MCF ranks:

1-9 Whisper

1-6 Shout

1-3 Student

1-9 Ex-Graduate

1-6 Investigator

1-3 Exterminator

1-9 Officer

1-6 General

1-3 Council (There are 13 members per rank)

Ghost ranks:

Clear ghosts: can only move light objects and speak to their owner mainly used for spying since they are invisible. They have no special skills yet.

Grey ghost: Can been seen now and can move slightly heavier objects and will possess 1 special skill.

Dark ghost: basically the grey ghost but have 2 skills now. This is where depending on how the ghost evolves will determine if it becomes a specter, a poltergeist, a phantom, or a spirit.

A phantom is the closest to a spy.

A specter is a ghost type used for battling using their energy.

A poltergeist is a trickster ghost that is a mix between a specter and phantom but are basically a ghost assassin.

A spirit is a rare ghost type and is very hard to evolve. They control elements and are known for signing contracts with their masters to grant their masters their abilities.

Each ghost type has a seperate path to follow so each will be explained in order of phantom, specter, poltergeist, and spirit.

Phantom goes black phantom having 3 skills, then grey phantom to have 4 skills, then True white phantom which has a total of 4 skills upon evolution and the only way to gain them is to complete missions using the phone application or through extreme amounts of materials and other ghost fragments.

Specter goes black specter having 3 skills, then yellow specter having 4 skills, then orange specter having 5 skills, then red specter having 5 total skills but receiving a body modification like gaining claws or sharp teeth, then the specter will become a serial specter gaining a personality of a serial killer this is not to be confused with the fact that every ghost does not have a personality it's just that the specter will then have 2 personality that can be swapped whenever the master wishes. The serial killer personality is just a weapon form that reflects the serial killers weapon type. There is a downside to getting a named personality though since they will fight back against the master to free themselves but they will be stronger depending on how many kills they had during their life even hitler counts. The chance of getting a named serial killer is 1 percent.

Poltergeist goes black poltergeist having 2 skills but a weapon, then spacial poltergeist having a weapon and 3 skills, then a nebula poltergeist this is when it is very bright and is the hardest time to use the poltergeist it will have a weapon and 4 skills, then it will become a weregeist this poltergeist looks like nothing of this earth and looks like a black hole from space it will have 2 forms now it will now have a ghost form where it is black and where it has a physical form that is a perfectly normal human body more or less when they hit this stage they will be given a second chance at life and have special abilities.

Spirits have 5 paths to go which is random everytime. (Author note: It will be random everytime and i'll just have to roll with what is chosen. I put cards on a dart board with each element then blindfold myself then throw a dart then what its closest to is what is chosen this is how I determined Amell's class. Each element will follow this pattern: it will go black _________ elemental will have 3 skills, then grey _______ elemental will have 4 skills, then the elemental will get another skill getting a total of 4 skills and will also become the color of their element. water is blue, red for fire, yellow for earth, green for wind, and platinum white for lightning.
