1 Prologue and Wishes

( A/N: Just releasing this cuz this was the only thing on my drafts, but im still busy with school, btw im not finishing this bec this was just random stuff that i thought of) I'm Jin Darkness, I was 28 before I died by a robbery. I woke up in a beautiful garden that looked like an island because of all the water surrounding us and a woman standing at the edge of a cliff.

-Present-

I approached the woman at the edge of the cliff and spoke to her.

Jin: " Excuse me? You aren't suicide jumping are you?"

???: " *chuckle* No, Jin Darkness, I'm going straight to the point, I am the One Above All, and you are here to get 3 wishes."

Jin: " I'm here to get reincarnated like in those anime and stuff?"

OOA: " Yes"

Jin: " Can I choose any world?"

OOA: " Yes"

Jin: " Phew, ok out of everything I've watched, I want to go to the world of DC"

OOA: " Ok, and now for your wishes"

Jin: " Ok, but before I do, is it okay to do anything I want in that world?"

OOA: " Yes, I assume you want to be a villain?"

Jin: " Yes, I mean who would want to be a hero, get bound by the law, if you fail and don't save everyone your the one who's going to be blamed because human nature is messed up."

OOA: " True, well don't worry you can do anything you want"

Jin: " Phew, thank god. Ummm thank you? Anyway 1st wish: Power of Imagination without limits. 2nd: Tattoo and power of the Super Dragon Balls with a one week cooldown and only I can use it. 3rd: Absolute loyalty from anyone who joins my crew."

OOA: " Interesting, very well then, what do you want to look like, and don't worry, you won't be a baby again"

Jin: " Oh, thank you. I want to look like Sung Drip Woo but with the darkness going up to his eye like my eye is leaking darkness and end at his right chest but with red eyes that can glow in the darkness."

OOA: " Haha, you just want to look intimidating and scary huh, very well, good luck"

Jin: " Thank you"

When I came into this world, I started my plan to become the strongest and scariest villain of all time. People would be afraid by just the mentioning of my name. So I started my organization, how you may ask? By taking over other organizations that made good money and combining them all into one. I then had Drug dealers, hitmen, assassin's, technology, hackers, the biggest crew in villain history and an organization that was known all around as Darkness. And don't go thinking like every other villain, my crew was just cannon fodder. I let them get trained in all kinds of martial arts they could all survive on their own against the bat. I had my crew in so many different cities, Gotham, Metropolis, Star, Central, and

Gateway city. I became the king of the underworld in just a few months. I made a billion dollars every year. I also fought superman on three occasions after he beat Zod might I add. And all three times I beat him black and blue. The whole Doomsday thing still happened and he died. Soon will be the start of Suicide Squad.

Amanda Waller was walking into a restaurant where she had a plan to present to some powerful individuals. She started to introduce all the characters, except Harley Quinn was not the second to go. She was the last one.

Amanda: " Saved the best for last, ...Harley Quinn" She said to the individuals who looked calm on the outside but inside, their hearts skipped a beat. Who wouldn't know the Queen of the underworld.

Amanda: " Before she joined the mayhem and chaos, she was known as Harleen Quinzel. A psychiatrist working at Arkham Asylum. One day, there was a break in, by Jin Darkness himself to get his subordinates. She that day believed in true love. But he didn't kill her, and went away. The more she didn't see him, the more insane she got, that's why we believe there is a special link between the two. She eventually found him and later...they became the king and queen of the underworld. And god help anyone that disrespected the queen. There was nothing but a bloodbath and chaos. Because we believe they do have a link between them, nothing major was done to her and was just thrown in the same hole as deadshot."

Man: " How did you catch her?"

Amanda: " She was driving from Gotham City to Central City because that's where her lover was. But the bat took that opportunity to catch her, not without getting a few bones broken though. She has unnatural strenght and speed. Maybe also a metahuman."

Man: " A-And what happened after Jin Darkness found out about her missing"

Amanda: " ...A massacre"

Man: " You want our national security to be in the hands of Witches, Gangbangers, and Crocodiles."

Man2: " Don't forget the most important one...Jin Darkness's girlfriend."

Man: " These are villains Amanda, what makes you think you can control them?"

Amanda: " Because getting people to act against their own self interest for the national security of the United States is what I do for living." She said and after, started to introduce Rick Flagg.

Amanda: " In a world of flying people and monsters, this is the only way to protect our world. Especially from Jin Darkness."
