Meeting family

After reaching my room I went to calm my heart down, honestly I was so afraid and nervous, my heart was beating so fast, I've always had a hard time making facial expressions so my face most likely didn't show how I was feeling at this moment.

After calming down, I looked outside my room and spotted a knight near my door and pointed to him.

"You there, bring 3 more knights and come into my room"

After saying that I shut the doors and made my way to my bed, in this room what was missing the most were books and a study table, I would get these two in the future eventually.

After waiting for 5 minutes I finally heard a knock on the door.

"You may enter"

I could see 4 knights then enter my room and knelt down before me who was sitting on my bed.

"Stand"

The knights obeyed and stood up.

"Now then, introduce yourselves from the right"

Although all of these guys were knights, my kingdom was too poor to waste full plate armour on simple royal knights so all these guys were wearing light armour and no helmets.

Levi:"My name is Levi"

Cain:"My name is Cain"

Loss:"My name is Loss"

Toru:"My name is Toru"

After the introductions, I swept across their faces anf then decided to give my commands

"All of you will be doing a task for me, all of you will go to the library and retrieve the books I want, Levi you will go and bring me books on the topic of the history of this kingdom, the basic history on the world, history of wars, history of magic and combat related subjects"

"Cain, you will bring books on the theory of magic, magic manipulation, a guide to magic and an encyclopedia on magic spells, prioritise the books on magic theory and get me as much as you can"

"Loss, you will bring books on the topic of the geography, herbs, plants and animals of the world, do not hold back and bring as much as you can on these subjects"

"Toru, you will bring me books related to monsters, just as the rest bring me as much as you can"

After saying this, the knights had a complicated look on their face for a while.

"Well! why are you all still here!!? Get out and do your task!"

These idiots really needed me to have to glare at them before they could move. I spent around 1 hour in my room after seeing the knights leave in a hurry. Once they came back, they were all pushing trays forward and all of them had many books, my eyes gleamed as I looked at the gold that was literature.

I sent the knights out and began my battle against these books. There were around 480 books now in my room.

I got through reading at least 220 books, I had finished history and was halfway through to the geography, plants and animals.

I had also found something out while reading through all these books. I had a cheat memory, basically I could remember all the things I read so far perfectly to the point of could quote the book, line and specific page.

I was halfway through reading on of the last boos on animals when I heard a knock on my door.

"Enter"

I didn't lose my concentration on the book I was reading, but still made sure to answer.

maid:"Young master, it's time to have dinner"

I quickly read through the remaining paragraph, put a book mark where I was and faced the maid.

"Thank you"

I got of my bed and walked past the maid and towards my door.

maid:"W-wait young master, don't you need me to guide you through the castle"

I ignored the maid and simply just went out towards the dining room, the reason I'm always ignoring people is because I get really nervous when I'm talking to them. I don't know why but it seems that I have some social disorder.

When I made it to the dining room I could see a total of 8 people sitting down, there were the two concubines of the king and the queen, mother was the third and most favored but seemed to die when I was six.

The first concubine was Mary, she had pink long hair, a slender body, but it seems she had bad genes when it came to the breasts department. She was very beautiful making up for this though. He had a playful baby face.

The 2nd concubine was Leila, she had black hair and eyes, slender curvy body, and she lacked nothing, she had Tsunade genes. She had a cold neutral look.

The queen, she was bountiful like Leila, her name was Veronica, brown long hair and an arrogant look to match her son's.

I had been spoiled by the king because I was the son of the favorite concubine, thats why the queen and her children hated me. There were 3 princesses and 2 princes. One of the Princes was glaring at me, he was one of the Queen's children, Logan, he had brown short hair, same age as me and an arrogant look.

The other prince was just sitting there quietly eating, he had black hair and black eyes, looked to be around 12 years of age and had a cold handsome face working together with his glasses, to make him look like an intellectual. He was the son of the 2nd concubine.

There were twins for the princesses, they all had pink hair, a slight fringe to the left and we're all 14. I'm not gonna talk about their bodies.

Finally was a small princess to the twins right around the age of 7, short black hair and very cute doll face.

I made my way to the seat adjacent from the 2nd concubine and facing Logan and the queen.

Logan:"I can't believe such trash is allowed to eat with royalty like me, shouldn't you be in bed, crying over your worthless life and the bump on your head, you pathetic bug"

He sneered and taunted me, but I'm a grown man, I'm 36 I don't have the energy to argue with a child. So I completely ignored him and dug into my food.

Logan:"Hey! worthless trash! Don't ignore me when I'm speaking to you! Show respect to your superior"

I just completely ignored him and ate, the others seemed to be giving me a strange and surprised look, but that didn't matter, right now I had food in front of me, a holy object, so I will enjoy it's greatness without disturbance.

Logan:"If you don't start showing respect I'll send you to where that sow is!"

"BE QUIET"

The surroundings froze as I voiced my answer in a cold and calm voice, I was glaring at this foolish prince for daring to insult my mother, fucking child needs to learn his place. The foolish prince was overwhelmed with fear, just from a simple gaze, and started to turn pale as he shit his mouth.

All the surroundings turned to look at me in astonishment at what I had just done.

Veronica:"You dare talk to my child like that!"

I could hear a bitchy voice resound following after a slam on the table. I simply ignored it and resumed eating my food.

Veronica:"Don't you dare act like you didn't hear me! Did your mother not teach you proper manners, oh wait she's dead!"

This Bitch! I was ready to throw my knife at her when I was stopped by Leila.

Leila:"All of you calm down! Veronica that was completely uncalled for!"

Veronica:"Humph"

The bitch sat down with her arms crossed as she glared at me, I gave her a cold glare as well and the bitch suddenly became afraid all of a sudden. Damn was I really that scary. I couldn't take anymore of this shit so I just left for my room.

I continued to read for the whole day to relieve my anger, I even didn't sleep, and instead spent my time reading. By the time it was morning I had already read through all the books and had a good understanding of this world.

I looked out of my window to the left and saw that it was morning. I quickly had a bath and dressed in a copy of what I had on.

I went out my room and called the same knights again. This time they were to bring more advanced books then those they had brought in. The knights were surprised when they found out I had completed all these books, but probably thought I just gave up.

The next batch of books was around 780, all on history, magic, geography, animals, vegetation, biographies and monsters.

I had spent the rest of the day in my room again, I only stopped when I was told to have breakfast, which I told the maid to bring it to my room, and do the same with lunch and dinner, I didn't want to interact with those trash.

The maid who usually comes in to check on me was also quite surprised as before this I had never taken an interest in studying nor was I able to take baths alone as well as change clothing. I had started to garner some suspicion from the servants, but that wasn't an issue.
