A really good novel you have here. First, I want to commend you on how well it is written. I like your choice of words and how the scenes are being described. The pacing of the story is good as well. I don't like dragging stories at all. To the readers out there, I highly recommend this novel. It is an interesting find. and you will surely enjoy it.
I really just wanted to say that your beginning actually hooked me! I loved your descriptions and just the overall mysterious mood that you had created. I think this might just be me (I was an editor in the school paper for two years), but the constant tense switching and dangling modifiers sort of threw me off and distracted me from the actual story. But good luck! I added the story to my library, so I'll definitely be back when you update again.
With an enthusiastic voice and an eye for detail, the author tells us the story of two unlikely lovers. We are introduced to a protagonist that is as lively as she is charming, a young woman with a youthful naivety about her. She becomes a sympathetic character as we get to know her better throughout the chapters. Sadly, as I was only able to read ten chapters, I was unable to completely grasp her full character. As for her love interest; I have not been able to fully comprehend his character either. It is truly a pity that there are only ten chapters out. Please note that the statements made below are by no means an attack on your work. Since I understand that he is to be depicted as a ‘bad boy’, I hope to share with you certain aspects that I find to be looked over in various other works. I believe the confused characterisation between a “popular bad boy” and an abuser is a mistake that is often made. Stereotypical bad boy: doesn't follow the rules because he thinks they are harmful or stifling. Outbursts are at points whenever the character believes there are injustices taking place; he fights to defend. Abuser: doesn't follow rules because he thinks he's above them. Outbursts are about things not going the way he wants them, fights to prove superiority or lay claim. Again, this is by no means commentary on your work: I simply hope to warn you when writing a character such as a ‘bad boy’. My sincere apologies if my warnings were uncalled for! Regarding the story: I believe it is off on a great start. The language is engaging and your grammar is very good. I have come to understand that the story has already been written and is now being translated into English. I wish you a lot of luck as it is probably quite a lot of work. The quality of your story is certainly above the average here on webnovel, and I’m happy to have encountered it. While romance is normally not my genre, I recognise a good work when I see one.
Wow!!!! This already have an english version 😄 This book is really a golden gem. Storyline, the flow and how it was written was beautifully crafted by the author. There’s a lot of mystery’s and exciting turn of events. It played my emotions while reading it. One second I’m terrified and shocked 😱 then on the next chapters I’m laughing and smiling like an idiot. 😂 then I’m gonna cry so hard 😭 seriously this is really one of the best filipino novels in wn. No joke! The crazy love and hate between the two main characters and their perfect chemistry made this novel worth every pages. ❤️ So much intense scenes and romantic excitement. Their lovescenes are something to look forward too. Promise!!! The male is too complicated at first because it’s his character but when he fell inlove with Lexine my gosh you would fall in love with him too..... he’s love for Lexine is so intense and powerful like how mighty he is as a demon prince! Congrats author Anjgeee more power. I’m a huge fan of your beautiful craft! 💕❤️👍🏻😍
Great job author anj! The story is well written as far as I've read the tagalog version. And this one interests me more as I find the story more compelling and thrilling in an English version. So as to make it also a series or movie someday. Translation quality is excellent. Can't believe how you're coping by doing it all alone, but great job so far. The story is well thought, nice background, and is carefully detailed. Recommended since chapter 1. Keep it up!
Read the synopsis, it caught my interest, Read 15 chapters.. I can say that novel is pretty good till now. a hidden gem. Story line is very interesting.. The characters development and the background is also good...it keeps you engrossed. I am going to continue reading it. Author..plz continue with the updates.. and do not leave the book in between.
