5 Never box with Adam

"Hello everyone, welcome to the town regional boxing!" Said the referee and the conductor of the boxing matches, he is the man that makes the boxing possible

*Woooo*

Everyone cheered, this is after all one of the best entertainments a man can have in the 19th century and they are going to entertain themselves by watching and betting on the matches

"In the left corner is the young champion, Jonathan Joestar! He has been looking very strong lately." Out of the left corner came Jonathan, he has removed his outfit leaving only his undershirt on his upper body while his hands are enclosed in red handmade leather boxing gloves

Raising his fists in the air Jonathan greets the audience, he is enjoying his time here, away from the mansion with the townfolk, here he doesn't have to be the young master of the Joestar family and there is no Dio here

"His opponent... has been rescheduled! We don't know anything about him besides his name, he is a newcomer in town, Dio Brando!" The referee pointed towards the right where the crowd cleared, creating an opening for everyone to see Dio as he is strapping on his gloves

Dio should not have been Jonathan's opponent, a guy named Greg should be his opponent but that can easily be fixed by bribing the referee and making Greg 'accidentally' injure himself along the way, the guy was nothing much for Adam who easily created an 'accident' which caused the departure of Greg's soul from the mortal plane, may he rest in pieces, no really Adam tore him to pieces and blamed some dogs, Araki would be proud

'W-what is he doing here?' When Jonathan spots Dio he was distressed, who would have thought that the thing he wanted to get away from would follow him all the way to here, it's as if Dio is a bloodhound following him around everywhere

Once he was ready Dio stepped into the ring, Dio was barely holding himself back as the referee relayed the rules, Dio is still pissed at Jonathan for disrespecting his brother

Honestly, Dio's obsession with Adam scares even Adam sometimes, but you get used to it after spending years together with Dio, Adam already understands and has gotten used to all his quirks and defects, most of which are centered around him as a matter of fact

"Alright, everyone knows the rules, one punch to the face ends it, whoever delivered the first punch to his opponents face wins." The referee explained the rules, honestly, Adam always found the rules to be too soft and absolute bullshit if you ask Adam that is not boxing or fighting for a matter of fact

"Begin!" Seeing that both Jonathan and Dion nodded in understanding the referee began the fight, Jonathan is the first to go on to the offensive against Dio

"Get him, Jonathan!" A loyal fan of Jonathan shouted from behind the wooden fence that is considered a ring, Jonathan is the champion and he has a lot of loyal fans so most people have bet on him

"Beat his ass, Dio!" However, there is always that 1% that bets on the other guy on the off chance that he wins and they get big bucks in return, unfortunately for them, most of the time they lose their money, there is a reason the champion has the title of the strongest, however this time they will all get a lucky break

Jonathan attacked first, trying to outpunch Dio by punching hard and fast, even in the past the Punching Ghost that all Jojo fans know and love is alive however this time he has no chance of winning

'You are not half that bad Jojo, however, you are not good enough.' Thought Dio as he dodged all of Jonathan's punches, indeed Jonathan hits hard and fast however he has no form nor technique all that he knows he has learned from experience

Dio, on the other hand, is different, Adam has taught him various offensive moves from the future Judo and kickboxing being the most prevalent teachings since the author has also learned these fighting styles but he also knows about boxing thanks to the author's personal interest in boxing and other martial arts and various anime and mangs such as Hajime no Ippo or Saotome sense which are mainly focused on boxing so a lot of things can be learned

'Heh, it is time for payback Jojo, you'll pay for insulting my brother!' As he looked at Jonathan sweating buckets Dio ridiculed him in his mind, his tank is already empty

Dio then got into one of the stances that Adam taught him, the sit-down avoiding a right hook from Jonathan before springing back up and hitting him in the solar plexus, well actually that is wrong, nobody at least, if they are human, can punch or kick another human hard enough to reach the solar plexus because it is a very important part of the human body, usually when someone refers to 'Getting hit in the solar plexus' it is more of an expression, where a person actually hits is in the epigastric region, in other words just below the chest in the midline

Immediately Jonathan felt pain like never before all of the air from his lungs has been pushed out, he could barely breathe while his vision got fuzzy, he could barely stand, if you could call being hunched over and almost falling standing, however, his hell is not over just yet

'It works as always, brother really taught me well.' Though Dio as he got back up and stared at the wobbly Jonathan but Dio isn't over yet with Jonathan's punishment, immediately afterward Dio punched Jonathan into the chest bringing him back up

