20 Saint Vs. Cross: World Heavyweight Title

The night of the big fight, Leo practices punches and kicks, focused on the challenge ahead of him. Frank then stands infront of him to talk.

"You ready, kid? This is the biggest fight of your career. I need to know if you're ready."

Leo stops throwing strikes and looks at Frank.

"I'm ready." Leo says.

Frank nods.

"How's the knee?" Frank asks.

Leo moves his leg around for a moment.

"It feels good to me."

"Good."

Frank then puts his hand on Leo's shoulder.

"Now think about everything that's happened so far. Morgan puts you in jail, and manipulates your brother into handing him his career. Cross has been running his mouth, disrespecting you, and put William in the freakin hospital. So I don't want you to get angry. I want you to get pissed off! And I want you to go out there and knock that son of a bitch down. Say it."

"I'm gonna knock that son of a bitch down."

Frank smirks.

"I know you are. I love ya kid."

Frank pats him on the back and puts on his hood. Leo and William share a hug and Leo kisses Danielle. Leo then walks out of locker room and towards the stage, ready for the fight of his life.

Everyone is watching the fight, including the kids from the gym, and the old man from prison.

When Leo comes out, almost the entire crowd chants Saint, firmly behind him. Leo looks around for a minute, then walks straight down to the ring. He jumps into the ring, immediately takes off his robe and stands in the corner waiting for his opponent.

Isaiah comes out and is met with boo's from the crowd. He walks down the ramp as him and Leo stare each other down, not taking their eyes off of one another. When Cross gets into the ring, he slowly takes off his robe and hands his title to the referee. The ref raises it in the air, then tells the two men to get in the middle of the ring, getting nose to nose with one another.

"You know the rules. Keep it clean, gentlemen. Any questions from the challenger?"

Leo nods no, ready to fight.

"Any questions from the champion?"

"Yeah, I got one. How's little William doing?"

An angry Leo pushes Cross as the referee separates them. Before the two go to their corners, Cross spits near Leo's feet and laughs.

The ref checks on both fighters one more time, then the bell rings.

Leo comes right out of the corner swinging, throwing right and left hooks that Cross avoids. When Leo throws a right jab, Isaiah blocks it and punches him in the face with a left jab. Leo then throws a head kick that Cross again avoids. Leo then throws a right hook, but the champion ducks it and slaps him across the face, sending him stumbling back.

Cross then throws a jab, but Leo dodges and throws a kick to his ribs. Isaiah blocks it and throws a step up head kick that Leo blocks. Saint throws a right hook that Cross ducks, then the champion throws a left hook that Leo ducks. After that exchange, the two fighters stare each other down for a moment.

Isaiah throws a punch, but Leo kicks his arm away. This frustrates Cross as he throws multiple jabs that Leo repeatedly blocks but hits him across the face with a right hook. Leo tries to answer back with a body shot, but the champion blocks it and throws a back fist at his head. Leo blocks it and throws a left hook that Cross ducks and punches him in the ribs. The challenger answers back with a strong back fist across the champions face.

An angry Cross then throws a wild left hook that Leo ducks, punching him in the stomach then lands a right hook across the face.

The bell then rings for round one, and the two get into each other's face, causing the ref to separate them again. As few minutes pass and the fighters are finished getting cleaned up, round two starts.

Cross immediately lands a jab to the face and puts Leo in a standing headlock. He then throws a couple knees, but Leo blocks them all. Cross let's him out of the hold, then lands a right hook across his face. Leo answers right back with a spinning hook kick to his face. The champion tries to throw a head kick, but Leo stops him in his tracks with a right hook to the jaw.

Cross lands a jab to the face, then Leo kicks him in his lower back.

"Leo Saint has already proven to be more of a challenge than Cross's previous challengers." One of the announcers says.

Leo throws a right hook, but Cross catches it and flips him to the ground. Leo grabs him by the arm and puts him in a triangle hold. As he tightens his legs around his head, Cross slowly lifts him up in the air, ready to slam him. Before he can though, Leo quickly flips him over, angering the champion as the bell rings, ending round two.

As Frank wipes Leo's face with a towel, he tells him that he's doing a great job, then it's off to round three.

Cross goes for Leo, throwing wild punches that he blocks. Leo then throws a right hook that Cross dodges. Cross throws a left hook that Leo dodges, grabbing his arm and kicking him in the gut. He goes for a knee, but Isaiah blocks it and punches Leo in the ribs repeatedly. He then pushes Leo off and throws an axe kick.

Leo quickly dodges but gets hit with jab to the bridge of the nose. The champion then lands a five forty kick right to his face, knocking him off balance. As Leo stumbles back, Cross smirks and tries to kick his bad knee. Leo barely avoids it and throws a forearm strike that Isaiah blocks. Leo quickly punches him in the gut then grabs him by the head and starts throwing knees.

Cross blocks them all, then breaks free and hits him with a right hook so hard that it knocks his mouth piece out. As Leo is against the ropes, he his vision gets a little blurry and feels like the room is spinning. Before Cross can do any more damage, the bell rings.

Leo slowly walks to his corner, still a little dazed from the last hit. Frank throws water in his face, waking him back up. He then tells him that Cross us going after his bad knee and to watch out. Leo nods and the bell rings, starting round four.

As the two circle each other for a moment, Leo throws a head kick. Cross avoids it but gets hit by a spinning sidekick to the gut that was thrown right after. Leo then throws multiple punches, kicks, and high knees that the champion can barely keep up with. He finally lands a punch, hitting Isaiah across the face with a right hook. As Cross stumbles back, being overwhelmed by Leo, the challenger throws a tornado kick at him.

