5 The fight that never happened

"You know Nathen for a supposed warrior of light you spend an all full lot of your time in darkness."

" Oh come on the first time I was dead and hardly hade a say in it and this time I had no choice I need a Keyblade. Another thing what now, I thought my inner light and darkness were to suppose to clash or something."

" Ok, then when do we start I'm not seeing any foes and second what for god sake am I supposed to fight with, barehanded or something? All I see are three altars with.....owwww. Now I get it."

Upon a second look, Nathen saw three alters one with a sawrd on topr one with a shield and one with a wizard wand.

" About time you noticed I will tell you because they are slightly different than in the games you played. You can only pick one, each one represents a focus that keyblade masters study for there core fighting technique. Wand for magic sword for attack arts and the shield of corues for defense arts.

Wall each will give you a miner state boost and possible move set when you pick one it will be negligible the further along you go on your journey. What douses mater is that each one of this will increase your talent in there given field. You also have to pike one of the objects to destroy as this will hamper your ability to learn that specific focus."

"What! why do I have to pick one to destroy that sounds like your making me shoot my self in the foot?"

"Just when I thought you were getting smart. Talent douse not just appear out of thin air something has to come from something else, in this case, it will come from the discipline you give up. That enough now pick your staring point and decide."

Nathen now faced with what could end up being the grates or dumbest decision in his life took five minutes to think about all he knew in the kingdom hearts universe. Then he decided he walked up and said.

" Ok first I pick the wand magic is simply way to versatile in this world and to even think about throwing it a was stupid."

"A soild albeit a predictable choice now for the good part. Nathen what will you give up?"

" Heart you are taking a little to much pleasure in this you know. But I'll get rid of the shild."

"That was unexpected mind telling me why?

"I don't mind, but you should give me something in return. After all was it you who said that everything comes with a price right."

" Frist Nathen thats not what I said thats twisting my word at best second fin. In this space I do have a little leeway so why not make the most out of it but be warned I'll end up going to sleep when your trial starts, and you will lose the little support that I could give you even if it wasn't much it still could have helped you during your forging process. Now, spill why did you lose your shield it could have made you last longer and helped you in the fight."

" Do take note the state change was from the fouces you chose to give up/chose to major in and is on you. However, the Cure spell was on me I even changed it a bit to match the first kingdom hearts game so you can use it more than once in a battle without having to wait on your MP to recover. Btw your MP recover one every minute when it's not full. Now I'm going to sleep and will wake up around when you are done with your trial. Hope to see you agine ZZZ... ZZZ..... ZZZ ... zzz... zzzz."

" Ok that was weirdly strat forward of Heart but guess all I can do now is Get used to the wand and then start."

Nathen spent the better part of two hours practicing with cure and getting used to the wand. In the beginning, I tried to come up with a way to use the wand as a staff but with it the only bing as long as his forearm he quickly gave up in it. It was then that Nathen

noticed that the wand was strangy durable and that the stare shape on top mabe an almost perfect mace so Nathen decided to use it like a mase then a staff cense he could only use cure anyway. With that out of the way, Nathen looked at the door that appeared when he picked the staff and walked through.