Dio is usually a counter type fighter and uses the low hand guard most of the time, he delivers quick and powerful jabs while waiting for the opponent to strike and then he will one-shot K.O. them by countering but not this time, this time Dio wants to see Jonathan suffer

Dio then just released his inner demon by punching Jonathan everywhere but the head, in a matter of moments Jonathan was up against the fence barely holding on to his consciousness getting more and more bruised, more and more beaten up by the second

The audience was horrified yet bewildered at the same time, Jonathan the champion of the boxing ring got taken out so easily while right now he is being pummeled into a bloody pulp

Quite some people wanted to stop this, they didn't want to see Jonathan go thru this torture but when they looked at the demon called Dio Brando chills went down their spine

However, it is exactly that brutality and effectiveness that made them all admire Dio, after all the only reason modern combat sports such as boxing, MMA and the likes exist is for the entertainment of the audience, and blood is always good for that type of entertainment, the same goes for people of the past, just look at the gladiators for an example

"Oya, Oya Dio. I didn't know you had such a fetish in bullying weaker people, how about I join in, and you take on someone your own size." Suddenly out of the crowd comes a voice and following the voice is Adam who is dramatically stepping out of the crowd, he has removed his upper garments leaving only his pants on himself, showing off his musceles and some of his scars from street fighting which he got when he was 4, at that point he hasn't trained his Hamon enough to injure living creatures but after that time period everyone would fall to his Hamon

'All according to the script.' Seeing his brother approach Dio has decided it is time to act and not enjoy, so for the finisher, he delivers a liver punch into Jonathan's right side before preforming and uppercut that finally ends Jonathan's misery

"I would rather not dear brother, after all, I wouldn't want to get into a worse state than dead Jonathan over there." Said Dio as he walks away from Jonathan's unconscious body and into the crowd all the while taking off his boxing gloves

While Dio was saying that Adam was already in action taking Jonathan's unconscious body from the ring before leaning him on a tree

"You have to be kidding us, Dio! You just took down Jonathan so easily, can't you use the same moves to take him down?" One of the spectators couldn't take that blatant insult from Adam to Dio, he just saw Jonathan the champion lose while Dio the challenger won without even so much as sweating, while Jonathan got brutally beaten, the spectator bet on Dio and got insane amounts of money because of Dio winning and he hoped that this type of situation could be repeated so that he earns some crazy money

"Ha ha ha, even if there are 20 of me I wouldn't have the confidence in winning against my brother. My moves are something my brother taught me and they are our secret, although I wouldn't mind teaching you, just don't tell Jonathan he is a snitch that can't keep secrets." Dio said while smiling towards the crowd, it is an oscar-winning smile that hides his disgust and, distaste for those people, actually Dio has a distaste for anybody that isn't Adam

But for now, Dio is happy that the plan is going great, besides that everything has been accounted for by his brother so he has nothing else to worry about besides guiding the people in the right direction

"Y-you have to be kidding me, Dio! That is an over-exaggeration, you are not that weak and I don't believe that your brother can be that strong!" Said the same man from the audience, earning him a scowl and a frown from Dio, but that quickly went away, so quickly in fact that no one even noticed that Dio was angry besides Adam, however, he definitely was angry that someone even dared to look down upon his brother in such a way

"If you don't believe me then we can arrange it like this. Any 5 of you can step into the ring and all 5 of you must attack my brother at the same time. If you can so much as touch my brother not only will I teach you all our secret techniques but also give you all the money I have on me right now." Dio announced towards the crowd, at the same time he took out a sack full of coins, jingling it up and down enticing everyone ears, he also opened the purse up showing the coins towards the audience

"Alright but you better keep true to your words Dio!" When everyone saw what they would get, for how little effort they would have to spend they became bloodthirsty hyenas, they didn't even think for a moment about why Dio is so confident or why Adam isn't saying anything about this

To them, this is just 2 fools who are overconfident and will make for some easy money

'Fools all of them, if they think that they can take out brother if they have greater numbers or that if they can overwhelm me they can do the same to my brother then it is time for their eyes to be opened to the world.' As Dio saw how people were scrambling to get into the ring even picking fights with each other he couldn't help but smile inwardly, he doesn't care for these people nor for the fact that he just sent them to their certain doom, if anything he is happy that he did this, it means that everything is going according to plan and that these people will be taught about their insolence towards his brother

The contestants were soon decided, the biggest and meanest looking people got into the ring while the rest could only watch on in envy, however soon that envy will turn into relief

