From birth, Yoichi Isagi was obsessed with soccer. Wanting to be the next big star. Growing up, his parents would often take him around the world to look around. One day while on vacation, Isagi had run into Noel Noa while he was training soccer. Noa was interested and so he began to teach the young boy some steps. Seeing Isagi's hunger for wanting to win, Noa would teach Isagi more often and became a family friend.
