16 Chapter 16-Killua is a WHAT?!?

A/N: Redid the last chapter for those who haven't seen it and I feel it captures the personality's much better. Removed the part with all-might about giving his successor a pointer or two, but don't really get why you would complain about that so much. Some 1 on 1 tortu- I mean training only gives time for more Izuku bashing so your loss... I agree though that some of the ways they acted was unnatural, so I feel much better with the chapter is now.

"Killua I reaallly want to go to school with you too" Himiko said with her trademark spoiled expression she seemed to take only around Killua as she paced around the living room of the apartment

"Pffff" milk and cereal sprayed across the counter "what are you going to put on the application for your quirk?" Killua asked not sure a hardass like Nezu would be too fond of a psychotic blood crazy chick even though she had admittedly calmed down quite a bit lately.

"Hmmm" she pondered for a moment "How about knives" she said helpfully holding up the typical switchblade she carried around

"Good luck with that" he nonchalantly responded going back to reading something off his phone

"Rock vigilante strikes again" was the title of the article which irritated him very much. Could they really not find a better name than that? I'm pretty sure I threw other stuff before...

After a few sentences, he quit reading. "The vigilante should leave it to the heroes, he is a threat doing more harm than good. Probably has hidden intentions blah blah blah." It was the typical bs not even worth reading since he could care less. He finished up his cereal right as she began talking again

"I'm so happy I get to meet your classmates later today though" she paced excitably

Over a week had passed since the incident at U.S.J, so news was starting to die down. After a few days of canceled school, they went back as normal and it was now Sunday the one day they had off of the week. Aside from being watched carefully at school, nothing else really changed due to the principals suspicions, so he couldn't be bothered to care.

Besides, 'I'm sure Nezu has much more important problems to deal with right now' he thought with a small grin enjoying the idea of the annoying mouse suffering. There had been much public outcry over the event and naturally as the principal Nezu was dealing with all the backlash.

Class 1A was praised endlessly for bravely fighting off the villains at the risk of their own lives, while on the other hand, the administration was ruthlessly critized for its lack of security leading to putting the children's lives at risk.

A few people began questioning if it was smart to have a literal animal run the school which he found hilarious.

The press wasn't too knowledgeable and they didn't know specific details about the event, so Killua was at least thankful for that. Also while the class was surprised seeing Killua fight alongside All-might, most just thought he primarily played a supporting role. The dust and explosions made it hard for most to see everything clearly with people like Bakugo or Todoroki commonly seen muttering "I could have done that easily too"

He was shaken out of his thoughts by Toga once again getting excited "I've never been to the movies with anyone before" the blond said giving Killua a sharp reminder this girl hadn't had any friends throughout her childhood. 'Just another thing I can relate to' he thought with a sigh before he spoke up

"I guess you could say the same for me..." he commented since even though he had watched quite a few movies in this world, he had never really gone with anyone

"Well...." she grew a mischievous grin on her face "I'm glad I could share my first with Kil-chan"

"..."

"Not even going to comment about that statement, just get dressed since we will have to leave in an hour or two" he said since she was wearing a loose nightgown that left her shoulders bare

She yawned fixing her messy hair before looking at him lazily "Yeah yeah, I didn't bother putting anything special on since I didn't plan to do anything today originally" she said before walking towards her room

"Freeloader" Killua muttered under his breath earning a glare from the girl who turned around "I earned plenty of money from the fights and I offered to pay rent, but you acted all generous saying it was fine." she said before a flash of comprehension went through her eyes

"You know what? Your Just A Massive Tsundere" she declared causing Killua to gape at her with a dumbfounded expression

"Am not" he denied crossing his legs 'I knew I shouldn't have bought her that weird manga stuff that I totally would never read in my life... I repeat never have read. That part is really important.'

"You never reveal your true feelings, or anything else about yourself!" she declared leaping up on the counter as she grabbed a hat over her head "Luckily Detective Toga is on the case" she said determinedly

Killua's eye twitched "You definitely have had way too much free time on your hands...."

"You technically just admitted you understood the reference" she said triumphantly but Killua's deadpanned expression gave nothing away "What reference?" he asked

"Hmmph Baka" she huffed turning her nose up to the air. Killua felt a migraine coming along, but he decided not to comment this time. Was this a better obsession than blood? He was starting to doubt that... He would have to find some people for her to kill so she would spend less time doing... other stuff.

