Outlander? Who? The answer, of course, is the one from the outside of this world. But the fact why outlander is unique is they have a special power. We might have magic, alchemy, mysterious technology, and modern knowledge. But none are comparable with the power belonging to outlanders', as they are given by the gods, known as Divinity.
