2 Spirit of the Warrior
The night was still dark and 500 man where walking in a city that once was the jewel of the kingdom now laid like a tombstone .A thick smell of blood was in the air and corpses where evrywhere untill the eyes could reach.The man walked fast and they where trying to go in the mist a battlefield that was happeing in the middle of the square that now was filled whith flesh and broken bones. Two armys where faceing each other and it look like the enemy was winning the battle : FIGHT MY WARRIORS NOT FOR FAME OR GLORY BUT FOR YOUR FAMILY!!
It was the voice of the king.It was like a voice of battle god and the soldiers heart was ignite now they where no soldiers enymore they where WARRIORS.
King put his sword in his hand and whith a low voice said to his self :For my kids! For my family ! i hope i can see you again in this life or the other .This was all he said while he throw himself in the mist of the fight .
His sword slashed a enymy soldier dressed in a blue and white leather uniform and then he aimed his sword thro his neck.He kept slashing and dashing while his most loyal guards where fighting near him.So the battle started again.Sword clashing ,Arrows keep going from one side to enemy was firce but so where the kings soldiers ,they where fighting for the land the land of they fathers the land that gave them evrything.One after another enemy fell but the situation was dire no more than 200 soldiers where left. No armor was left in one piece and wounds where in all bodys even the king had an arrow in his left arm but he was still standing .He gather all the soldiers that where still alive while he was trying to say sometheing, sometheing make him stop .In the corner of a tree was sitting one of his soldiers ,his face was full of blood and his hair which was blonde was now all black from the earth and blood mixed together.He walked near him and grabed him slowly and the soldiers open his eyes and a try to smile but and blood drop from his mouth.Slowly king spoke to that man,no it wasnt a man it was a boy one of the novice soldiers of his kingdom it was at the same age as his son .
As he was trying to speak the boy said something:
My lord it was all worth it .
That where his last words and he close his eyes for never to open again.
Old king hands where shakeing as he stood there .
At that moment soldiers saw something that it was incredible .
A King bowing to a commoner.
That scene was never seen before.
He stood there for a moment and he strood up and said:
REMEMBER HIM NOT AS A BOY BUT AS A WARRIOR.
One shadows was moveing in fast as he joing the troops and got near to the king and reported : My liege we moved all that we can save to the kings hall and sealed the gate .We got the report that your son and his butler whith 3 mercenarys are moveing in the direction of the White Deer forest.
Thats good ,this is my ring he said as he gave it to the man ,give the ring to a man named Eric a city port 300 k in the west of here he is a blacksmith he will know what to do.Thiis is my last order to you now go and if we dont see each other again may you live well.
The man that was all dressed in black open his mouth and spoke these words:
MY LIEGE
You saved my life and i own you for that but please i beg of you come whith me we can find a way out of here live to fight another day please sire.
King smiled as he spoke : Go i cant live as my people get killed .
The man looked at the king and turned his back and walked away as he got a enemy soldiers uniform and got one whith the night.
As the figure walked away he turned to his man:
Evryone this is my last wish for you i hope that all of you can leave this place and dont follow me ,my path is only death and the arrow that hit me is poisened.Go live well.
Hahahaha one of the soldiers that had a giant axe in his hands started to laught. My king we are the people of the nation too live or die we do that together besides it is a nice night to die but i have one regret i never got to has a threesome whith the flower girl and her sister .