"Alright fine whatever you say..." she sat down on the couch next to Killua right up against him

"Hmm, Don't be so close" he muttered as he could feel the warmth radiating from her leg against his

"Hey Kil, do you like me?" her yellow irises stared into his blue orbs questioningly looking at him with her cu- ugly face

"I can somewhat stand you, albeit I need a few drinks before" he cynically responded, but that only caused the blond to grin as she threw her arms around him

"Hey-" she interrupted him nuzzling her soft cheek against his

"I know Kil-chan luuuvvvs me" she playfully said as Killua's arms found themselves wrapped around her waist. She seemed to get clingier by the day, but it was actually quite pleasant sometimes...

"Don't get used to this" Killua muttered looking away although he made no move to push her off. The room descended into a comfortable silence as Himiko finally backed up before leaning against his shoulder. Killua hesitated for a moment, but he relaxed his guard and the atmosphere was quite comfortable.

Her head nestled under his own head which leaned over protectively before his eyes closed almost naturally. 'A hour nap wouldn't hurt' he thought since he had nothing better to do of course...

Himiko meanwhile, closed her eyes letting out a content sigh

'Stupid cliche...'

"Killua!" Kaminari waved his hand after the white-haired boy walked into view on the crowded street. Beside him, was a relatively large portion of class-A

"Yo" came the short reply from the Killua relaxing with his hands over his head

"Is this the friend you told us about?" Mina Ashida ran over excitably letting out a small gasp as she got a look of Himiko wearing a light yellow dress that brought out her beautiful yellow eyes perfectly and she looked absolutely stunning

"You're so beautiful" she squealed grabbing Toga's hand who looked quite uncomfortable. Killua forbade her from stabbing anyone, and despite her initial excitement, she felt far from comfortable around this large group of strangers, and now an especially extroverted girl was screaming in her ear

Thankfully Killua stepped in with a small smile "Look you're making her uncomfortable, anyway this is Himiko my friend who I have known for a while" he said as a few girls huddled around her with a barrage of questions

"What school do you go to?" Mina asked

"How long have you been friends with Killua?" Momo asked inquisatively

"Are you two dating?" Tsui the frog like girl asked bluntly

Seeing the girls were being quite friendly, she opened up albeit a bit hesitantly "I've known Kil-chan for a while, and we aren't dating yet" she said hintingly ignoring the first question

"Aww that's so cute, I wish you luck" Mina said towards the not so hidden meaning behind her words

Meanwhile, another group of guys had gathered around Killua speaking in hushed tones

"Dude, where'd you get the bird?" Kaminari asked with a betrayed look

"I thought you were gay for a bit seeing how you acted, but it turns out you weren't interested in any because you already got such a beauty Eh?" Kirishima laughed punching his arm

"She's even hotter than Momo" Mineta spoke excitedly but he suddenly felt like his entire body was put in an ice bath as he shivered intensely. He looked up and Killua was smiling at him, but every part of his body screamed to run

"Your pretty funny aren't you?" Killua commented with a smile

*Shiver "I-I got to go to to the bathroom!" he almost screamed running off

"Hmm what a pity, he must have a bladder issue or something" Killua commented seeing Mineta run away with wet streaks running down his cackeys

"Right....." Kirishima decided not to comment. After all, the little prick was pretty much asking for it.

Meanwhile Bakugo was unusually quiet before he finally spoke out "I admit defeat this time, but the next, I will bring a girl so pretty you can't even take your eyes off her!" he declared like this was some sort of competition that he couldn't stand losing

"Okay.... by the way where's Todoroki?" Killua asked wondering where the edgy teen was

"I don't know. Probably getting beaten by his fathe-Holy shit that came out darker than intended..." Kirishima looked scandalised at what he had said although he wasn't exactly wrong. People are terrible with secrets, and now everyone thinks the ice quirk user has major daddy issues.

"Thank you all for inviting me... No one really invites me to anything" Midoriya mumbled from the side grabbing his trousers like a frightened schoolgirl

"The whole class was invited, your not special Deku" Bakugo immediately shot the boy down from the side

"Oh...."

