2 THE BEGINNING

*Beep Beep Beep*

*Thud* As I punch the desk to turn off the alarm. Then I got up and went to the bathroom to wash my face. As I was staring at the mirror I thought to myself. "Okay Adam it's another day of training".

/Adam's POV/

I'm Adam one of the few S class awakened in this country. I was one of the people to awakened first. Even though I awakened an SSS class ability I can't use it.

My ability is called World Travel it's an ability not heard by anyone. Even I don't know what it do. So even if it was recorded as an SSS class ability it was still useless.

/Reality/

As I tapped the watch at my wrist it showed a blue panel.

*Sigh* Same level and skill nothing have change as I close the panel. I wore my military uniform and walk out my apartment.

/At the Headquarters/

"Good morning sir" as the soldiers greeted me. I went to the office sat down and read the reports. *sigh* same boring reports won't there be anything fun to happen.

I sat down closed my eyes and started cultivating. After few hours I felt I grew stronger so I stopped and tapped my watch

"Finally" I shouted after seeing I finally leveled up. "What happened" asked by the soldiers barging in with their weapons out. "No it's nothing I just want to tell you that we will party tonight" I said with glee.

"Did something good happen sir?" "Did you find a girl" teased by my vice general. "Ha Ha Ha" I laughed "I've finally broken through and reached rank SS" I said boastfully.

"Congratulations sir" said by the soldiers. Just as we were talking the ground shook. Just as we thought it was a normal earthquake we saw a portal appearing in the middle of the city.

"Sound the alarm and gather all troops" I shouted to all the soldiers. I tapped my watch and called "This is Adam General of City Z we request backup for a potential monster breakout".

We rode the military truck and rode to the destination as fast as we can. After arriving I commanded "Prepare the shields encircle the portal and wait for the hunters to arrive".

After an hour of waiting hunters from the strongest guild arrived. "I am the leader of this group we want to enter the portal" said by the man in front. He is one of the few SSS class awakened in the world.

"Let them pass" I told the soldier operating the shield. After few minutes of entering the portal we saw someone getting out but he looks like almost dying."What happened in there" I asked.