Cross quickly grabs Leo by the ankle and slams him leg first to the ground, hurting his knee. He then bends his leg over his knee, causing him to scream out in pain. Danielle cringes when she hears Leo in pain as William tries to cheer his brother on.

Cross then wrenches on his leg, trying to make him tape out from the pain. As Leo is in complete agony, he tries to hang on until the round ends. As time runs down the clock, Cross tightens his grip on Leo's leg as he continues to scream in pain. The bell then rings and ref forces him to let go of Leo.

Cross laughs as Leo slowly gets up and lips to his corner. Frank wipes the blood from Leo's face and checks on his knee.

"Be straight with me, kid. How bad is it?"

Leo doesn't answer for a moment.

"I'm really hurting, Frank."

The old trainer let's out a sigh.

"Can you still fight."

Leo looks at for a moment.

"Damn right I can."

Frank smiles.

"Of course you can."

The bell rings and Leo slowly stands, barely on two feet. Cross smiles, thinking to himself that he has this fight won.

Leo hobbles towards Cross a throws a weak right hand. Isaiah easily blocks it and throws a quick jab to his face. The champion then kicks Leo in his bad knee repeatedly until he can limp away. Leo goes for another right hand, but Cross blocks again, punch him in the nose and landing an inside leg kick to his knee. He then lands a two punch combo then a corkscrew kick to the face, knocking Leo down.

As Cross taunts the crowd, Leo slowly makes it back to his feet, leaning against the ropes. Isaiah tells him to bring it and he throws a right hook. Cross easily blocks it, kicks him in the leg and then in the gut. The champion starts landing multiple punches, and kicks to the bad knee, beating down a defenseless Leo.

This brings a smile to Sunny and Cato's face as Cross lands strike after strike.

Isaiah then lands a spinning hook kick, knocking Leo outside of the ring. Cross tells the ref to count as he celebrates in the ring. The ref starts his count as Leo is on the ground, clutching his knee.

As Frank, William, and Danielle yells for him to get up, Leo spits out blood and tries to force his way back into the ring but can't find the strength. The crowd then slowly starts chanting Saint, getting louder and louder after each time. Leo thinks to himself for a moment, looking at the bloody towel that Frank used to wipe his face. He quickly crawls across the ground and grabs the towel, wrapping it around his knee.

As the ref gets to nine, Leo stops his count and tells him to move aside so he can get into the ring.

When Leo gets back into the ring, the crowd erupts with cheers as Sunny looks on in shock.

Cross turns around and approaches Leo, surprised that he's still standing. The champion looks down at his knee and sees the towel wrapped around his knee, blood dripping down his leg. Cross smirks and sarcastically claps.

Leo then punches him across the face, catching him by surprise. Isaiah then punches Leo two times in the face. This only angers the challenger as he takes the punches like it's nothing. A frustrated Cross throws a right hook, but Leo ducks it and elbows him in the gut then lands a right hook of his own.

Cross stumbles back as Leo stares at him with a calm and intense look in his eyes. The champion throws a head kick, but Leo easily blocks it. Cross then throws a spinning hook kick with Leo dodging. A frustrated Cross throws another kick that Saint blocks and sweeps him to the ground.

"For the first time in his career, Isaiah Cross is down!" The announcer says.

Cross gets back to his feet and throws a right hook. Leo catches it and hits him with an uppercut and flips him to the ground. The challenger then does a full mount, punching his opponent in the body and face. Cross kicks him off then runs at him but Leo hits him with a left hook, causing both men to fall on one knee. The two then throw a punch at the same time, hitting each other in the face.

Cross grabs Leo by the throat and picks both of them up. Leo then punches him across the face and grabs him by the wrist. Cross throws a punch, but Saint uses his head to block, hurting his hand. He then lands a right hook, knocking him into the ropes.

As Cross gets angry, Leo puts his injured knee out in the open, almost daring Isaiah to attack it. Cross then throws a low kick but Leo jumps into the air and lands a superman punch across his face. Leo follows up with a left hook to the body, then a right hook to the face.

A disoriented Cross swings wildly but Leo dodges it, lands a guyver kick to the side of his face, and kips back up to his feet, clutching his knee a little.

The two fighters then stare each other down for a moment, pushing one another to the limit. The two men let out a loud yell and Cross throws a low five forty kick to the bad knee. Leo then blocks the attack, using his injured knee, then lands a tornado kick across the face, knocking his mouth piece and cross out.

The ref waves for the bell and raises the hand of an exhausted Leo in victory. Everyone in the building cheers, except for Sunny and Cato.

Danielle jumps over the barricade and runs into the ring. She kisses the victorious Leo as they both smile. William and Frank then run in hugging Leo. The kids from the gym jump up and cheer as the old man laughs and tells the other inmates to pay up.

The referee hands Leo the title and he just looks at it for a moment, then raises it high above his head. Sunny then approaches Leo.

"I knew you could do it, Leo. I'm so proud of you. I hope we can work together now."

Leo smiles.

"I'd love to. But, you might have some problems running things from behind behind bars."

Sunny looks over and sees Cato being arrested. He then turns to Danielle violently.

"You gave me your word."

Leo stands infront of Sunny.

"She didn't give you my word. Looks like you didn't know who you were fucking with."

As Sunny leaves the ring, William picks up his older brother and spins around. Leo smiles and raises the title above his head, finally making his dream a reality.
