36 35- Teiko Vs Ousai 2

"3 players in zone!?" Haizaki who was on the bench stood up from shock as he saw the three players of Ousai entering the zone, "this is impossible! this must be a dream" Haizaki didn't dare to believe it and fell to the bench.

His eyes were unwilling to believe what he was seeing, according to Momoi, these guys played no more than 3 months! and their potential when he first saw them was average, not even his match! so how can they? Haizaki had many questions on his mind.

Momoi who was watching by the side looked at the players of Teiko worryingly, she knew she was at fault for their team to start losing, due to the lack of information and analysis she found that their preparation was lacking.

"C-coach, I'm sorry it's my fault, I didn't do my job, properly," Momoi said with a sad face to Kōzō Shirogane, the coach of Teiko.

"Hmm? No, it's fine, I also didn't expect this, I got arrogant thinking that because we have our current team, we will be unbeatable" Shirogane said as he watched the match.

Tanaka dribbled forward then in front of him, Aomine and Akashi were defending him, Tanaka smiled and passed the ball towards Akagi who was in the middle, Murasakibara immediately went to box out Akagi but he wasn't able to budge him up.

Both were pushing each other at full strength, and just as the ball was about to reach them, Hiruma extended his hand and caught the ball in the middle of the pass, he then ran full straight going away from the rim for a few steps then jumped, turned his body to and a teardrop for the score.(360 no scope!)

The score is now 30-12, with Ousai leading the score, the Teiko were trying their best to stop the 3 players that entered the zone, and they were struggling to do so, the other two members of Ousai also seemed to want to enter the zone state but only signs could be seen.

5 minutes have passed since the start of the game and the Teiko players were already panting, and short on breath, they have run around the court just trying to stop the slaughtering from happening, and the opponent that they were having most trouble of was Tanaka and Hiruma who seemed to have their play in complete sync.

Akashi moved forward with the ball in his hands, he was sweating heavily, his defender was Tanaka, just from the pressure exuding from Tanaka's body was enough to halt Akashi from moving forward, he felt like he was being suppressed.

Like Tanaka was holding down his head to the ground that no matter how much he struggled, he could not escape from Tanaka's grasps, Akashi took a deep breath and passed the ball towards Aomine who was running around.

Aomine caught the ball and stopped in his tracks, facing his defender Asahi, they both have a stare down at each other, Aomine then moved first, took a jab to the right then move to the left, Asahi immediately reacted fast and blocked Aomine from his path.

Aomine did a wrap-around to avoid the steal attempt of Asahi, then pulled back, he did a hesitation to the right then a crossover to the left, Asahi and Aomine battled with their speed, and both not giving up against each other.

Aomine with no path left and the shot clock was running out, did a fadeaway shot, Asahi tried to reach for the ball but he was short by a little and the ball went past him and banked into the board giving them a score.

Asahi didn't react that much and made eye contact with Hiruma who went to pick up the ball, Asahi immediately got the message and ran as fast as he could to the other side, the moment Hiruma picked the ball up, like a bullet, it flew at a fast speed and towards Asahi.

Aomine noticed this and tried to chase after Asahi but it was too late, Asahi caught the ball and dunked it towards the rim.

*Boom!

A fast and easy counterattack from Ousai! Akashi moved forward once again and passed the ball towards their captain, Nijimura who caught the ball, his defender was Hiruma who had an evil smile on his face while a golden trail of lightning was following from his eyes.

Nijimura charged forward and noticed that before he even got to move a hand was already going for the ball, "So fast!?" Nijimura exclaimed, but he also reacted fast and immediately grabbed the ball with both hands.

But Hiruma was still able to tap the ball away from his hands, the blew flew towards the basket where it was caught by Murasakabira, posting up to Akagi, he tried to push him back but still won't budge, getting pissed off, Murasakibara forced his way and went for the dunk.

*Boom!

Just as he was about to dunk the ball, Akagi reached out his hand and went for the block, they both pushed the ball towards each other, and then, Akagi roared loudly!

"Oraaaaaa!" Akagi roared loudly and smacked the ball away from Murasakibara's hands, after Akagi landed on the ground, he immediately dashed towards the other side of the court leaving Murasakibara behind him.

But there was one thing that Murasakibara noticed the shocked, "Are you kidding? he entered zone too!?"

*Swoosh!

Akagi immediately reached the other side of the rim where a ball came flying towards him passed by Hiruma, the ball was like a meteor falling from the skies, Akagi jumped and caught the ball mid-air and dunked the ball with a *Boom!

After the dunk, the audience immediately roared! it was too amazing! a pass from the mid-court to an alley-oop! they even thought they were hallucinating since, they saw a trail of lightning just behind the ball and when it was dunked, an explosion happened and the ring was enveloped with lightning currents.

But they don't care anymore! they didn't dare to blink in fear of missing a moment of this intense match!
