13 I am not Ruo Qin

Wang Yan arrived at the vicinity of Royal W Hotel. He was trying to avoid from his employees spotting their appointment, after Renxi briefed him what happened earlier at the staff lounge,

Wang Yan wanted to avoid unnecessary attention that would affect Ziwei at work.

Wang Yan let out a laugh to himself when he realized he's actually hiding from his own hotel. Just then Ziwei appeared in his sight, changed into the set of clothes Renxi got for her.

Wang Yan stepped out of the car, for Ziwei to spot him from a far. Ziwei hurried over without letting anyone to spot them.

"I'm just curious, don't you have work to do? I'm starting to believe that you're not the CEO of Royal W....how are you so free? Aren't CEOs always busy?" Ziwei asked facing him after getting in his car.

"Is my employee actually questioning my capabilities?" Wang Yan questioned back leaving Ziwei lost of words. "I don't think it's appropriate for an employee to be meeting her boss's boss's boss so frequently!" Ziwei refuted. Hinting that Wang Yan is her boss's boss's boss.

"Well, since you are alone tonight, two is always better than one." Wang Yan respond trying to hold back his laughter after seeing Ziwei's reaction.

They arrived at a crowded theme park. "A theme park?" Ziwei wondered. Why a theme park?

Wang Yan held onto Ziwei's wrist and led her through the packed crowd. "A bumper car ride!" Ziwei squeal in excitement. "I'll battle you. Whoever get the most bumps win!" Ziwei challenged. Wang Yan's face lit up like a kid.

"First you squeal like a hamster, now you challenge me like a tigress. I'm impressed Ms Zhao...but game's on!" Wang Yan leaped over the railing and ran towards his selected choice of bumper car. One step ahead of Ziwei.

"That's cheating!!" Ziwei exclaimed as she quickly search for an empty car and started bumping. They looked like kids having fun in a bumper car ride. The bell rang and Wang Yan's was 2 points away from beating Ziwei's score. "You've lost!" Ziwei stood up with victory.

Wang Yan couldn't help but smiled in his heart, to see Ziwei's happiness felt more rewarding than anything else.

Wang Yan and Ziwei toured the entire theme park, endless of battle challenges between them. Behaving just like children all over again.

It was soon to be midnight..Wang Yan and Ziwei took a stroll along the river stream near the theme park. "When was the last time you had fun?" Wang Yan asked. "Other than my wedding day, it was the happiest back then..." Ziwei answered.

"What about your childhood? Don't you have happy moments in your childhood? I'm sure there is...right?" Wang Yan questioned. There was a reason why Wang Yan brought Ziwei to a theme park...The bumper car ride, was Ruo Qin's favourite ride.

After knowing that is a possibility that Ruo Qin could be still alive, he wouldn't let go of any chance of finding Ruo Qin.

"...my childhood...i can't really remember it. Ever since i've lost some of my memory i can't seem to recall my childhood. Be careful! maybe i might forget you one day!" Ziwei jokingly commented.

"Loss..of memory...?" Wang Yan, his eyes widened after hearing her words. "Umm..yes. i had a really fatal fever and fell into coma, when i came around i couldn't remember what happened, fortunately my ex husband was already by my side.." Ziwei explained her past in a saddening tone.

"Hey...." Wang Yan stopped his footstep and held Ziwei's waist closer to him. "It's all in the past. Don't dwell about the unhappy past anymore. You have me from now on." Wang Yan's warm hand gently touched Ziwei's cheek.

"No...we're just friends..you're getting engaged to Ms Mei zhen soon.." Ziwei answered.

"Looks like you've heard of it." Wang Yan doesn't look tensed at all.

"I've overheard it at the penthouse earlier today..Wang Yan, i've been betrayed before, i know the feeling, and i will never do the same to others." Ziwei release herself from Wang Yan.

But he doesn't let go but pull her into his chest, his embrace that gave a sense of warmth and security. "Ziwei, i don't ask anything from you except one thing. Trust." Wang Yan longed for this hug.

"Trust is all i need from you, nothing more. Trust me." Wang Yan leaned in for a forceful kiss on Ziwei's lips. Ziwei was taken aback from his action and immediately pushed him away as she took a step back from him.

"Have you mistaken me as Ruo Qin? Wang Yan, you're being selfish! I've told you many times! I am not Ruo Qin! And i will never be Ruo Qin! Are you testing me the whole night?! How can you kissed me like that when your heart is only for her?!" Ziwei was filled with anger.

She knew Wang Yan had loved Ruo Qin with his life, after she witnessed him treated her as Ruo Qin when he was drunk the other night. How much he missed her that would made him carried her photo around, Ziwei knew Ruo Qin is irreplaceable in his heart.

Ziwei was upset, angry that Wang Yan is testing her memories by bringing her to a theme park, that he refused to believe she is not Ruo Qin. Ziwei walked out on Wang Yan, leaving him behind.

Unfortunately...never did they expect, there were paparazzis were hiding in the bushes that caught the 2 behaving intimately in the public with their cameras. "We're going to get rich with this news tomorrow!" the 2 paparazzi whispered.

"Let's go back and start writing the news for tomorrow's headline release!" the paparazzis sneaked out of the bushes quietly.

Wang Yan watched her leave, without chasing her. He fished out his cellphone and made a call to Luo wei.

"Wei, i want all details of Ziwei's ex husband. every. single. detail." Wang Yan's CEO mode is switched back on. He made a second call to Renxi.

"Renxi, make arrangement with Bvlgari jewellery, I want their best engagement rings for viewing tomorrow." Wang Yan ordered. "Yes sir." Renxi acknowledged his weird instruction. Is boss serious about getting engaged? Renxi wondered.

Nobody knew what was Wang Yan thinking.
