyara fell to her knees as pain spread out all over her body. She began to crawl back over the boundary line. Once fully crossed the pain subsided. She rolled over on to her back and looked up to the sky. "What in the hell have I gotten myself Into". A voice rang out but this time a familiar one, " help me"!
