34 Last day of the Black-Bloods
Tau goes to the northern clearing he wants to make sure he can use the darts how he wants. His surprise to the Black-Bloods is going to that they have to defeat the Jaeger Bjorn with ten of them it should be doable plus they will have Jaeger Kobolds for the most part to assist.
Him and Jade going to clear the north for the entry token. "Tell me again what you heard about this Dungeon," Tau says to Jade who is walking behind him the north clearing is mainly home to lamia long time enemies of goblins.
"Well if that weasel is to be believed this is one four daily Dungeon's in our area Dimitri controls one and the other is far to the north west." Says Jade trying to build the value of the information she is going to share. The weasel is one of information brokers in Gettis.
Jade of course is trying to get in Tau good books she really wants to see the blue print for Caratrain.
" Yeah so what these four Dungeons are special how exactly?" Ask Tau if he leaves this place he wants to make sure he has something of value to replace its function. The way Jade spoke it clear it meant to do something.
"Well you see all the races have these type of Dungeon and all the most powerful kingdoms of each race control one of these Dungeons, they are a endless resources for materials and experience for growth. Dimitri has already opened his to the seventh floor." says Jade. Tau has heard Dimitri's name many times today its seem he has been boss of his get from day one and everyone there has been working together.
"Seventh floor is that good or bad explain better otherwise your information is as good candy which only taste good and doesnt fill up the stomach." Says Tau slashing at his next opponent dodging a tail whip, he shots a dart it enters the eye and drops the lamia immediately dead.
She comes closer even thou they are only ones right now, Tau is busy processing the core and fangs the Lamia. "The reason is this place is important to you is because if you can clear the southern floor the reward is rare item of your choice. Dimitri chose a blueprint for a ring that allows any one who wears to have and extra skill slots. He then had his seven spread out their skills amongst the soldiers.
The draw back to allow the system to process is that he only gets six items, if her does it himself he gets a lot more raw materials. Unfortunately right now his focus is on clearing not gathering.
The other thing is Dimitri's power in very short span of time he has built a nigh unstoppable force at least not a force the Emerald Horde can hope to prevail against for now.
These lamia are the mostly snakes that can talk. Very few in this dungeon grow a half human bodies like there other counter parts. Jade hates them because she dislikes snakes, Tau hates them because one tried to kill him.
Tau is facing off against one lamia Jade is shooting her companion, shredding it to pieces with each shoot. Tau is fighting close range this time with his sword he needs the practice and lamia claws are poison tipped something he learnt out hunting Forest Mamba and Put Vipers.
Tau slashes at the hissing lamia is red and yellow scales covered in frozen ice. Tau uses simple slash, slash wait fir a response then slash, slash. Once he comfortable and the lamia is severely wounded he shoots it with a dart killing it.
The next wave of enemies come hfrom the moment they are spotted him and Jade whittle them down until there is only one or two so Tau can practice. The ice attacks work almost too well on the lamia as it take one shot most of the time to slow where the monsters before needed three at least to be slowed.
Tau grows stronger here making all the to white two thousand he is not sure how far away he is but he definitely not twice as strong. He is maybe a little stronger he even thinks it's probably only noticeable because he is weak so any growth is detectable. That means he can expect a similar development in his opponents.
Tau and Jade clear their section waiting a whole thirty minutes before the Black-Bloods returns. As Impi is the leader of the Black-Bloods Tau speaks to him.
"So how did it go, did you guys kick butt?" Asks Tau talking to Impi like a little brother. Impi smiles at giving him a token from clear the western side of the Dungeon. It's a small triangle just like his only the symbol in the middle is different.
"Good good you guys did well and what about the levels what's the average." Tau asks loping at them he can tell they are all stronger the pets not so much. The pets are alps kitted put some having saddles, others have bags and two have leather armor.
"We are all at almost level nines being in such a large group the experience is much smalller." explains Impi looking a little dissatisfied with his band.
"It's fine by the time we get yu will all be plenty strong enough. I hope you are all ready, since you guys will be fighting the Jaeger Bjorn alone without any help from us." says Tau murmurs erupt from them Noone would dare outburst directly at him but to each other its basically goblin nature.
"But we are not ready yet, that thing we kill us." says Pilo he is a practical kind of Goblin using his panzer kobold sparingly so that it doesn't get hurt much.
Tau turns to him scenting displeasure, "you will have to deal with that eventually. I don't care of your not ready. If you think your going to die you can leave right now the Kobold stays behind." It's not something Tau can enforce but if they believe he can it should help with their discipline.
The all stay they have bonded with the kobolds working together with them is now natural to them
"Alright then let's move out I will be assessing your ability so you'll show up and go ham today. I want to see that Jaeger Bjorn dead." says Tau to the all Black-Bloods
The band moves through the Dungeon once more an impressive procession of goblin's on kobolds not Hyenas. Jade is chatting away with Tau enjoying the complete safety provided by having so many guards. When they get back to the eastern clearing.
"Your in charge now go beat this guy so we fuck off from this place." Tau is a little tired which is why he is swearing a lot. The magic has delayed stamina effect that he needs to watch out for. He going to use the time they are fighting to recoup his stamina.
Impi organizes as best he can with nine kobold and the ten Black-Bloods. Each is using a bow as part of Impi's initially plan is to have the Kobolds hold of the Jaeger Bjorn three at a time. A hint from Jade about rotation and reserve force made Impi switch to this plan. Jade is always concerned about what might happen and tries to be as flexible as possible.
Impi also separated the Black-Bloods into two groups of five. Of course Pilo is leading the other. The plan is a more advance recreation of the first fight one group hits the Jaeger Bjorn, when he gets close the other group will fire to attract his attention and thanks to advice from Jade the kobolds are separated into groups of three since their are none of them. The first two groups will asdualt the Jaeger Bjorn if it doesn't change direction.
The third group is to rotate and incase they are attacked by an unknown force. Jade stands next to Tau who playing with an ice dart in his hand thinking about something.
"Hey so did you see how I helped them, they might do it now." says Jade to Tau his dart shrinking and growing in his hand. Tau looks at the Black-Bloods formation years of strategic games has him understand it a bit.
"I should have fighting down there, you know your a powerful hob." says Tau letting slip a thought he been holding. This Dungeon is not tough enough for her she could probably clear it alone it just she is not accustomed to fighting. He plans to change that especially with them leaving another powerful ally is important.
"I can join them if you want I don't mind helping out you know." Says Jade who continues her more than obvious sucking up.
"Don't be silly if the lower floors are more challenging I think you should prepare yourself and rest while you can. The others will soon be coming, I want to carve a path here for us. This is a chance I won't miss." Tau is thinking about the bigger picture right now all his enemies are around him and he is the weakest. He wants move away as soon as possible even if it's difficult at least there they will be safe. For a while at least.

Roar! The Jaeger Bjorn Kobold comes towards the left group with Impi in it. The first volley from all five the next is one gobo after the other its so that Impi's side can stop shooting immediately. The Jaeger Bjorn takes seven arrows before reaching the expected mark its damage reduction and huge health are helping it survive the arrow shots...
