South Korean archer: Kim Chung-ji's opponent in the quarter-finals was Ezekiel Jafari, from Nigeria, who performed well in both the qualifiers and the previous team competition.

Kim Chung-ji was second only to the presence of Park Tae-an in the Korean Team. His strength was stronger than that of Jafari's.

But the problem wasn't the outcome itself, but in the performance of the archers on the court.

The individual competition was divided into 4 rounds with 4 arrows per round.

By the third round, Kim Chung-ji was winning by 4 points.

It was looking pretty certain that Kim Chung-ji would win.

But perhaps because of the semi-finals in the afternoon, he wanted to end the game ahead of time which was obvious from the speed of his archery.

But Jafari, the Nigerian archer, obviously didn't want to give up so easily. He was originally an archer with a slow rate of fire, almost leaving it to the very last moment before firing.