"Alright now everyone knows the rules, one hit to the face and you are out now are both sides ready?" Seeing that the 5 people were decided the referee came in the middle of the ring before he looks ar both the contestants or rather at all 6 of the people inside the ring

"Begin!" Seeing all the 6 people nod the referee starts the match before running away from the ring, he doesn't want to get too involved into whatever is about to go on

"Sorry boy but we have to do this, your brother is giving us a rather handsome reward for beating you up." The apparent leader of the 5 thugs says while looking at Adam, while his mouth is spouting words of apology his eyes are telling a different tale, he isn't sorry in the least and neither does he care about what will happen to Adam he only thinks about how he will spend his prize money, to him this isn't even a fight, this is them crushing an overconfident fool

"Well then, I should also apologize, for breaking all your teeth and some other thing as well." Even if they did show any good emotion towards him Adam still wouldn't spare them, they are nothing but expandable people who have already achieved the purpose he gave them now it is time for them to become useful

*Crunch*

Befoe anyone can comprehend what Adam has even said they saw Adam standing in front of the leading thug with a fist in his face

The thug's face is producing eerie crushing noises, similar to bones breaking because it actually is bones breaking however that is not all that the punch does

Adam punched the thug with quite some of his power so soon the thug was sent flying into the air at the speeds of a running hoarse into the other thugs

If Adam had to guess by the sounds that the thug's bodies are producing he would say that most of their bones are broken, well at the very least all of their ribs are broken no doubt about that, while the thug he punched into the face will surely die if not he will remain paralyzed for the rest of his life that punch broke his spine for sure, and there are some other nasty side effects as well because the punch landed on the face

That single punch took out 3 thugs, the one that was sent flying and the 2 that caught him so out of the previously 6 people in the ring only 3 remain

Those 3 will probably soon die, looking at the medicine of the 19th century it would be a wonder if they didn't die, however, that is none of Adam's concern he can just faint self-defense besides that he is now basically a noble since wealthy families in the 19th century are noble like existence, Adam is now Joestar no commoner or less wealthy person such as them would dare to actually provoke him

All of this was done in a second so no one had the time to even figure out what happened but soon they were awoken from their dumbfounded state before they looked at Adam once again

'Shit, we have been lured into a trap, there is no way we can win! If Dio is a savage animal in the ring then his brother is a monster!' When the remaining 2 thugs in the ring figured out what happened they were frightened, they thought that this was some easy money only now do they realize what type of mistake they have committed

Once they realized that they wanted to beg for mercy and wait for a chance to escape, too bad that Adam isn't such a merciful figure

It was an instant, simply a flash yet for that instant Adam disappeared and soon afterward he appeared in front of the bewildered thugs

Yet before their already limited thought process could comprehend what happened two hooks came from their left and right respectively

*Thud*

That was, of course, Adam's doing he simply put all of his Hamon into his body accelerating it to the maximum speed he could travel at, the speed at which he became invisible to the human eye before he reappeared in front of the thugs, after that all that he did was lash out 2 hooks and Adam is pretty sure that these 2 thugs have brain damage and broken skulls, if not from his hook then it is from the fact that they bumped heads after the hooks were delivered and their bodies fell to the ground like lifeless marionettes soon afterward

"Is that all? Any other challenges?" When everything was said and done Adam took out all the 5 thugs in 3 punches, he could have done it in one but the 3 punches were cooler and much more intimidating because all of this happened in less than 10 seconds

5 adults, 5 grown-up big ass men, who have spent most of their life on the streets constantly fighting and getting into trouble were taken out by a 12-year old in less than 10 seconds by 3 punches if there was another man suicidal enough to attempt to attack Adam then the crowd would willingly tip their hat to him for his balls and courage but at the same time they would be glad that someone as crazy as him was put down

"Well then if there isn't anything else we have to go, come on Dio you can teach them the moves another time." As he was getting out of the ring Adam called for Dio before he went towards the unconscious Jonathan whom he carried back to the Joestar mansion along with Dio who was following him the entire way, they even exchanged some banter

But that glow in their eyes indicated that they are going to have a good talk in their room about their future plans

'Fufufu step one is completed. Make them fear me. Now comes step 2 appear as a nice guy giving them the image that I am a very nice person as long as you don't provoke me. This will also play into my favor as the 'Misunderstood hero' persona I will create in order to get close and eventually corrupt Erina.' As he was heading back to the mansion Adam was going over the plans he has created, the fun part is just beginning