After their separate interrogations finished, the two gender seperate huddles grouped back up, and they proceeded to walk down the street chatting with each other. Himiko noticeably stuck right by killua's side the entire time which the other girls found adorable, but she also chatted with everyone else quite a bit.

They entered the restaurant they would be eating at before the movie, and they were seated at a conjoined table that could fit all of them.

"I heard you transferred into Midoriya and Bakugo's school during the last grade of middle. Where did you go before?" Momo asked inquisatively for some reason very curious about Killua

"Somewhere abroad" he replied shortly since a different dimension/world is technically considered abroad... right?

"Where" Mina excitedly asked already imagining all the different countries he could have come from.

"It's a secret" he said with a small smile enjoying the pained looks he was being given

Momo shot Toga a whisper "Do you know?" she asked in a hushed tone

Himiko on the other hand didn't make any attempt to lower her voice as she sent a glare towards Killua

"No I don't know, he likes to act all cool and mysterious" she mocked, but internally she was saddened. 'I told him so much about me that I've never told anyone else, but won't tell me anything' she thought sadly wondering if he didn't trust her at all

"Oooo Lovers quarrel" Kirishima elbowed Killua from the left causing him to roll his eyes

"Putting that aside, how do you all feel about the competition in a week?" Momo questioned which immediately stirred the others

"You mean the U.A sports festival? I am Soo Hyped!" Ochaco yelled turning to face Midoriya "What do you think?"

"Well..." the green haired kid turned completely red at how close she was to him(a meter away)

"I still got a long way to go in controlling my quirk...." he shyly commented

"You Extras Better Get Out Of The Way Because I'm Going To Win!" Bakugo yelled standing up loudly which drew the attention of the entire restaurant

"..."

"This is a family restaurant, and I'm going to have to ask you to quiet down" a waiter said scoldingly

Bakugo looked like he was about to start a fight before Kirishima grabbed his shoulder

he sighed "Can you sit down before we get kicked out" Kirishima said exasperated already noticing a few families nearby giving them dirty looks

"Fine" the blond said sitting back down before he picked at his food with a moody expression

"What do you think about the festival?" Kaminari commented looking towards Killua who shrugged

"Interested to see how the other classes are. Not only do we compete against the other hero class, but we also get to see the rest of the school which will be fun to see" Killua said since he was more interested in gathering a wider knowledge base of quirks rather than actually competing

"That's a very open view. Much better than a declaration of war" Kirishima commented with a raised eyebrow towards the fiery tempered blond who was still pouting that he got told off for yelling

The rest of the meal passed and they arrived at the movie theater. They bought the tickets seperatelym and Himiko generously bought Killua's for him.

Killua looked towards the tickets with a slight frown realizing something "Why are our tickets the only one in the back row, while the others are all in the row in front of us"

"They must have ran out of space" she said innocently

*Sigh whatever, lets just go"

They got some concessions, and Killua held a large drink in his hand much excitement as he drank it at a fast pace

"You really like blue raspberry slushies" Kaminari observed as the white-haired boy didn't even reply too busy drinking it with a blissful expression on his face

They had decided on a horror movie interestingly enough. It was some clown movie that apparently had good reviews or something, but he doubted it would be too scary. After all, what clown could be scarier than 'that' person he thought as he shivered suddenly feeling very exposed in shorts as he checked behind him for people with wandering eyes

They sat down at the back of the theater, and Kirishima seeing them alone behind them snickered saying something about young love before he sat down.Killua couldn't help but notice however, the way he seemingly chose to sit next to Jirou had Killua suspicious

"You scared" Toga teased as a tense scene came on with a young boy running down the street through the rain

"Why would I be" he said with an expressionless face watching as the boy lost his paper boat that went with the water down into the sewer

"killua..."

"Yes" he replied

"The clown is in the sewer...."

"I see that"

"I don't like where this is going... Why won't he run away?!?" Himiko said in a low voice as she covered her eyes and she peeked between her fingers

"Because it's a horror movie and people are idiots" he said rolling his eyes as the boy on the screen stepped closer to the sewer accompanied by the typical horror music

"NO! Don't Take The Boat Back" she squealed throwing up the armrest between them as she jumped onto Killua burying her head in his chest as she wrapped around him frightened

*Sigh Killua covered her ears as he watched the boy get eaten with an indifferent expression

'Why do I feel like a parent right now.....'
