1 The Beginning

As the world we call `Earth` was being formed, as the meteors full of rich resources hit each other, as the impact between each hit slowly hammered together a magnificent sphere started to form, and after the clash against clash of meteors, our planet was finally silent, and just for a moment it felt like all was at peace, and then, it happened.

The Hill appeared for the first time, in that ringing silence that we call our universe, the hill formed. It was seen for the first time in its absolute glory, one could see it in detail no matter how far away it was. You could see a majestic palace, with pathways from the very bottom reaching the top, where the shocking Palace adorned the Hill. At the very end of those pathways, you could see a faint, light warping bridge connecting it to earth, and as that link between The Hill and the Earth was formed, one could see The Hill lose some of its magnificent beauty, and if you saw the difference you would be yearning within for it to go back to before. As The Hill lost it's glow, one could see that it was as if the Earth had used the bridge as a conduit to suck on the energy of The Hill.

The second contact was made, one could see that hot, magma covered Earth instantly cool, and green appear, one could see water being sucked out of the ground to the world above, forming vast oceans, rivers and calm lakes. Then one could see tiny sprouts starting to appear among the earth's cracks, and from those sprouts majestic trees grew, displaying their natural glory, and with that one could see that half of the trees bared fruit, ripe and ready to eat.

From there one could see tiny dots appearing in the ocean, increasing in size until they formed something vaguely recognisable to us in our modern age, a fish. A small one, but a fish. This fish grew, each one changing form diversely to form a full spectrum of species, then some proceeded to land, gaining the ability to breath out of water, and taking to the earth, from then on, we know how it went, and how over millions of years they eventually evolved into Humans. Us.

And then the Hill appeared again, radiating a glow full of hope across the horizon, every living thing on Earth felt nourished, happy, whole. Then we saw it for the first time, and we felt whole as long as we looked at it, we didn't need anything, but that horizon showing The Hill for eternity, however after that minute was over, it went away as quickly as it came, and then we all felt as though we had lost something, something very precious to us.

We didn't know what it took, but we knew it was important, like a piece of our heart. And for the first time in forever we feared that majestic thing, despite seeing it for the first time in forever...
